Had a issue with the water heater that I just newly replaced at my store. We needed them to come in asap to find us a better solution so we can start running hot water again. They came to see what they can do and we made an appointment / paid for the deposit for the service. Two hours prior the day of the service they send us a text message saying the one of the guys had to go to the ER and they said they will contact us to reschedule the appointment. I closed shop early for this service to get done and they don't even call and let us know.. Now they are ignoring our text messages and phone calls for about a week. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. My bathroom sink got leak badly on Sunday. After post my problem on Yelp, I received multiple responses from differences Plumming service but most of them only give me the estimate except American Pipe Dream pluming. The owner promises me a service right on the same day. Flavio show up at my house 2 hrs after I request the service and done the excellent job to replace the sink faucet. The price is reasonable. Highly recommend! I looked under my sink to find that my garbage disposal was busted and food water was leaking everywhere. I didn't know who to call so I put my number down on Yelp for emergency plumbing services and they were the first ones to respond and call me to make an appointment. These guys are awesome! I got a few estimates to have an earthquake gas shut off valve installed. Their price was great. They were quicker to respond than others, and was happy to answer any questions BEFORE I committed to the job. They were able to work outside of my 9 to 5 schedule - that actually saved money for me. I was in a pickle. I ordered a new toilet seat cover and tried to install it myself. When undoing the screws one screw fell in the back and we thought we were going to have to move the entire toilet to install the toilet seat cover as there is little space to screw this in. We called this company and a plumber came out same morning. He said he was going to do his best to fix the issue without moving the toilet and voila, he did just that, within about 20 minutes! These guys are the BEST! They were on time, kept me in the loop about what was going on, and were all around wonderful in all ways. They found one gas leak and showed me the video from under the house. They fixed that, but then another leak popped up. They gave me a discount on that one. They were here most of the day, everything was fixed, and they were very reasonable. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Bait and switch. I scheduled leak detection service and was given a rough estimate ($275+, depending on the size of the area). When the plumber arrived, he told me he does not have the equipment to do the work I had scheduled and wouldn't recommend doing it (because he can't do it, I assume. He said it doesn't work reliably, but then why did the company tell me they were sending him to my house to do it?). He said that outsourcing it would cost about $900. He recommended skipping leak detection and just running all new pipe for about $9,000. read more

Needed to get water routed and set up for a despising fridge. The technician was scheduled to be there at 10am and showed up an hour and a half late. Upon arrival and assessing the job, he didn't offer any suggestions just continued to say "that's going to be a lot of work, I'm going to have to change this, change that..." and didn't even attempt to try and figure out how to possibly get the water routed. I came up with multiple ways to get the line put in and he continued to keep saying "ya, I don't know, that's going to be a lot of work". He said the easiest way would be to rip up the tile, cut a path through the foundation and to the fridge, which I would then have to retile the kitchen floor after the job was done... he basically put it on me to come up with a solution and told me to text him when we did and he might be able to come back. So essentially I had somebody come out to tell me it's going to be a lot of work and I have to figure out a way on how to get the water routed before he comes back to do the work. read more

I had an urgent situation after my fridge leaked and ruined my floors. I thought it might be a faulty pipe and I was so stressed out about the repairs. I have not had good experiences with vendors in the past as they try to upsell and have not been honest and trustworthy. They could have easily said it was the pipe and quoted me an arm and a leg, but they were honest about what they felt the cause was, and gave me a fair price. To top it off, they provided a 90 day labor guarantee. The guys were professional, on top of it, and trust worthy. We had an appointment for a plumber to come out and fix a leaky faucet and any other problem under our sink. I get off work early to meet the plumber at our house at a certain time, keep in mind, I work 40 minutes from my home. I rush home to get there to meet the plumber. As soon as I get home, my wife calls me and says that they just canceled and the driver called out 30 minutes before he's supposed to be at our house. I'm thinking "okay things happen, let's reschedule". My wife rescheduled for yesterday, Sunday 2/27. Plumber supposed to be there between 3-6pm......plumber never showed up, not even a call to cancel. Horrible business and not reliable at all. My main line of our family home has been troubled by City tree roots for 50 years . My mother had yearly cleanouts done as a maintenance . I am sure no one has ever done the job like Daniel did . From the beginning my first phone call to owner Gabriel I knew that this was the company for me . Daniel worked on it for 2 hours diligently until he felt he did the best that he could and I believe it was more than anybody has ever done in the past 50 years . He cares about truly doing a good job . He was educational cordial respectful this is a young man that was raised right and it shows .
