Visited this location back in June because we are now in the area and thought that I would get the same service as the Tracy location but I was wrong. I had these folks rotate and balance my tires to include tire pressure check. After the service was completed I noticed when I drove home that there was a lot of tire noise and humming. I just figured it was because of the rotation and the tires would go to normal after a few miles but it didn't. Also within a week I had to check my tire pressure because I noticed some pull to the left and I found out that all four corners of tires were at different tire pressures. I definitely didn't expect that as these folks were supposed to be professionals. I waited till this weekend (September 15th) to get the tires balanced and rotated again but this time at the Tracy location where I know I would get quality service. As soon as I got back out on the freeway I noticed all the tire noise and humming was pretty much gone and the car felt smoother. I don't recommend the Manteca America's Tire because it seems they wanted to do more quantity work that quality work. Taking the extra drive to Tracy was definitely worth it. read more

Great experience! Had a 3:30 pm appointment, and I drove off 30 minutes later with four new tires! Fast and friendly service (on phone and in store), and I was happy with the prices and the quality and variety of tires. What amazing customer service this place has! Had two holes on my tire, and although they suggested I replace the tire, I had to decline due to some financial issues. They sympathized with me and assured me that they would do their best to repair the tire and will see what else they can do if the tire cannot be repaired. Thankfully, it was! They fixed it, rotated my tires, wiped them down, and sent me on my way! Why would anyone go anywhere else with that kind of service?! I went to America's Tires in Manteca, Ca, was helped by Israel Gallardo (Ish) and was very pleased with the service I got. I bought 4 brand new tires, had them installed and was out of there within an hour. I then had an issue with one of my rims (the issue started before I came down here. It just got worse as I went) so I took my car back down to Ish after I received my new rim. Ish was very kind, had my tire put on my new rim, free of charge, quick and efficient and had me back driving again real quick. Thank you, again Ish. You are the best! read more

This shop knows customer service. I had came in for a flat tire repair (my side wall blew out so it was gonna be a road hazard repair warranty fix). They set it all right by getting the right tire in the end. I had came in for a replacement for one of the cheap touring tires on my car and they were out of stock. So I had to comeback a later day. There was a mess up and my tire didn't get picked up and I had to come back a later time. A total of four trips back to the shop and everything was resolved. Nevertheless the problem had been fixed by three employees that helped me out the most. Which were A.J, Sebastian, and Anthony. I'm not upset about the number of times I had to come back because I work nights and I could tell they were doing their best to help me out. I've worked in customer service and currently at a restaurant so I know that customers can become overly angry toward any problems that might arise during their transaction. Came here for a 9:30am appointment to get new tires and was taken care of immediately. I was told the wait time would be about an hour. I walked over to to tj max and get a call from them about 25-30 mins later saying the car is done. I went in to get new wheels added to my tires I already have on car. They tell me yes they can do it . When I get there they look at my car ( it just got into accident reason replacing wheels onto tires to drive safer ) they turn me down and tell me they won't do it. I spent my work time driving over to these idiots and wasting my gas to get my car fixed. The salesman should be a lot more respectful then the dickhead attitude that he had towards me. I took my truck in for free air fill. Great service and it free. They seamed do do a good job so when it was time to get new tires I looked up thire prices and it was reasonable order the phone. Then in person they wanted 150 bucks more at that time I told the guy and he said that no that was the price. So i walked to my truck. The guy came out and said that yea i was right. They finish the job super fast. My truck was shaking. I changed the front breaks still the same problem I took it in for an alignment and was told that the alingment was great the guy at this shop said that it was not balanced correctly. I payed 53 bucks to get the balance done "again." That fixed the problem. I always go to Costco. They take a long time to do the work but they do it right. Poor work at a fair price is a terrible bargain. So new breaks and rotters, an allingment, then paid to get the balance "again". I think that I will let them put free air in my tires but from now on I know that they cant install a tire and balance it properly. This way I will be able to enjoy my weekend and not have to use it all up to correct incopitant tire shop poor work. First time there and last time. They cant balance a tire and they sell tires. Best way to get a good deal on tires is to buy then some other place. read more

I came here for a flat, they were gonna do it for free then the technician came and talk to manager and all of a sudden I needed a new tire supposedly my tire was damaged from the inside. If I could give 1/2 star I would. Had 3 new tires put on the car. Next day while driving to work I hear a thump noise, turned around took the car back to the shop, they looked at car did not notice anything. Went to get dinner, heard noise again, checked the car noticed it was a missing lug nut. How can I notice this crucial part missing, and I deliver mail as a profession. I guess me expecting that they are labeled a tire shop they would tighten all lug nuts. I will now check every time I goto a tire place, because that is now my job. I now have to miss another day of work due to incompetence on their part. Please train your employees better. read more

I went in for new tires on my van 2 yrs ago, and had a very good experience with the staff there. I use a walker and they were very sweet about bringing selections to me and brought my van to the front door curb when finished. Even put my walker in my van behind my seat for me! My tires still look new, I have had them rotated there, with wonderful customer service and pressure checked several times, without getting out of my car. They are very nice and helpful on the phone anytime Ive called. I only wish they did alignments. My husband called and spoke with the manager about 4 new tires for my car over the weekend. We set up a appt at noon the following Wednesday to get all new tires. Day of, my husband calls and confirms my appt. Everything is good...no! I arrive and they do not have my tires at all in stock! Okay so I have never done business with America Tire. Yet I have stopped at this location before for air check but it in the beginning of the year plus I got quote for some tires during that time then. Couple weeks ago on Mother's Day my daughter came down along with few of her friends. Well got my family together borrow my brothers truck we all head out on the boat for the day I gotten a blow out on our way to the gas station as I limped my truck in the station the wife called triple aaa those guys took for ever. Hour 30mins blows by, this guy offers me some help:) I want to say his name was devin said he was just on his way to go visit his mom could put the spare on for me he had the tools with him change it out within mins. Hell I wanted to get out of there couldn't believe it. Then he asked Ayden? I asked him how'd you know my name he tells me you came by America tire once I was blown away he remember me. This guy was real kind! Not too many people would go out of there way for something like this on a Sunday. Guy was quick too especially with his feet. As he got done and put everything away for me and i mean within mins! I offer to buy him and his mother diner he refused the cash told me "no thank you she had past couple months ago only cost is just three of your friends tell them about us" that he was a tech at america tire and enjoys what he does! I'm here to tell you all out there who are looking for tires go to this store this guy was A+ all the way outstanding job from the previous reviews I see where he get its from! I went in last week to order a new set of tires. I told them what I was looking for, and they recommended something else and actually saved me over $300. I was ready to spend more, but they assured me that the recommended tires will perform as well or better than what I had in mind. They also told me if I didn't like them, I could bring them back for something else. I went in today to get my new tires. They had me in and out in less than an hour. Customer service here is great. Only issue I have is that I have brought my car here numerous times and have not had a issue until now. I have been told recently that Americas tire won't work on my car because I have a wheel spacer. Now I have never modified my car, that was the way that I purchased it, my car has been at there shop numerous times for tire replacements, wheel balancing, tire rotations, tire air refills and neither once have they mentioned anything of a spacer until now. AL the store manager at this location in manteca suggested at this past visitit that I have my vehicle brake lettering grinded down in order to fit my current wheels to a non OEM caliper off a 300zx to a 240sx. I told him I would have to see. I looked up everything online and saw how dangerous it can be to shave metal off a brake caliper can cause it to explode. It can be more dangerous than a tiny wheel spacer Which I had no idea that I had since I purchased the vehicle used. Americas tire had never had a issue with my vehicle untill now. They installed my new tire, balanced and have rotated and fixed a flag and had not once mentioned a spacer u until now! I fell as this is bad business. I feel as if they have said to refuse work on my vehicle then I should get credit on my tire certificates. read more

Great customer service from America's Tire in Manteca, CA. On 7/21/18 my family and I were passing through heading to Sacramento from Oakland. Stopped to get gas in Manteca when I noticed a screw in my tire and my tire was loosing air quickly. Not knowing the area, I found a Costco (which is where I purchased the tires from) but was disappointed with their customer service (I will also be writing a review for). I called the next place that came up on google which was America's tire. Called, spoke with Tommy, and told him my situation. He said bring it on down and he will see what he could do. Sure enough he said it could be repaired but I would have to wait at least an hour. With no other place to go, I said go ahead and do it. 40 minutes later, my name was called by Jacob and I was ready to go. Jacob was very informative on what they did. I asked him how much the repair would be? He said Free of charge. It's great to know you can still get great customer service from a major retailer.
