WARNING GUYS !!!
You are about to waste lots of money -
This company did a terrible mess on my house walls, by completely staining white walls I have, they also covered my Porsches of dirt, didn't seem to care nor apologized.
IF I didn't overlooked the entire job I would have come later on to find my new pool completely ruined!!!
I spent lots of money in a new pool and these guys didn't cover any drains around the house, the pool, the driveway, so like the car black dirt, sand and chemicals they use started to get into my pool like a spray and nobody was doing anything about it,
I met a bunch or MORONS in dealing with AMERICAN JETTING all the way to the top of the company -
I had to tell them to stop immediately as new plaster would have been permanently damaged. And I asked them to cover the wholes to avoid the stuff coming out. An accumulation of 30 years of not cleaning these pipes by previous owners but nothing like roots or leaves.
Theres still a part of my drain that they strangely could not clean as they mentioned a "V" section so their jet supposedly would only take one of the two side, I told this to a plumber that came later in my house and he laughed he said they could have pass the jet by the other end and that's it, so the plumber told me about the company that came to my house that these guys were just incompetent.
I had to clean my car a few times and stains on the paint would not go away probably due to some chemicals they use so I ended paying for a special cleaning of my car.
What ever they use mixed with water is corrosive otherwise it would have not stained my car.
They refused to pay for my car cleaning or my walls. Some drain caps are damaged, opening the drains they also damaged some of the drain pipes.
To top that they did not clean my pipes well,
online they have this fancy video about how their system work but in fact it doesn't work like on their video!
Put it simply, on their video they use a small pipe transparent so they can see what they do and they spend a hell of a time cleaning that small pipe which is brand new plexiglass so slippery but in reality they came to my house one day and verbally promised me that the water would come out clean ; it never did and they just told me the working day that clean water would never come out of the pipes.
So there's nothing I could say at this point.
They verbally biased me to get the job I got it...
They also verbally agreed to take off and replace some of the drain caps if they have to break them, well they didn't - the guy that came just told me he wasn't going to waste the time going to home depot to put caps back so I responded should I waste my time fixing your mess then!!!
These guys had an horrible attitude.
They forgot cleaning one of the drain and if I didn't realised it, it would have never been done. I had to have them coming back and cancel a second half day of my work which ended up costing me more than the entire work which was around $350
Tom Jones one of the head of this company seemed responsible at first when I called him immediately and he said "don't worry I'll take care of the mess and refund you for the issues..." that was a lots of S@ talking because he never sent me that check and after I got back to him after waiting for 2 months he said he didn't owed it to me.

You are just a big S@talker that doesn't stick to his promises. Thats the kind of guy you are and in life Tom you cannot change yourself you are always going to be that way, we just are different.
RESULT OF THIS CLEANING:
I had a previous owner that in 30 years did NOT maintain this property and after AMERICAN JETTING SERVICE came ; not like on their cute video no roots came out, no leaves just spraying black dirt, sand like mixed with tar.
There's no way this system can actually cut roots otherwise it will probably damage pvc as well. It could clean already broken roots if it even happen that roots break by themselves which I doubt, but you would have to spend a hell of a time per pipe to get the roots all the way out.
They jump from jobs to jobs and their time is limited to your property so forget the cute video cleaning, this is like online advertising but for sure not relevant to what is really happening.
Save your money, save your frustration just get a regular pipe cleaner and I would ad, unless your pipes are clogged and push water back then they are probably fine.
Addition to this review:
I just found out today that most of the drains around my swimming pools weren't even open as they broke some of the drain plates and refused to replaced them I am doing it and found out there were some debris bellow so when I went to grab the dirts I found out roots unbroken with all kind of dirt, leaves and other debris, not only the job these guys did was a S@T mess but they didn't even clean some of the drains at all!!!
