I've been interested in the funeral business since 2018 and have reached out to places on and off just hoping to learn more. I wasn't even asking for a job, just insight, but no one ever took the time to respond. Ryan did. He spent nearly two hours of his day talking with me, while still managing his work, answering all of my questions about the industry, his role, and what it's really like to be in this field. He even shared ways I could get started at an entry-level position, which was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. It's rare to meet someone so knowledgeable and generous with their time, especially when they're not getting anything in return. Ryan is sincere, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about what he does. I only wish I had known about him when my own family needed services. Ryan Preston is truly exceptional, and I'm very grateful he took the time to speak with me.

They don't price gauge on people who are already hurting and offer helpful, clear, comforting service at affordable prices and answer all of your questions with patience and kindness. This is how it truly should be. The office had beautiful, unique urns to choose from, and helped with options on how to proceed with your loved one's ashes. We chose the velvet flag cover because my Dad was a true patriot and his ashes will be scattered at a later date.
