One of them was a young man with dreads who instructed me of the things they offered to help lubricate parts of the car if needed. Although he offered it to me, there was no pressure into applying any of the things required. Another man, with a hat on offered to lubricate the doors and hinges and also pump the tires up and clean the windows on the dashboard of no charge, although I offered to do it myself, he insisted he can take care of it. I already knew it was free, but I was testing his attitude, it was quite friendly nonetheless Moreover, a bigger and older gentleman instructed each of the men outside to due specific tasks in a quick manner. One of the gentlemen offered me a soda, although I don't drink soda, I kindly accepted a 7-up and decided I could give it to someone else who needed it, I decided to give it to a thirsty man begging for change at target. It ended up being a great day. The value however, big issue. I paid over $100 for the oil change even with the small discount offered. I felt the service, required maintenance for oil and 7-up did not equate to this hefty price tag. I didn't add any other supplements like lubrication or transmission fluid and that price I would imagine would exceed $150. Overall, the service quality was great, I was asking a lot of questions but the gentlemen had great patience, I felt it was more robotic service but overall friendly nonetheless. My sister informed me they were good and took her advice, sure they were friendly but pricetag was not. Especially for value for dollar. Overall, the quality was pretty good in comparison to let's say other auto companies and the fact they stayed passed the closing time to fix the vehicles issues, was a blessing. They do tend to have longer times before closing than other places and I believe that's a win in my book. My wait time was nil because nobody else was there and I believe that was lucky.

It was repaired by noon. I walk with some difficulty, and they are a two-story operation (showroom to shop). I asked if someone could bring the car up to me so I didn't have to do the stairs and I was immediately acommodated. Good to be back, they did a great job and earned another customer (back).

I explained this issue over the phone, and again when I arrived. The shop said my front brakes and rotors were worn, so I had both replaced. I assumed this was the reason for the noise. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the price seemed fair. However, after the replacement, the same noise was still there - which was the main reason I came in to begin with. My front brakes would need replacing eventually, but I went in mainly to diagnose the noise. They offered to check the front brakes again for free. They put my car on the lift to listen for brake noise. While I could clearly hear the high-pitched noise each time when braking, the owner said he was unable to hear it. This confused me, because my wife and child can hear the noise every time we leave the driveway. When they backed my car out, we all could hear the high-pitched noise from the rear brakes (not the front brakes). It felt like my main concern wasn't fully addressed during my first visit. I felt like I was first sold a repair (new brakes) before having my actual concerns addressed (noise). Now I'm doubting whether I also needed to replace my water pump that day - which they said was leaking when I first visited to get the brake noise checked. I paid to replace that too, but was it actually necessary, or an upsell? They said they'd take off the rear wheels for $80 to check for debris and clean them, but at this point I'm not confident they would be able to diagnose my issue anymore. I don't want to spend any more money at this shop to check something that should have been checked when I asked on my first visit. To reiterate, all of the staff were friendly and I was treated respectfully and honestly - just to be clear for anyone reading to the end. But I will be looking elsewhere for a shop that listens to customers' concerns before charging for work. UPDATE: After reading the owner's response, I feel shocked. Again, I originally came in only to diagnose a noise - not specifically to replace brakes or rotors (or a water pump). I was happy to pay for new ones in order to solve my issue - the noise. I clearly communicated I was trying to solve the noise both times. I don't appreciate being told it's my fault for not pointing out exactly which wheels the noise was coming from. I'm downgrading this from a 3-star to a 1-star review due to this response. UPDATE 2: No, I was not shown any of my old or new parts before or after replacement - I sat in the waiting room while the work was being done; during the second visit, I was only shown my own car on the lift while trying to diagnose the sound, without any parts removed. But I'm not sure what that has to do with my review. My original noise concern was not resolved, and they didn't seem able to diagnose my issue. The owner's replies to my review sound very unprofessional and accusatory (do you reply like this to every review that's not 5 stars?) and I won't be replying here anymore.

On top of that, the technician had oily gloves on and left greasy residue all over my truck's front end. It's a great investment for insurance on your car's tires. Case in point: I ran over a random road hazard off the 5 Freeway in Sun Valley. As soon as I hit it, my front passenger's side tire went from 42psi to psi in a split second (my car has tire sensor monitors). Sure enough when I pulled-over safely & examined my tire, it was wrecked. Took it here like I have for the past 6 years, Dax was able to tell immediately where the damage was & concluded what I predicted. Luckily, they carry my specific tire in-stock (Michelin Pilot Sport 4S). They used to have to order this, leaving me without my vehicle for 4-5 days. Instead of paying $399 (just for the tire, not including taxes, installation + balance fees), I only had to pay $69.75 (granted, I only put 2,729 miles on this specific, now-ruined tire). But still, that's a savings of at least $329.25. Seriously, buy the "Certificate for Repair, Refund, or Replacement" for each tire. You'll thank me later. Miguel took diligent care of my car, took careful care, kept me posted, & personally pulled my car out of the maintenance bay & into the driveway to move me along my way. The last few visits I've had there was always and "issue" with having to wait longer for my NT01s to show up for my Miata or forgetting to reset the TMPS on my wife's car after service. Generally I've chalked it up as "things happen"... Earlier this week I made an appointment for my Colorado. My TMPS service light came on. I called up to have them check it out. Dash board showed a right rear sensor, they said it was $80 to replace it. Okay cool. After the service the tech approached me and said they scanned all the other sensors and 2 showed low battery and one did not read at all.... The previous day when they checked my truck my dash showed all the tires reading pressure except the initial right rear. The tech then tried to explain to me that because 1 sensor wasn't reading they all wouldn't. That was the point that I decided to sever my tires with this store. I went in to replace a sensor that wasn't reading for $80 to being told that I told THEM which sensor to replace (even though they checked and based on the dash they told me it was the right rear) and that it was going to cost another $240 to have all of my sensors replaced and that they wouldn't work now because they can't be programmed.... I am familiar with how the sensors work, I know they have a shelf and battery life, but to go in and have 3 of the 4 work, replace the bad one then them tell me they won't work anymore unless I replace them all seemed shady, and the tech trying to explain his way out of the reasons why they worked when I pulled in to not working at all now was even shadier. Good luck, definitely buyer beware.
