That's all you need to know. My wife ordered the Texas Trinity, and all three meats delivered. The brisket was moist and flavorful, the spare rib had just the right bite, and the sausage had a satisfying snap with balanced seasoning. Good across the board. The sides were less impressive. The baked beans were easily the best of the bunch and tasted like enhanced Bush's-style beans with thoughtful additions. The loaded potato salad, street corn, and mac and cheese were average to fair. We also sampled the white sauce and didn't care for it. I enjoyed the house barbecue sauce, while my wife wasn't a fan. Next time, I'd skip some of the weaker sides and double up on the baked beans or give the regular potato salad a try. Bottom line: Go for the meat.
