I had been driving on my donut for 12 days and needed to go to San Diego for my daughter's college graduation. I stopped in on Saturday afternoon to get air in my tires and was told that I had a nail in one of my tires. Talked with a technician (I forgot his name) and was told it would be about an hour because they were very busy. They had it repaired within 45 minutes and while I was waiting, I noticed how professional, friendly and courteous every single person that worked there was. I went in today to get my flat tire changed. I had been driving on the spare tire. To my surprise they had the tire I needed( I was told by another store that these will need to be ordered as they did not have them). These people are very professional, pleasant and very efficient. I walked out of there in less than 30 minutes with a new tire, air pressure and rotation of all tires checked. Third time here and each time, I'm more impressed than the last. Purchased a tire here over 2 years ago. At the time, it lasted all of two weeks before something irreparable happened (I conveniently don't recall what I did lol ), they replaced it and were incredibly nice about it. A lot of places offer free warranties, replacements, etc, yet when its time to use the service, they act like you're inconveniencing them. This is not the case here. Anyhow, fast forward two years to today, found a nail from like, the Titanic from the size & looks of it, thought for sure I'd need a new tire, but turns out its fixable and completely covered. As nice as they are being about it, you'd think I just dropped a few racks on new tires and rims or something. I've dealt with quite a few people in the multiple times I've been here and each is as nice as the last. As an added bonus, the wait is eased by the occasional eye candy in & out of the shop or at the register. Highly recommend this place! read more

I saved up to purchase tires for my Mercury Mountaineer for months, and researched many tire stores for the same. I chose American tire because at one time they inspected my tire for an apparent nail in it for no charge. I decided to buy tires from them because of their prices. Their service was great. I had an appointment for 10:00 a.m. and they were finished by 10:45. Fast and very friendly service from the greeter to the the service guy. I will always go back to these people. read more

America's tire is definitely my go to place for all my tire needs. However, my last visit was not the greatest. A couple days ago, I found that a piece of wood was lodged on the inside side wall of my tire. I went to my local Americas tire where I had purchased the road hazard warranty so that I can get it replaced. This was on a saturday and the tire would have to be ordered and would be in first thing Monday morning and they said they would call as soon as it came in. Monday morning came along and no call. I took upon myself to give them a call and they said it didn't show up. A call in the morning regardless of whether the tire was there or not would've been nice just to keep me updated and not wondering. The tire came in the next day as promised but still no call in the morning. It got put on and I drove home. When I got home, to my surprise there was an bubble in the sidewall of another tire. So I called and went back to have them replace out the other tire and they were very accommodating as I didn't want to wait for another tire to be ordered, I just asked if they could install a matching pair of tires they normally had in store. Needless to say, it was a lot of wasted time in the process had a proper inspection been done on all the tires. I expected a lot more considering I previously worked for the company for 9 years. Today, 2/4/15, I called America's Tire & spoke with Edwin. He explained about the different tires they had & suggested I stop by to see what I needed. When I arrived Evan helped me & when he looked at my tires, especially the front tire, he said please don't leave, this tire is about to separate & fall apart or blow out! I arrived at 5:45pm & they usually close at 6:00pm but they stayed opened to put on new tires so I would be safe! Jose was the manager & I told him what a terrific crew he had! I went in on saturday because a friend had told me they will fix a flat for free and so I took my car to have my tire repaired. They repaired it no problem, went somewhere sunday and the tire was flat again so I went back not knowing what to expect really especially when this is a free service they provide and I didnt even buy the tire there originally. Anyhow the staff there is great they checked my tire again found out the problem and replaced my tire. The staff is wonderful and they go above and beyond to make sure you leave there happy. Chris was very helpful and took the time to explain to me why the sensor was going off and checked my tires to make sure there was no issue. Probably took up a total of five minutes! I went in on 11-30-16 because my front passenger tire kept going flat, and I had bought my tires from there. My tire was under warranty but it was still going to cost to replace it the tire was very dangerous to drive on. The young man Chris that helped me was worried about my safety as a person. He also noticed my two back tires were bald, and said I needed to replace them ASAP. I am currently going through Chemotherapy and not working I do not have the money to replace my tires nor did I have the money to fix my front tire, I explained this Chris. He was beyond amazing went above and beyond to help me to make sure I was safe talked to his manage and they replace my tires for 20.98$ ... This was the most amazing gift anyone has done.. Every employee there was super nice helpful and willing to do what they could for each customer. Because of what Chris did I will now get to my Chemotherapy treatments safe and sound. I simply can't say enough about this business. Most people don't like buying new tires. They're expensive and you always seem to need them at an inconvenient time. Still if you have to, this is the place to go. As with all America's Tire Stores I've ever visited, you will never find better and faster service with people that treat you like you're the most important customer they've ever had. On my last visit I bought 4 tires, the visit before that was for a tire repair. They did it for free, and no, I hadn't even bought the tire from them, it came on the car when I purchased it. Only giving 1 star because 0 stars apparently isn't an option. Really disappointed in these guys. We bought 40,000 mile tires and paid extra for warranty. The tires lasted 20,000 miles due to "uneven wear caused by over-inflation." They put the air in the tires when they rotated them. They refused to rotate them or repair a nail and said we had to buy new tires. Only offered us a 25% credit toward the purchase of new tires even though we only got 50% of the expected life because they over-inflated the tires. If we want warranty on the new tires, that's an additional charge. Apparently the warranty doesn't cover their errors. They just lost 3 customers. read more

I bought a set of 4 tires and sure service was good taking my money, but they broke a cap off my rim and getting them to deliver on their promise of replacing has been a joke. Several calls have been made and even a call to the district office. I did get a call back saying my cap would be here in a couple of days, but that was two weeks ago. My friend purchased a set of tires here- and they said they could not fix his tire and tried to sell him a new one- then we brought the tire somewhere else and they fixed it. They tried to say that the nail was too close to the side even though it was right in the middle. In my opinion they use lots of dishonest selling practices. For one they have a big sign out front that says will not be undersold! (which is illegal since thats a big statement and they lie and say come down we will match the price then they don't) Actually they say anything to get you to drive down. Anyways I wanted them to match a price on 2755520 pirelli that were $150 each in Ripon and discount had them for $260 each. I didn't want to drive to Ripon- so they said come down and we will match the price- anyways I drove down was there for 2 hours and the price was still $300 more so then I drove to Ripon. Also I must say they don't know much about tires and only have a bunch of kids trained to say key phrases to get you to drive down and its a bunch of lies and tactics. read more

By far some one of the best places I go as a consumer. Every employee is friendly, honest and cares about what's best for you. They don't oversell. They take care of you from beginning to end. I also love that this location specifically plays christian music in their waiting area. I always feel safe and trust what these guys tell me. I came back from my run to find a huge nail in the front passenger side tire of my car. I was upset, it was the last thing I wanted to see. I bought tires from America's tire Company before. I called in advance if they fixed tires. They do for free and check all the air pressures of the other tires, including your spare. I opened up a Yelp account finally, so I can give Zach Seibert and Jack an awesome review for what truly exemplary customer service is like. They were professional, and courteous. Zack went above and beyond by doing what was right for the customer (me). I actually asked to replace both tires in the back due to "high" recommendations from a mechanic shop of the dangerous conditions especially with winter abound. Zach checked the threads and said they were at high level conditions and did not need replacement. I cannot believe the major discrepancy between an ethical company like America Tires Company versus the other shop!! read more

I got a flat tire early Saturday evening about 5 mins after all the auto shops closed, which was really annoying. First thing Monday morning I went to America's Tire Store online and was pleased to see you could search and see the exact prices of the tires and others. I have different sizes on the front and back and it said they were out of the back sizes so I called to see if I needed to have them order them first and THEN make my appointment. I got Josh on the phone and he was SO nice. He said I just order them and they'll make sure they are there BUT I can just give him the info and he'll take care of it now on the phone. So I gave him all my info and he said they actually did have all the tires onsite. I could have it towed straight to them and I didn't even need to be there, he would just keep an eye out. So not only did I get all my tires taken care of, I didn't even need to make multiple trips. Tow came, got my car, and I got a phone call at about 1:30 that it was done and ready to go.
