I came in stating that I believed a mistake was made on my chicken wings because on the slip it stated no flavor, then below it showed what I asked for. I did order late the night before so when I noticed the mistake they were already closed. Fast forward to when I got off work today, I took them back up there, polite, saying hey I just think it was an error. The person at the front said sure no problem my manager is in we'll get this corrected. Literally, 1 min later, she hands the wings back to me with seasoning on them. I recently just found out about this place. I have had them a few times now and it's pretty good. I'm starting to see their Phillys are best. You can get any type of Philly or sub you want from steak, chicken, shrimp, catfish etc. I've also tried their burger it was good but I think I want to stick with their Philly. Me and my sister ate here because we saw a TikTok review of a wing combo with cheese fries which looked delicious so we were excited to try it out due to it being 2 mins from me. I guess we assumed because it's all one franchise it would be the same (due to the TikToker being at the location on Wheatland) but it was sadly is was not. I ordered a 5 piece combo with cheese fries and my total was $13.51 I got the Power Ranch wings. The wings were crisp but flavor lacked and fries were extremely soggy and cheese tasted like cheese wiz I didn't even finish them. I would give my meal a 2/10 however my sister got a 10 piece only wing which was $15.14 she got Honey Garlic and state her wings could have been crisper but the flavor was really good. Our food was done in 11 minutes so that's a plus but I don't plan on coming here again. I will attach our food compared to the tiktoker. read more

Service is always fast, the ambiance is just like a small lil mom n pop shop and the food chefs kiss! Easily some of the best wings I've had and I'm a wing fanatic honey lemon extra honey and hot teriyaki are my favorite flavors fries could be seasoned a lil bit other than that 10/10. America's Best Wings - 10 wing combo (honey lemon and hot teriyaki) - Chicken Wings Near Me - Lewisville, Texas

So I want to start off prefacing that I'm comparing this experience with the two others I've had with two other America's best locations (Gannon Lane and Illinois Avenue). They're the same brand with almost the same menu (I haven't seen Lo Mein on the other location's menus, just this one). I also ordered on DoorDash and it was delivered pretty quickly for a Friday in the beginning of the lunch rush. The mild flavor on the wings was almost the same as the other two locations but this locations was very dry in comparison. The other two had some mild sauce in the bottom of the container and the wings were completely covered but as you can see if my photo, parts of the wings were dry which I dislike. The next thing is about the rice bowl. While they did give a lot of food in the rice bowl, it really doesn't have much flavor in comparison to the Illinois location. It seems like they just steamed the vegetables over water and didn't add seasoning, tossed the chicken around a pan with no oil or seasoning and put it on top of the dirty rice which is seasoned slightly. This dirty rice also has meat in it while the Illinois location doesn't but I wasn't bothered by it, just an fyi. They gave some kind of teriyaki sauce on the side which the Illinois location did not (it already had a lot of flavor) but my husband and I got soy sauce on the side just because we like it. The teriyaki sauce was the saving grace and helped me eat it despite disliking it. At the Illinois location they also sauté their vegetables in seasoning or some kind of sauce as well as the chicken before putting it on top of flavorful yellow rice. That's my preference and why I've given 3 stars to this review. If you prefer less flavor and plain chicken then you would enjoy this location. Knowing this now, I won't order from this location again. read more

I lovvvvveee the garlic Parmesan wings! I usually mix it up with the lemon pepper as well. My friend loves the lemon honey wings. The crinkle fries aren't good to me. The koolaid is ALWAYS smackin especially the Peach Durango. Always a returning customer ;) read more

I absolutely love this location. The customer service is on point!!!!! It was one younger gentleman running the counter and making sure the drink station was stocked/ clean. He greeted every single person that walked through the door and apologized for any wait even if it was for a short period of time. I asked for Honey Old Bay wings which isn't on their flavor (combined, they do have it individually) menu but is a Maryland location favorite. He didn't even flinch. He verified what I was asking for and said it'd be 10-15 min. When my food was ready, he opened the box to verify that my order looked correct and to see if I wanted season salt on the fries. I got home after about it a 25 minute drive and my food was still pretty warm. Everything was cooked perfectly! I asked for the wings and fries to be cooked hard/ well done. They did exactly that. I'd rather drive out here than to the other location for the customer service alone. Not that the other one was bad but this location was just that good! Give it a try!!! read more

My girlfriend was craving wings so she typed best wings Lewisville and we found this place. We went there and ordered 4 different kinds of wings. We had to wait a bit because the food is freshly cooked and not heated and the cook came out and apologized for the wait which was not that long tbh, the food was great and the sauces too, the cook called Max was super friendly and he was doing the cooking, cleaning.. technically almost everything to the point that I thought he was the owner. My last two orders have been totally wrong. You can't call them because they don't answer all the time and you can't leave a vm because it hasn't been set up yet. I've spent $25 for this bullshit. Not America's best wings, sauce was delicious but Wings cooked too hard and customer service terrible. First I called hoping to place an order for pick up on my way to work. Young lady that answered told me to call back 10 minutes before pick up. I call 10 minutes before and place my order to be told order ready in 10-15 minutes. Okay no problem but I get there at 18 minutes to find I still had to wait another 8 minutes. Which is why I tried to call ahead. With the attitude of the young lady guarding the front area and the smell of weed that hit me when I stepped out of my car...I'm not that hungry. Ok the food is yum. I've only had the bone in wings and they are are always good and fresh. By far way more affordable than Wingstop. My issue is the staff. I went on a Saturday afternoon and David M was my cashier. I asked him about the flavors (in particular the 24K Gold flavor and what it tasted like ) and he mentioned that he had only tried three flavors and didn't know anything about any flavors. He also did not try to even find out about the other flavors from the manager. I asked for water and they charge $.50 for a "cup". Here's the kicker. New business? Heard about through a coworker. Me and my brother decided to stop in for lunch. I had the burger, bigger than most fast food chains. It was nice and juicy. Very filling without the fries. My brother in the other hand had the chicken tacos, we tried a piece of the chicken on its own and there was a strong flavor of lemon and cilantro. They were also decently sized for a street taco style. Overall the price was budget friendly for the amount of food you get. read more
