Took my Mustang to American Tire Depot because my preferred tire was out of stock almost everywhere else. I called ahead, ordered the tires, and everything seemed smooth. My original appointment was for 2:15 PM, but due to my own mistake forgetting my keys, I had to come later. I called, and the clerk was cool enough to let me come in around 5:30 PM even though they closed at 6. That's where the issues started. It was pretty clear the two tire techs were ready to wrap up for the day, and I was the customer showing up right before closing. I also asked for a favor by having the driver-side wheels swapped front to rear. When I got in the car, I noticed the tire pressures they said were set to 32 PSI were actually all over the place--35+, and one was over 40. Not the end of the world, I figured I'd fix it myself. The bigger issue came the next day on the freeway. At around 60 MPH, the car developed a terrible vibration. I took it to America's Tire, and they found all four tires were out of balance. Once corrected, the car drove smooth again. I appreciate the clerk being accommodating, but the actual workmanship was disappointing. Whether it was rushed because I came in late or just careless work, I won't be returning. read more

I will NEVER take my car in here ever again. I took my SUV in last Thursday June 25th for an oil change. Before the oil change, I confirmed what the oil change comes with. There are a few things that come with the oil change such as tire pressure check and tire rotation and also checking of fluids. The representative that was helping me confirmed that the fluids will be checked. After they told me that my car is done being serviced, I asked them what was done to the car besides the oil change. I made sure to ask them 3 different times if the fluids were checked, especially because I had a very long distance trip coming up. Sure enough, the next day, I get in the car and start driving with my kids. Within two minutes of drive, I decided to clean the windshield with the washer fluid. Washer fluid was completely empty, there was nothing in there. Extremely disappointing and horrible customer service. They lied to me and told me that fluids were checked when they were not. I had asked them 3 times. I was also extremely unhappy with the customer service, they do not care how they treat their customers. They only had a few people working and they don't even care if they are at the front desk or not. Absolutely horrible! Now I cannot help but wonder if they even changed the oil in my car and if they did, how much oil did they use and was it done correctly. Do not take your vehicle here. They are liars! They just wanted us out of there and probably thought that I would not figure it out! I will upload a photo of the alert in my car saying that there is no washer fluid. read more

Been here on 2 occasions with a nail in my tire for a "free" tire repair and both times left disappointed. They told me the can't be repaired because it's too worn... it was a 1yr old tire. The worn tire was the rear tire not the tire I needed patched. Went down the street to America's tires and they repaired it without trying to sell me tires. They even agreed tire was totally fine. Repeat customer. This time with a 2004 jeep grand Cherokee 4.7 V8 that required valve cover service in an oil change. I know it's not an easy job on these as you have to disassemble half the right side of the air conditioning system. Jayden Took my call the other morning and knew everything about it on the Carfax which was helpful as it was gifted to us and we have Limited history of the car. They ran into a snag which apparently they had to eat on their end concerning the disassembly of the air conditioning to get to the valve covers. It's running great and we're happy with the work! solid no hassles! We will be back whenever we need service!
