I hired this company to landscape my back yard. I wanted screening in planters and 2 flower beds…read morecut out of the concrete for planting. The cement wasnt cut straight and bits of rough cement were left on the inside meaning that the edging would not sit flush. in addition I paid for 14 arborvitae. The trees for the planters had root balls larger than the planters so the team hacked off roots using a shovel to get them in. They didn't properly. backfill with soil and also didn't plant shrubs in the flowerbeds properly so much of the root balls were exposed. I called them back multiple times and have kept in contact with them via email throughout. Each time they told me to give it more time, to wait until spring, always the delay tactic. Now all 14 trees are either dead or dying due to the fact they don't know what they are doing and they are refusing to refund me and offered to replace 5 of the 14 trees with smaller trees meaning the result would be nothing like the original design I paid for. They have tried to suggest I know nothing about planting, they have tried to suggest that the trees were suitable sizes for the planters (Google it!) and are effectively saying that I am in the wrong and want something for nothing. All I wanted was a refund for the element of the garden that they messed up and they are refusing to do it and just keep spouting the same rubbish about warranties. If they did such a bad job in the first place why would anyone want them to do it all again under warranty. They also tried to suggest I was lying and hadn't been looking after the trees despite me sending pictures mere weeks after installation. They have no clue about landscaping, they don't have the knowledge to source the correct plants and they can't plant them properly. I paid over $12,000 and I'm left with a mess. Avoid this company at all costs, they are amateur and do nothing to rectify the issues they cause, won't accept their errors or mistakes and refuse to refund any money for poor work. AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE LEFT WITH A FINANCIAL MESS!! Completely unprofessional operation. ***The response from the company is rubbish. Not one single tree is healthy. Does it look like 9 of them are thriving with all the gaps and brown branches? Whole sections at the back of the trees are dead. ADDITIONAL PICTURES POSTED The general manager acknowledged the trees were too big for the planters then backtracke. if the tree size is not relevant why are the company proposing to replace trees with smaller versions? I have asked to be refunded for all the trees and the labour to plant them and they are refusing. Why would I want a company to replace trees under warranty when they made fundamental mistakes and have been unable to deliver the design they promised. Don't be fooled by their comments!!*****

We spoke and set up a date and time to come look and give me a price quote ( which they won the bid). We set up a time and date to have the work done and they came out as scheduled on time, and got to work right away- ripped up what was left of my yard with weeds, the spread new soil and laid out new sod in a very reasonable time which I was very pleased with. They offered tips and a follow up as to how to maintain my new lawn and with all the added rain these last few weeks my lawn looks great again. That was 4 weeks ago and look at how great my lawn looks ! ( pictures are from the beginning to the end and of the 1st mowing yesterday( 7/22/24) I definately recommend them. Specifically, snow removal has been in particularly slow. It has me concerned because we haven't had that much of it. I get that when there's a crush, it's gonna take a minute. But when snow removal for a few inches that came overnight doesn't even begin until late in the afternoon the next day, that's a problem. Especially when there's no communication. I just worry that in their absence, somebody will slip and hurt themselves. And then it's the association's problem for not getting the snow cleared. With that, there is no snow right now. It's been a couple weeks since they've been here. For some reason, we have to keep sending asks for where they are. We get speedy responses, but it's getting to be a lot of work to be their customer.
