Been here quite a few times, and the food is really average at best. I keep trying to give it another chance, but I have not had one thing that wowed me. I have had the following and what I rate them as: Chicken Marsala 7/10 - pretty hard to mess up chicken marsala... Spaghetti and meatballs 5/10 - very bland and unexciting Porcini pasta with filet mignon 4/10 - filet way overcooked and sauce also bland Rigatoni alla vodka 5/10 - tastes more like pancetta than anything else I've tasted other people with me's meals too and also nothing to write home about. read more

Waited around until 8:30 to ask the hostess how much longer it would be, to which I was told the reservation was for 8:30 (despite my confirmation email stating 8:15) ... ok whatever, not looking to make a big deal. 45 minutes later, the table that was to be ours is still lingering and the hostess/staff are making no motion to try and move them along. Husband and I were super excited about this new addition to the restaurant selection in our neighborhood. We have been there already 4 times in the past 3 month and the themes is always the same. Spotty and disorganized service but pretty good food which made up for a a strange service. Each time we there it was either we get our drinks and silverware once the actual food arrives so we awkwardly sit on an empty table for good 15-20 mins as if it was a diner, or items ordered get delayed or forgotten all together, lights go up into a bright diner mode midst dinner and then turn down. Not a big deal, we are there for a food and drinks, but happens almost every time we there. What got me to give this place 2 stars is how they handled our visit this Saturday. This last visit we decided to take the kids there for dinner and the we have been told that table will be ready in couple minutes. There were 2-3 empty 4 tops, so we sat down by the bar to wait. After 5 mins, some girl approached the hostess and they chatted for a bit. After she was done, she came over to tell us that now our table will take 30 mins and muttered half apology for inconvenience. Apparently there was a large group that had a reservation which they "forgot" about . I have a strong feeling that it was due to decision between floor manager and a hostess to jump a bigger table ahead of ours to make more money on a weekend. I understand it could have been a genuine mistake and typically in cases like that someone from management comes to apologize and offer a small app or a drink to make the client stay if the restaurant was at fault. not this time, all we got was "sorry about that, bye". I hope their decision was worth it since they just lost a stable biweekly client who lives 5 mins away. read more

My friend really likes this place. This place is classy and the food is good. The first time we went we had a very nice young man as our waiter, and the second time we had as our waiter a man that seemed to be having an off day and completely forgot my order until my friend was halfway done with her meal (But he was apologetic). On my first visit I had the tuna with risotto and the second visit I had ravioli with broccoli rabe on the side. The food is pretty good but to me, not memorable. Start off by saying I give the pizza a big eh........Had it delivered twice and was just ok both times. Third time I ordered the Rigatoni alla Vodka and it was just AMAZING!!!!!!! The Chicken alla Vodka Hero and it was just amazing, the only issue (which has really not turned out to be bad) is that she has now had it 3 or 4 times, and each time it has been prepared a different way..... Then we finally went there on a Friday night, and ordered some regular food......I had the Americano Pasta which was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!! My wife Firenze, which she was able to customize, combining the ingredients from the Firenze dish it self and the Chicken alla Voka hero.... They had no issue customizing the dish for her, and it was, once again GREAT!!!!!!!!! The customer service there was simply amazaing, and our waitress (whose name escapes me) was great....... The food here is amazing. My husband and I recently got take out from here.We got eggplant bites which were little stacks of eggplant parm. It came with pasta with a delicious cream sauce with tiny pieces of bacon, and the most delicious breadsticks I've ever had. Came here on Saturday with my friends for bottomless mimosas. We were planning on ordering from the brunch menu but couldn't resist the pizzas on the regular menu. We ordered 3 pies: honey spice, vodka Margherita (cauliflower crust), and spinach and artichoke (cauliflower crust). All were so delicious!!! The cauliflower crust was thin and crispy..so good. My favorite had to be the vodka Margherita. The bottomless mimosas were good and our server was great. She gave us an extra bottle after our time was up after two hours. Never want to give 5's unless it's flawless. It was pretty close to it tho. The fresh pizza's are great. Loved the hot sopressata with honey pie and the pinwheel pie. Had the salmon which was cooked perfectly. The wife ate the short ribs and rigatoni which could of used a little more sauce. Hostess was an amazing person (Tara) made us feel so comfortable. Thank you Tara. The waiter was new and nervous however he did a good job. One of the hardest industries to work in so still take care of them. Wine list was good and so were the cocktails. Ive never written a review for a restaurant before but Ive also never had to walk out of a restaurant without being served, until I tried to eat dinner here. Ive seen this place on Main St. many times but never tried it. Being that it was by girlfriends birthday, I figured it would be a great place to try. So I made a reservation for two for 7:15pm, and we showed up at 7:15 on the dot. We were seated immediately in th middle of the dining area and handed menus. Then we waited, and waited...and waited. Nobody ever came to the table to say hello or tell us they would be right with us. Finally after 15 minutes, someone came over and poured us water then walked away. We continued to wait and watched as three waiters walked around and served all four other occupied tables while continuing to ignore us. Finally at one point, my girlfriend said that one of the waiters made eye contact with her and then proceeded to turn around and walk back into the kitchen area. Normally I would have said something or tried to flag a waiter down but it was as if we were just being completely ignored. We waited another 10 minutes then got up and walked out. The hostess said "have a great night" as we walked out, not even realizing we werent served. I was a waiter for almost 10 years and would never treat a table like this. If you see a table that has had menus for more then 10 minutes, you go over and check on them regardless of whether its in your station/area or not. And being that it was a Sunday, the place was not busy at all. The bright side was we went across the street and had an awesome dinner at a way better restaurant. We have been receiving their menu in the mail & seeing their coupons in the paper every week so we decided to give them a try. Won't order again from them! Waitstaff taking orders needs to be trained more. Even with using a $10 coupon, I spent an extra $13! I called in the order for delivery - girl helping did not say there was a fee for delivery- but ok. The prices I was charged are not the same from the menu I received in the mail the day before. When I called today, another girl said they have an updated menu so why are they mailing old ones?! So I was charged a $2 delivery fee, another extra $2 for french onion soup that should of been 7.25, another $1 for chicken vodka parm that should of been 19.95 and then another $2 for a side of pasta that COMES WITH MY MEAL, then had to tip the guy delivering. We haven't ordered takeout or eaten out in awhile and we were disappointed. The food quality was alright. Not a-lot of sauce given on pasta or chicken & Chicken was alittle pink. I recently went to Americano Pie Bar with my gf's for Mexican/Taco Night. The Mexican food was amazing. I love authentic Mexican food, and it was surprising to find it at Americano Pie Bar. I would recommend everyone try them out! My gf's had drinks and enjoyed them. The manager Ricardo was very friendly and made sure that we had a positive dining experience. He came over and asked us how the food was, and if there was anything else he could to help. I can't stress enough how wonderful our dining experience was at Americano Pie. We were seated in the dinning room which had a more people than I felt comfortable with but sat. Sorry to say the service wasn't great and they ran out of bread, which they were making but never got any after asking two times. We were regulars before COVID. We ordered take out a lot during the height of the pandemic. We ordered dinner last night and it was sub par. We ordered 3 different take out meals. First off, one order was completely wrong. The other two were bland. There was no seasoning and the meal had completely changed. What used to be a bright grilled chicken bruschetta, turned into bland chicken, mozzarella with absolutely no taste, pickled onions and a few tomatoes. The steak tacos were bland and nothing special.
