My company sponsored a lunch holiday party last week so I travelled from Wisconsin to this little corner of Kentucky. First off. The place is beautiful. The staff are super attentive and detail oriented. Usually a place might have AV equipment for PowerPoint presentations but lack a staff member who knows how use or more importantly troubleshoot a customer. This place has both. Then. There's the food. I've worked in this industry of sorts for close to 25 years. I've never had better spread of a buffet in my life as an attendee or a speaker. And. I know what the bill was. And it was CHEAP ( for what we got). Filet mignon. Gulf shrimp cocktail that were prawn sized perfect. Sushi that was solid. A corn chowder to die for. A selection of cocktails that make a man weep. Truly excellent.
