I had my car towed to this location because AAA gives you $10 off if you need new tires. One of my tires got a flat and had to be towed because when they put air in it, it had bubbles. At first they wanted to sell me four new tires, but my car is less than a year old so they agreed that we only needed one tire. It took a couple days for it to come in since it's a specialty tire. We bought all 4 new tires from Americas Tire and even purchased the protection plan (which I thought was hooey but my husband thought otherwise). We were about to embark on a cross country adventure. 68 days later our trip was complete and not a single problem with our tires or alignment. Disappointed again! Why do I keep coming here? Called in to make sure a busted tire was under certificate. I was assured it was. When I got here (my vehicle had to be towed), I was informed that it wasn't (only two newer ones were, which is odd because I ALWAYS buy the certificate!) and that it would be $120 to get a new one! Had I known the truth, I'd have gone elsewhere because this old car isn't worth spending that much! They told me I could add a certificate to the last remaining tire. Since that's the case, I should have called in and added it to both BEFORE bringing in the vehicle. Their time management continues to suck. 15 minutes before the "done by" time, my car was still NOT in the bay! I was informed that there was still TWO other vehicles ahead of mine! Had I known that, I wouldn't have wasted time sitting in their damn waiting room. At no time was I updated and made known they were running late! At the actual "done by" time, it was STILL sitting in their lot...nothing done. Ridiculous. If I ran my business this sloppy, I'd be OUT of business! Making an appointment online is so easy and makes it a breeze to visit. Every time I've gone with an appointment, I've been in and out in 30-40 minutes. I came by yesterday with a nail in my tire and they swiftly took care of it, added air to all of my tires, rebalanced them, and gave them a little polish. Nothing better than getting that invoice for $0!! All plugs/patches, tire pressure checks, and tire rotations are FREE. I'll definitely be back when it comes around to replacing my tires too. By morning, three of my car's four tires were leaking air. Don't believe everything you see in those old Western movies. Tumbleweeds are no joke! After they checked my tire size they mentioned my other rear tire was extremely old. Not necessarily bad just Old. They did not repair my tyre as they "found some rubber trays on the tyre" they suggested two new tires at 650 USD. I went down the VW dealer and asked them and they could not find the frays. I was here a couple of months ago just wanted to leave an honest review with a real experience i went through. The associates here are salesmen they aren't their to help you. My front wheel wasn't able to hold any air and i went to americas tire to get a "professional" opinion on it and the guy told me he wasn't gonna help me unless i bought something; he even told me that he was 99% sure it was the tire but i insisted that it was the rim but he told me he wasnt going to check unless i bought something and he reassured me again that he was 99% sure it was the tire; so they changed the tires and checked the rim and said nothing was wrong with it So i listened to him and got 2 new tires for my front wheels but i had to go back the next day cause it wasn't holding any air and i told them i'm sure the rim is cracked can you please triple check it; they checked it again and said nothing wrong with the rim So i had to go back the next day because the wheel wasn't holding air; so they actually checked the rim this time told me some bullshit about how they couldn't see the crack cause the wheel didn't have enough psi; total fucking bullshit cause they never checked the previous two days i visited I spent about 380$ for two new tires and 1 new rim; they gave me a loaner tire which was a spare tire from another car literally deflated in half a day it was worst than my wheel with the cracked rim Long story short these guy aren't professionals or knowledgeable about anything; they are only good for a simple task taking wheel off and putting wheel back on; they won't be more than a salesmen and address your problem they will only assist you if you are in the process of buying something otherwise your not worth their time; i went on 3 separate days due to them be closed on weekends and work reasons but overall shitty experience wish i never serviced my car there but i was already committed when i had to buy 2 new tires; and i went through 4 associates before someone actually checked the rim and assisted me; i wasn't even trying to be mad and forget about the whole situation but someone told me a similiar story about these guys being jackasses; so here i an sharing my shitty experience from dumbasses tire's depot For all i know maybe my rim was good but they were the ones who cracked it but they like to toss you around associates until someone actually wants to assist you; trust me when i say i went through 4 associates before someone actually confirmed i had a cracked rim; these guys are amatuer at best; they could have more than 5 years of experience changing a tire but it really doesn't mean they have more than 5 years of experience identifying problems with your wheels or tires... they just put on the psi gauge and be like yup seems like you need a new tire It's my fault for even going there in the first place but i wanted to share my experience so people are aware things like this could happen. read more

I've been going to America's Tires for almost two decades. Been to Camarillo, Pasadena, Glendale. I have always recommended this company due to their warranty on the tires. It use to be easy to bring the truck in and get the nail fixed as long as it wasn't on the side of the tire but if it was in the middle it was a quick fix. I would even tip the techs. Well that's no longer the case. You take time off of work and and expect after an hour to get a simple nail patched due to the warranty you pay up front. Nah not anymore. I ordered and paid online. That was scary, I've need shopped here before. Paid and my appointment on Christmas Eve. The appointment was for 5 days later. 3 days after paying I got a call that the order would not be in for my appointment. Mind you, that's the first business day after paying. I liked that high form. I got a call the next day saying the tires would be in the next day and asking when would I like to come in. Nice! I picked New Years Eve, so there was an "Eve" theme. I arrived and the place was packed! A total holiday zoo. I found a non-parking spot and scurried in. Seems many people don't make appointments, to my benefit. I showed my ID and went for a walk. 40 minutes later I had returned and just sat down; as they told me that my car was ready. Four new tires in less than an hour! Wizards! The staff was friendly, especially for the mob that they had. One man rightly pointed out that I was not next in line, when they came to get my car. I felt a tingle of smugness, as the attendant told him that I had already paid and made an appointment. I was not in line, teehee Now, two valve stem covers already came off, but I have extras at home. That's the worst thing I can say.
