Easy parking , easy walk in appointments, easy to pay and easy to choose from the menu. Jennifer does the best job there, so be sure to ask for her by name :) Parking is super super easy, the vibe is pretty basic... And could use a little bit of a remodel to some of the more upscale locations. Overall, everything is pretty cut and dried... They offer pedicures manicures the basics... one thing that does stand out from the rest... They offer a pedicure that has fresh citrus and fresh aloe!! They get an extra star just for that! Great job guys!!!

During this COVID year, I purposely try out smaller businesses because let's face it, it's tough times out there and everyone's doing their best. I know there have been a handful of bigger and fancier nail salons crop up around the city, but sometimes it feels good to support the simple mom and pop shops. The man I spoke to on the phone quoted me $40 for a regular mani/pedi, but I opted to get gels on my hands, so it became $60 total. Not too bad considering a lot of nail salons have increased their prices lately. I forgot the woman's name, but she did a great job and would periodically take the time to ask if I was okay. My favorite part would have to be the pedicure -- sugar scrub and hot stones were included, super relaxing. The massage feature on the chair wasn't working, so unfortunately I didn't get to enjoy that part. I was probably there for a little less than 2 hours and no one else came in. I literally had the whole salon to myself, which was kind of sad, but peaceful. It's been about two weeks and my nails have held up nicely. I'll be back!

Thanks to the New & Improved American Nails LV! Ha/Halena ( but I call "Ma") and her girls are the BOMB! The whole shop has received a makeover, which is modern, bright, and welcoming! I am very particular about the service I receive in exchange for my $$$, and this place does not disappoint. My first time experience here was amazing! I called to see if I could get an appointment, and they weren't able to get me in until 1. I was on a time crunch since my baby was being watched by my sister. They took the time to call me back & even texted since i didn't answer the call & was able to get me in by 1045! Super appreciated that. Ha did my dip nails and she was the sweetest!! Super patient with me since i didn't know what kind of design i wanted & even gave me her opinions since my nails were too short at the moment. Loved how my nails turned out! Mimi did my toes and her work was AMAZING!! Ive been to many nail salons and they usually dont clean the sides of your toes & get the ingrown nails & she did that painfully free!! Workers here are so welcoming and nice, clean place, and not over crowded with people! Did not regret spending my mama-time here! Will be definitely coming back!

I called before i came in. Early like 11:10 Am on a Saturday. I was the only customer in the whole time. My first impression was the relaxing music and relaxing smell. I was asked to choose a color and where it's places is kind of weird or odd i should say. I could tell from looking at the polishes ( regular polish ) i was just going to have to go with a simple pedicure. The pricing is hand written above the polish neatly and when i asked for something specific he made sure i knew how much the price was, so i was happy about that. My water was not hot at all, but the lady quickly fixed that ( i like her by the way and I'm sure I'll come back, i say that before I'm even done lol ) she really took her time with my pedicure and made sure i was relaxed which was beautiful. She even complimented my feet which made me feel really good. The guy he was funny and nice. He's actually finishing up my feet right now. The polish i chose i don't think it had much left so they added what i THINK was acetone. He is also taking his time with his brush making sure everything is perfect and there is no polish on the skin, making it look really neat. They offered me water twice which is nice as well. I just love feeling pampered even though it's a small gesture. The inside is nice. Nothing fancy. I see a sign that says $80 for lashes and $35 for the fill in, but appointments only. The chair is pretty comfy, but not the best. The massage i didn't like at first, but it got so much better. I think the reason for 4 stars is because i really liked the woman who did my feet & i can tell she was trying to give me a great experience. She took care of me. I wish she would have scrubbed my feet harder and maybe just a tad bit longer but it felt good when she put the hot stones on which i think she did as a courtesy. I love the way she shaped my toes though. If i come back next time I'll probably just bring my own polish. I hope later in the day it's more people as well. I may come back to get my nails done. I'll update my review with pictures of how it is a few days or weeks after.

My cuticles are everywhere and my polish isn't even. I told the girl I had cuticles around my nails and she said "it's ok" She could've put cuticle softener and then soaked. Instead she drilled my nails and the skin around my nail. Then she puts the smallest amount of cuticle oil and a tiny drop of cheep lotion on my hands. One of the worst manicure I ever had.

Helena did a wonderful job on my gel nails! Mimi did my toes! Highly recommend. They take their time and really get the job done professionally. The actual place is beautifully decorated and remodeled. Also, they have a stamp card which is pretty cool.

Today I went in for a gel pedicure and I tried the CBD infused pedicure. The pedicure consists of five different packets of CBD product which is used while soaking the feet as well as in different parts of the pedicure. My legs were massaged with CBD lotion, mask, exfoliants and a CBD serum. The serum and lotions are applied with massage and ends with a hot stone massage as well as a paraffin wax for the feet. This is a highly luxurious and also medicinal for those that suffer from painful feet and legs. I was left very relaxed and all the pain from my feet and legs were gone. I highly recommend the CBD pedicure.

Let me start this by saying i enjoyed Ha! She was talented, sweet and kudos to her! My problem with this salon is that i have had 2 appointments, 2 separate times. The first time, they started my nails, then walked away for 15 minutes to start a walk in. I didn't want judge based on one incident, so I made an appointment for 11:30 today. I was a few minutes early. I have been taught to be punctual and respectful of people's time. I was immediately led to a pedicure chair with scalding water and sat there for 42 minutes. I asked when i would be seen because i had other errands I had to do and saw that this caused confusion. I left with nothing done. Time is the most valuable thing anyone has and for a business to be so disrespectful after i made anappointment is a deal breaker for me. I would rather walk around with feet that look like Shrek thanwaste my time like that again. Epic fail and wasteof my only day off. read more

Sam is VERY straight forward...... but I came back twice already and got a full set of acrylic with gel polish not the perfect shape but they last for a full 2 weeks . I am very picky when it comes to my pedicure as I get painful dry skin on my big toes. And I give SAM 10 starts if I could for doing such a great job with my gel PEDICURE! I just moved in town a few months ago and it's hard to find the perfect nail salon. I've tried a few places it's either they charge wayyyyy to much or it looks really nice but comes right off after 5 days!!!! So yeah I came back the 2nd time around so that says a lot I'm gonna stick around because I am very satisfied MAINLY with MY PEDICURE :) Oh and the rest of the Staff was super friendly also and the salon was neat and clean . read more

I recently moved moved to Las Vegas and found American Nails conveniently located near my home. I requested a full set of dip powder nails; the cost was $50. In 20+ years of having my nails done, I never found the need to write such a negative review. The quality of the nail service I received was absolutely horrible. My nails were poorly applied. The texture and thickness of my nails is equally of poor quality. No attempt was made to provide shape to my nails; they simply look like thick layers of powder. I have watched my nails done multiple times and after application, a drill is used to even them and provide a balanced appearance. This process never occurred. I completely understand the implication of both good and bad reviews and do not write this lightly. Sadly, I have nothing positive to say about this salon. I am removing my nails and highly suggest that you never seek service here. I am unable to attach photos here but I have sent them directly to the salon read more

Only tried this place because it was close to my job and my male client needed a manicure. It was bad from the time I pulled the door open. It smelled like paper was burning to the point of an old house fire that was just extinguished. We were not greeted open entry and we took it upon ourselves to have a seat. They had just received there morning coffee drinks so I already knew we were in trouble of receiving service. After a few minutes I asked what was burning and the lady said an incent(must have been the burnt fire flavor). Finally after receiving smoke inhalation the lady asked what we needed. I advised a simple manicure. After about 5 minutes a non caring male came over and asked if we could come back in an hour. Because even if we waited it would be an hour which was enough time to enjoy their coffee while it was fresh. I guess a manicure wasn't enough money for them vs their coffee time. They will never see my face or anyone I know face in that burned down smelling place again. Now we have to go somewhere else smelling like firemen. read more

I will never come back here. Employees were nice but pricing and service was bad. I got medium gel acrylic nails and they charged me $60 when i had asked the man on the phone before i came how much for a LONG SET ACRYLIC nails was and he said $60 . I still pay the $60 even though i know thats not how much the nails were worth fast forward i leave and literally 15MIN LATER my pinky nail bends because it was so thin and it breaks . Amazing customer service and amazing job fixing my nails Went in for a fill (mind you I was out of town on business, so my nails had grown out more than they should have), and the gentleman working definitely took his time fixing my nails. The place I originally got them done didn't do a good job at all and he made them look incredible. He spent an hour and a half making sure they were how I wanted them to look. Called and was able to get right in. Customer service from the phone call to everyone in the salon was 5 star. They accommodated a pedicure and acrylic nails and the same time. Update review: first time i got my nails done here, the nail polish was really good and it lasted me even more than a week. Then, I came back for another gel nails mani and pedi.. & the guy was totally rough on my nails. I was bleeding on one of my nail when i was done. And he saw more customers coming in, so he rushed my left hand :( he rushed it so bad that when it was drying, the nail polish looked like it was chipping in some part. The guy is nice and all about it so he was able to fix it for me before I left. BUT! A week later (now, this is gel nails. So they're supposed to last 2 to 3 weeks) my nail polish started chipping. I called them because he guaranteed that their gel polish are "the best" and to come back if I have any problem with it. But he wasn't able to offer me a solution. He just told me to come back for a new gel manicure. I don't think I'll be coming back here. The new polish they used are not very good. It's no wonder the prices are cheap. I'd rather pay for quality. The staff are nice though, so 2 stars for that Old review: Came here because the nail salon I've been going to for 3 years "welcomed" me so rudely. AND BOY! Was I glad I did! The manager greeted me and told me about the manager's special deal they have going on. Offered me something to drink and asked for exactly what I was looking to get done on my nails. The nail tech who was working on me took her time to make sure she does it perfect :) So glad I stopped by here. Definitely will be coming back and recommending this place to everyone. Make sure to ask for the manager's special ;) their massage is so good and totally don't rush anything. read more

There are 4 nail salons at this intersection and I have been to all of them. This is the only one I will return to every time I need a mani or a pedi. Sam is awesome and always makes time for you. I haven't had a real wait time in my 15+ times coming here. Jerlina is very sweet and always makes sure you are getting exactly what you want through the whole process. On top of this, their prices are unbeatable has a very comfortable atmosphere. I recommend American Nails to everyone. read more

wouldn't even give them a star. my skin was fully cut open and upon letting my tech know it was hurting and asking her to stop she began saying it was my fault I have short nails and she began trying to argue with me as I pulled my hand away. I then let her continue on my other hand where she cut me again and was mad when I flinched. I left with undone nails, bloody hands and out $60 having had to pay for a service I did not receive. read more

I'm so happy I did a little a looking on yelp. It's been hard to find a good nail salon since I moved here from LA. I called so many nail salon on a Monday. I would get no answers or they were just not helpful on the phone. When I called American Nails, he was just so nice and I was able to make an appointment the same day! When my boyfriend and I got there, we were greeted by our nail technicians. They didn't speak English but they were just so welcoming and knew exactly what we wanted because he asked me what I needed from my appointment. This is what great customer service is all about. The reason why I waited a week later to post this, is because I wanted to wait til I got back from my vacation to see how well my gel polish held up. Well it's still perfect! My nails went through a lot on my vacation. The price, customer service and how well they did my mani and pedi is well worth the drive and no they have me a client! read more

Suuuuper happy I came across this spot! American Nails was one of the only salons in the area open in the evening on fourth of July. They fit me in at the very end of the day- even though I was their last appointment and they were closing early for the holiday, the lady who did my manicure took her time and definitely went above and beyond. She was thorough and meticulous, and the service provided was worth well beyond their very reasonable prices ($25 for gel manicure, $5 additional for french tips). My polish is lasting quite well so far. Would absolutely recommend! read more

I didn't catch their names, but they were very kind and bubbly. I only got the classic pedicure, but it felt like a deluxe only for $22! Their prices are amazing, it felt peaceful, and it was clean. I like how they use disposable bags for the pedi spa. It makes me feel more comfortable about the sanitation. Overall, I recommend this place! Called to schedule a last-minute appointment, squeezed me in the same day. Originally I thought I wanted acrylic, but when I showed the nail tech the reference picture I had, she pointed out that gel would work better which saved me some money! She followed the reference picture exactly how I wanted. Was very happy with the service and how my nails turned out. Definitely will be returning again! read more

It was loud (not a biggie) so we got some great ol fashioneds at the bar, then inched our way to center dance floor where we didn't stop dancing to the band til 1 pm when they stopped.....we had so much fun, we (and others) wanted them to keep playing. It did cost me $25 cover (wife was free). I was ok with this. i think before 9 it's free to get in. Amazing night.

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I brought my friend along with me and we both had a horrible experience. I bought a Groupon for a gel manicure from them. She needed a fill on her acrylics and a polish change. The person who did her nails was the owner of the business and he wasn't nice, nor did he do a good job on her nails. She ended up having to go to another place the next day to get them fixed. The lady that did my nails wasn't rude however my gels were peeling off within a couple of days. Then when I went to pay with my Groupon they claimed that they didn't know what that was and that they wouldn't accept it. When I called and reserved a spot I mentioned I was paying with a Groupon as well. They stood there arguing with me for half an hour that I need to pay them another way, even though I already payed for the Groupon. Then they started telling my friend that if I didnt pay that she needed to pay for me, which is ridiculous. By the end of it all they were asking for my address and my license plate number. I didn't want to waste anymore of my time so I ended up just paying them and having to get a hold of Groupon myself to get my money back. The company I work for deals with Groupon, so I know all the contracts that go into getting a deal set up on their site, so there is no reason they should not know what it was. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

This salon is the absolute worst one I've ever been to. First of all, one employee grabbed the electric nail filer that was just used on my toes and began using it on another woman's hands without sterilizing or changing the head. I was cut twice. All my nails are different lengths and different shapes. I'm soo disappointed I wasted so much money and time going there. I won't even go back in there to ask them to fix them because honestly the level of cleanliness at the salon disgusts me. I have been going there all the time, since they are under new management and remodeling everything, so I gave them a chance to try it out for my birthday nails. Turn out, everyone did such a spectacular job. They are patiently and communicative in helping me a lot with the color because I am very picky. You must have your nails done here! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The salon is peaceful and relaxing and these folks go out of their way to pamper you. But they don't just do nails! Ask to see their full salon menu and be amazed by how reasonable their prices are! I have been coming here since they opened. Went to do my nails and this chimney smelling greece ball who looks like she doesn't wash her mouth named Massiel did my nails and now I have fungus on each one. Never going back!!! They've got new people working here all the time. The lady around mig-age with bangs hair kept talking in vietnamese with other lady a lot. Today I just wanted a simple manicure with regular polish. It was $30 for an appointment done in about 25 minutes. I sat in the chair at 2:43pm & finished at 3:09pm. After getting my nails done and walking out, I quickly realized I didn't like my nail color. I also noticed my nails were not fully cleaned of cuticle/dry spots & the original paint job & color was done poorly with paint left on my skin etc. Within 5 minutes I walked back in to the salon and asked for a color change. I received an attitude from the reception & when I asked her if they had a specific color I was looking for (OPI big apple red) she said whatever is there. I didn't see it so I picked out a new color, later asking the technician if they had it, and she said not in regular polish but only in Gel. (Very kind & simple response, and aware of the salon inventory of a popular color Big Apple Red & if they had it) Unfortunately though, a poorly done paint job. The polish is thick with bubbles, not fully coated with top coat. I'm not a "skilled technician" & could've done this better myself but I don't have polish with me on my trip. Very unfortunate, won't be back again.

I selected the deluxe one for pedicure which is $50. The service was good. The lady thoroughly cleaned/cut the dead skins off the side of my big toe. The rest was pretty standard: soak, clean, exfoliate and hot stone massage...I appreciate that she made efforts to do good. You know a lot of time they hardly rub you feet with good strength... The place is clean and modern as well. I don't mind coming back again.

We had a Groupon, which, after reading several reviews I'm starting to think she's mean to people with Groupon's on purpose. Because it seems we all have the same experience if you come to her with a Groupon. Firstly, she was rude on the phone when I tried to make my appointment. She finally sent me a text message saying I could come in at 6:30 PM. When I show up the doors are locked. She lets us in but makes it clear she wants to go home. Then she almost closes the door on my youngest daughter. We sit down, and she tells my teenage daughter that jail ex nails are better for her. She is relentless, she gets my daughter, very hyped about these nails that she has to have. Then once she convinces her to get them, she proceeds to tell me it would be an extra $40. I told her several times I have a Groupon. She said I could pay the difference but she was trying to charge me the original price of the Groupon, not the sale price. Finally, I just told her I can't afford that much so then she grabbed my daughter's hand yanked it across the table and said OK will do acrylics. After that, I told her no we have to leave. This was the single worst experience we have ever had in any situation at a public domain. Do not go to this place unless you want to be treated like the gum on the bottom of a person's shoe. Do not go to this place unless you want to be up charged. Do not go to this place unless you want to spend the remainder of your evening trying to calm your teenage daughter down because you promised her a spa day and she has been looking forward to it for two weeks. Do not go to this woman with a Groupon because they will treat you like you are the worst customers in the world.

If you are coy with her and just say "online", she will ask you again! Once you tell her you purchased a Groupon, that she has been running for some time, she immediately changes her tone and says she is booked two weeks out and call again when hangin up on you. If you call back to ask about an appointment further out than two weeks, she says she doesn't do appointments past two weeks. Jut cancel your Groupon for a full refund and go elsewhere.

The man argued with me, saying I left happy. I told him I thought I was at first, but up close the nails were awful. His "solution" was to cut them off for a refund. If I had not already gotten a pedicure, I would have cancelled for certain. Speaking of my pedi - I ended up with a nasty infection on the nails of both fee and tomorrow I will have my third trip to the doctor. As for my hands, I cut the full set short after the technician dropped the nail file and picked it up from the disgusting floor and continued to file without saying a word. Yuck! This place should be shut down. My toe nails have not recovered from this place!!!
