He said get here first thing Sat morning and ask for the mgr. They will take care of me. At 9am I walked in. The manager and staff were wonderful. Very friendly,...very talkative...and warm. I picked the frig, filled out my application. I asked if they could possibly deliver that day. The Mgr said that Nick said he would personally deliver the frig "that day". On the truck it went and 2 hours later....I had a frig!!! 2 hours later!!! As a self employed person who appreciates customer service...I was wowed for sure. However, Howard here at this store has been a phenomenal help with color choices and even additional decorating ideas! I have been in the store 3 times in the past week getting booklets, color cards, and a ton of paint samples for bedrooms/hallways/trim/ceilings...so we can figure out what really works best. Each time I have been in Howard has been more than helpful and a pleasure to work with throughout this process. He has given me helpful hints that have been wonderful since I know nothing about painting and all the little tricks to make our home look beautiful. If you need to paint-go to this store !!
