We used Flo Star for our first slab leak . Juan The owner seemed trustworthy. Called him for our second slab leak 10 months later and this time he made up this whole story that the leak is coming from our kitchen (bigger job) with out using his detection machine. Thank god we had a second opinion for that one since it was going to cost so much (7k) . Our second opinion used the detection equipment for about 45 min and told us there was no leak coming from the kitchen and only behind the downstairs bathroom sink. Our second opinion saved us $6300. Called them at 9pm after finding we had a leaky pipe in our attic and they didn't have to answer the phone that late, but they took my call and even asked if we needed them to come out right away. Out of human decency I declined but asked their availability and surprising to me they had availability the very next morning. Their plumber showed up right on time with a good attitude and professional manner even though he knew he was about to crawl through an attic filled with blown out insulation to find a leak and repair it. The tech was very personable and quick at making the repairs and was honest when he charged me less than what we were originally quoted over the phone which is greatly appreciated as a consumer and can be admired as someone who manages a retail business.
