I had a very disappointing experience with this roofing company. While working on my neighbor's…read moreroof, they used part of my driveway without asking for permission. The owners were extremely rude when I addressed my concerns. The crew also left nails and debris scattered around my driveway and yard and did not clean up after themselves. This created a safety hazard and showed a lack of respect for neighboring properties. A company's professionalism isn't just about the quality of the roof they install--it's also about how they treat people and clean up after the job. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Replaced roof due to hail damage. Installed incorrect color for vent pipes. Had to call multiple…read moretimes to get them back out to paint them. Found uneven areas on roof. They said it was due to rafters shifted and I said they should of told me so I could get quote to resolve it before shingling over it. They said they don't do that kind of work. Had to remove shingles in valley as it was crooked and looked horrible. A little better but not happy. Asked about leftover shingles. Salesperson said that normally shingles that are left over which estimates are for more than what is needed. He kept saying he would take from another job as the color we picked is popular. Got to thinking about it and that would not be right to that customer to take what they paid for either. We were promised they would roof my shed as salesperson was aware I wanted to match and feel he should of known how to help us match it. That did not happen but just wanted to get rid of these guys. Showed up with no appointments. Unfortunately experienced a leak during storm. Service guy came out to look at everything and try to get it to leak but couldn't. Also talked to him about the valley which he said it looked like they forgot chalk like. That is how the valley was reroofed with an unscheduled appointment they showed up when not home. Kept calling for when shingles would be dropped off to cover shed. Broken promises all the time. Called to pay balance just to put this behind us and wanting to charge three thousand more. I complained and lady said I was being rude. No, I was quoted under 14 thousand and other company quotes for my roof was comparable. She hung up and a Manager called back. He did not really want to talk and hear me out on everything that happened. He said he was going to check into everything and call me back. He did, said they will settle with what we were quoted and have two bundles dropped off. Again was promised a drop off date and did not happen. Emailed and texted, no response from Manager. The next morning two bundles were dropped off at end of driveway. So glad to get rid of them and do not recommend them.

Took almost 4 months for them to actually do the project. When they did come I could see there was water damage and asked them to stop so we could look at it and talk to the insurance. The guys said if I bought some wood panels they would fix it. Now it's been a couple years and my plaster inside is falling apart because they never really fixed anything, and there's bugs and tons of damage. Had I just gone through my insurance from the start they would have repaired all this, now I have to pay to have it done.

The owner,…read moreNaser Omer and his coworker Hasan, stopped by one day and chatted me up about the process and if I was interested. They were very professional and matter of fact, giving me all of the information I needed. There was no sales pressure at all. They climbed up on the roof and identified damage from the recent hailstorm. Based on their experience in finding sufficient damage, they believed I had a valid claim. They asked if I wanted to proceed with a claim and walked me through the process. After deciding to proceed with the project, they took over and the process could not have been simpler or less intrusive for me. They contacted the insurance company on my behalf and scheduled all the appointments after consulting with me about my availability for the inspection. The insurance adjuster came and looked at the roof and approved the claim for the new roof because of hail damage. Naser and his team discussed back and forth with the insurance company on my behalf to get any supplemental adjustments needed to finish the project correctly. I did not have to speak to the insurance company one time, which I really enjoyed. The owner Naser brought over a large collection of samples for color and type selection for the shingles and explained the scope of work for the project. We signed all the paperwork and scheduled a date. They had a large crew come out and finish the entire roof in two days. There was not a single piece of scrap or nail I could find in the yard after the project. The crew manager informed me they had to replace a few pieces of plywood due to damage, which the company threw in at no cost. The crew manager noticed a few other things that I could take care of on the roof and siding and gave me a couple recommendations for people or companies that can take care of those issues. I cannot recommend these guys enough for any exterior home projects. I look forward to working with them in the future when I start a new project.

I was very happy with the work…read more Recenly I noticed that the roof really didn't look right and water has been coming in for a while. Because of this, Yelpers- you will see lots of remodelers reviews in the coming weeks. I called Dale and he immediately knew what the issue was. Turns out there is a manufacturing defect in the shingles. He sent me the class action lawsuit paperwork over email and followed up with several phone calls to walk me thru filling out the paperwork. He removed the shingles needed to ship and he has been great making sure I am taken care of!
