I was told 2 weeks pickup and was then called an hour before I was supposed to be there that the items were not ready and to come the following day. The following day when I got there, only one of my two item was finished. Tailoring itself was fine, average for hemming and maybe okay for taking something in but nothing out of the ordinary for the very high price besides the convenience of being near midtown. The item I had was double layered and the slip layer underneath was not taken in as much so bunched up and was not re-connected to the top layer so rode up when walking. I would recommend any neighborhood local tailor over this overpriced "specialty" shop.
