These guys are the best! I came in with an appointment on a Saturday to replace one of my tires after developing a bubble. Jesus and Jacob were so nice and helpful throughout the process, actually getting me in and out in under an hour! I really appreciated it AND was expecting to wait way longer given how many people were there. This speaks to how efficient they are! I chose this place because of their great reviews, they also have plenty of affordable options online so you can choose what works best for you. I will say, I'm not deducting stars from the review because of how stellar the service was, HOWEVER, I have to tell about a negative interaction I had with one of the guys. Norman was SOOO rude, thankfully I only had to interact with him for a minute, but the way he spoke to me was so ugly and I pray he doesn't speak to any other patrons that way. I am really confused by these guys and their service. I bought two tires from these guys in the Culver's city location. I called back to order the other two tires. I'm literally calling to give you more business. I said will you look in the service record and order the other two tires. The guy who I won't say his name asked me, if the tires were two different sizes. I said I got one front and one rear check the records. He said he can see they are same size. I said okay. He then said their records don't show the different sizes and was lashing out at me for their lack of record keeping and was incredibly rude. Unreal and will take my money elsewhere. read more

Absolutely exceptional service at this America's Tire in Glendale! Convenient location and the entire team is courteous, transparent, and truly customer-first. They clearly explain your options and they always try to repair before recommending a replacement, a rare and refreshing approach. Their complimentary repair service is so helpful , and I always feel genuinely supported by their staff. The location is also set up thoughtfully, with both indoor and outdoor seating (and outlets!) so you can comfortably get work done while you wait. UPDATE: Over the past two weeks, I've been to this America's Tire location twice and both times their service was as spectacular as the visit that led to my initial review. You can read below for what I had done but after spending a couple of hours in their lobby sans AirPods and I'm wholly impressed with how their staff treats everyone. Ian, in particular, could be a diplomat. It seems maybe 5% of their customer base is people who did their research and planned their purchase in advance and made an appointment. Then the other 95% is a mix of walk-ins who either didn't plan ahead (and are going to make a $1,000 purchase on the spot) or folks in the middle of a very bad day. The care with which the staff treats everyone who walks through their door is a masterclass in customer service. I saw so many senior citizens who could have been ripe for getting fleeced being cared for as if their grandkids were running the store. Then, the compassion and helpful resourcefulness they show to the people who pull-in with shards of a destroyed tire fluttering away in the breeze was remarkable. It's awkward to watch someone on the brink of a melt down but each and everyone was talked off the ledge with a replacement tire that fit their budget needs. What I had done: First, a full set of tires. Went with the exact same Continentals that our car came with and ordering online was simple. Ordered on a Friday. They arrived on Saturday. And my install appointment was on Monday. Was in and out in under an hour and they even neatly bagged up the "still pretty good tire" I asked them to save. (This was a replacement I purchased only a couple years ago.) Then today, I brought in our other car to get a tire with the world's slowest leak checked out. Even with no appointment, I was still in and out in under an hour and left fully impressed with their attention to detail. They checked the other tires and found another one had been punctured by a large screw that was wedged so perfectly into the tire that it acted like a plug. read more

Have to echo the other reviews. The team at America's Tire is so polite and helpful and my experiences with them are always pleasant! I came in with a screw in my tire and Kaden helped me out. He was super kind and knowledgeable and I was so pleased with the entire interaction! And let me tell you - get the coverage on your tires! My tire was not able to be patched but they were able to replace my tire free of charge. I came in around 1:15 and my car was ready to go within the hour. Highly recommend this location. So to update, I will never return to this location, they claim they have no cameras of the employees moving customer vehicles around which doesn't makes sense in a case like mine, receiving my vehicle returned to me with damages, not worth my time to deal with dishonest service, that I will let my Insurance deal with. Be aware of how careless these young kids are with handling customer vehicle's. Blasting loud music in the shop not following safety protocols in case of accidents happening!!!! I experienced excellent service! My van needed two new tires, so I did my research online and found the best price on the tires I wanted was already offered by America's Tires... no price matching needed! I made an appointment for 8am on Saturday to give them two days to get the tires I needed. On Friday, I received a confirmation call from the store, letting me know my tires were there, ready for me. On Saturday, I arrived 15 minutes early, as requested, and noticed a line of customers waiting at the locked door. It was a rainy morning, so I waited in my car, and I checked in through my phone. At 8:00, the line was much longer when the door was finally unlocked. I got out of my van and headed toward the back of the line. Before I even reached the line, I heard my name being called! An employee came over to me, took my keys and I went past the line into the waiting room. A few minutes later I was called to the counter and told I needed 4 new tire sensors. I approved and paid for that, and sat back down. At 8:20, I got a text that my van was ready. I walked outside to my van, which was ready with 2 new tires, 4 new sensors, and perfectly inflated tires. I was handed my keys and drove out of the lot at 8:23!!!! Saw my tire pressure light come on repeatedly and guessed there may be a nail/air leak in one of my tires. Drove up without an appointment and they were able to help me immediately. They took my keys, inspected my car, charged me, and got my tires changed within an hour, give or take. Might have to revisit this review after I get some mileage on these tires. Just a heads up, if it's busy, there probably won't be parking so you might have to find street parking or wait in your car until a spot opens up. read more

I have really tried over the years to like this place. I like the idea of you buy your tires and then they give you free tire rotations and repairs. Problem is that they really just stink! Or maybe the model stinks! I made an appointment 4 days ago to have my tires rotated. I got there at 11:15, when they finally were able to help me out around 11:25 they told me they could have me done by 12:45. Tire rotation is a 5-10 minute job! Why did I make an appointment to come in and wait 90 minutes?!?! That is just bad customer service! On previous visits I have had to wait hour and ten , hour and 20. I was also told once that a tire with a nail could not be repaired and sold a $300 replacement only to take it down the street and have it repaired at an old school shop for $29 bucks. I was surprised by the service and time spent at America's Tire. I ordered new tires for my Tesla and didn't go with Costco this time around since I found cheaper tires at Tire Rack/America's Tire. I ordered my 4 tires online and when the tires arrived into their Glendale location, I made a quick and easy appointment for a weekend install. They opened at 8am on Saturday, I was probably 6th in line. Asked the guy if making an appointment mattered and he said yes. Everything was quick, I didn't see any major tire work and everything took about 10 minutes. I waited about 10 minutes and my overall 4-install took less than 20 minutes. Tires removed, new tires balanced and installed, tire nut torqued and friendly service. I was out in about 30 minutes. There were tons of staff working the office and the car bays. Looked efficient and their tire prices are pretty comparable like Costco. Service was actually faster here. Definitely be back. read more

I brought my car in for a flat-tire patch. When the work was done, the employee told me to meet him out front. He drove my car and parked it himself, then when I asked who actually fixed my tire so I could tip them directly, he tried to take the money and said he'd "give it to them." I told him I'd rather hand it to the person myself and thank them. His attitude immediately turned rude. He told me I needed to move my car because I was "in the way," even though he was the one who parked it there. He also never told me I needed to go inside or that pickup would be somewhere else. Great customer service, they were able to inspect and repair my tires within 2 hours as a walk-in. It was free of charge for the repair, and they have a status update system via text that keeps you updated. Their service is wow. Such a great experience! The employee I spoke with on the phone was super helpful as well as Norman who helped me once I got there. I called to inquire about a dunk test and patch, and they let me know that as long as the tire is repairable it is free of charge. And it really was! They also routinely check everyone's tire tread, thankfully mine were ok. Requested a quote for the tires I have currently to see price comparison and it was $50 less than the last place I replaced my tire at. I'll definitely be coming back when I need a new tire. So happy I found this place, these guys were so helpful, so efficient, and so professional - amazing job! I was supposed to leave for a road trip to SF this morning, but as I was packing up, I saw my left rear tire was almost flat. Funny thing was, before leaving from SF to LA, I had my tire guy check out my tires and he said all was well, probably thru the end of the year. I needed to work the next day and if they couldn't fix it, they'd have to order one, which wouldn't arrive until the next day. Luckily, they were able to repair the small gash on the side of the tire and I was on my way. Best part was, they didn't even charge me anything. From the guy taking off and putting on tires and wheels on a Tesla and watching him throw his entire weight onto the torque wrench to workers hollering and shouting "Yo yo...sup G, etc"...in front of customers waiting, etc....it was a backyard free for all...a badly synchronized frat party being thrown at a place of business. They had the best price in the LA area for the specific set of tires I was looking for, and live chat online made me feel confident I was purchasing the correct size tires for my car. When I called to ask about alignment (which America's Tire doesn't offer), Jules was very helpful and let me know of another business nearby that did offer it, so I could get both tires and alignment done in the same day. I came in for a tire replacement under the road hazard warranty coverage. While they used the electronic tread depth thing to measure the tire wear. The sales person said I should replace an additional tire since one would be new. The tires only have about 8k miles on them so I declined. He stated that my lowest tire depth was 5/32, I found that hard to believe since they have so few miles. I asked my dad (a mechanic) to check the tires and not one of my tires was 5/32. all of the depths they told me were off by 3mm. So Buyer beware, you may buy tires before itś necessary! I will no longer allow any tire shop to check with the electronic device. besides that, the shop was clean, staff was friendly and there was a nice outside seating area. read more

Anything not on their website can be specially ordered with a telephone call or in person. Price matching continues to be a good selling point even with online advertised pricing. Just be aware that they will help you calculate shipping and taxes for any price match inquiry. Their technicians and staff continue to do good work with an occasional lack of attention to some details, but often times they are trying to crank out as many jobs/orders as possible. Do communicate with your advisor the expectations you wish to draw attention to, thus they can pay a bit more attention to difficult wheels. Setting an appointment ahead of a visit is advisable. In addition, Auto Club members continue to receive some additional discounts if mentioned before a purchase. read more

Really good America's Tires, I moved this last year so i found this one which isn't too far from where I live now. The guys work super fast and are diligent and polite. I like that they open the door for you. My tired was repaired in less than one hour - srsly these guys are fast! My only complaint was when I called to confirm if they had the tire I needed they didn't let me know that I could make an appointment to make it easier to come in, so I had to come in twice: once to make the appointment and the other for my actual appointment. read more
