Was in Wednesday and as usual outstanding service. Honored the warranty on the tire even though the tire was not the problem.

Had an appointment showed up 15 minutes before and waited in line for about 20 minutes before being helped. They have an online tracker and the worker told me it would be done in 30 minutes to 45 minutes max so i waited. A hour later they haven't even touch my car it's still where I parked it. Walk-ins who are in before appointment have priority so appointment times are useless. Wish they had self awareness and just give a honest time frame so I can plan accordingly and come back when it's finished instead of being told it won't be a long wait. No need to lie just keep it real and say you're slammed and it's going to take a few hours. read more

I highly recommend America's Tire. I have always had excellent service here. Today no exceptions. Repairing nail damage and rotation, they are so dang friendly about it. When I bought my tires and rims here they helped me to understand the difference between different brands and difference in tires in same brand. Check them out next time you need a good product to keep. You safe on the road. Update: was told 45 min for work to be done. An hour AFTER that stated time I had to ask when would be done? Always reliable and informative when there have been issues with my car. Came in for a routine tire rotation and check on the tore pressure. I did have an appointment and was able to get in fast. It took less than 45 mins for the services to be done. read more

There is a lacking communication and they try to cheat and up sell you at the end. They do no not hold in trust and integrity.

Everyone who helped me (Anthony, Devin, Little Josh, and Trey, and Raymond) was super accommodating to my needs, super helpful, friendly, informative, and even offered to let me drive my car into the bay so that no one's germs were in my car when I mentioned my health issues and concern about the growing Delta Variant transmissions. The corporate covid policy is not great, in my opinion, but that is out of the shop's control. When I asked about their mask policy over the phone, they told me that everyone is vaccinated and at least let me know how they are following current Covid/mask laws. Someone was coughing but they were masked. Wear a mask if you need to protect your health, but I have been coming here for years and would absolutely recommend! I had a rear passenger tire blow out on a Friday afternoon. By the time AAA had arrived pretty much everything had closed. I called America's Tire and asked if they had my tire in stock. They did not but the price they quoted was really reasonable although it wouldn't arrive until Monday. That wasn't going to work for me. I asked for an estimate to expedite the process or if it were possible to direct me to another service center that may have my tire in stock. The salesperson searched further and gave me a next day delivery option for a minimal fee. I offered to pay in advance but he said not to worry, my tire would be delivered by 10:00 AM the following morning. I walked in at 10:00AM Saturday, and drove away with my new tire in under 30 minutes. read more

Brought my truck in to get the tires rotated and balanced. Front desk was responsive and it didn't take too long to get the truck serviced on an appointment. However, I immediately noticed something wrong with one the lug nuts on the front tire. One of the covers were missing (see below). I was told by a service manager that Ford has these issues and he offered to sell me new lug nuts. Clearly, the mechanic did not make sure he had the socket on the lug nut before he started to try and take it off with his pneumatic impact gun. But to blame Ford on their poor design and make the customer have to pay for America's Tire's mistake??? They've lost a customer and my respect in that cheap and petty move. read more

My first time doing business with America Tires was a little over 2 years ago. Though they are friendly I have found that some of their products they sold are of low quality. 2yrs ago I purchased from American Tires a full set of rims and tires. The Rims where the Black Rhino Wheels. They looked great but now the powder coat on the wheels is peeling away on all 4 wheels. When I took my Pickup in to ask what could be done. I'm told there is nothing. They just offered to sell me another set? No credit nothing! They have since stopped selling this brand. Makes me wonder what did they know and when did they know about their low quality? I'll very disappointed in their decision not to help make this right. read more

Just a fantastic shout out to the front service tech that handled my car - I brought in a Honda hybrid accord in the later part of 2023 for new tires. ( Michelin) I am behind on a few reviews and choosing to catch up in the first of 2024 year . This is one of them. I feel I have a duty to really commend those businesses that are exceptional in the customer service dept . I say that because in society globally good customer service is hard to find . Now days a lot of business skimp over that dept , so I feel the need to commend those who put CS in the forefront of all. Not only was American Tires great at customer service but the servicing of my car was exceptional! Great pricing on the tires and a speedy turn around on ordering placing on car. The shop was very busy the day I came in , I was worried I would be there forever , but the guy at the counter was calm , confident , efficient and made each and every one of us feel importnt as he got us all in and out fast! The speed and quality of the service was awesome! This tells me that the company clearly works in a team effort! 5 stars from me! I will soon be bringing in my Rav 4 for tires. I have had quite a month with my car/tires. It started with a flat tire that was changed out by the Riverbank location (Only took about an hour!). While at the Riverbank location, they let me know that I had a crack in a different wheel and that tire would not hold pressure. They informed me of all of the options and price points and I told them I would let them know. I ended up calling the Standiford location on accident but they had all of the new wheels at this location. They switched out the wheels a few days after the initial tire change. Just a week or so later, I ended up with another flat tire! Same tire as before. I wanted to pull my hair out. I came in about an hour before closing yesterday (back at the Standiford location), and they repaired my tire free of charge. I was so grateful (especially because they found a pesky screw in it - totally my fault!). Overall, they have all had great customer service and I will not go anywhere else!! Came to Americas tire company when my challenger experienced a rough one when a brick decided to tear the inner wall of my right rear tire. I was immediately taken care of. They were able to find the correct tires for me and have it shipped to the store, which in the meantime. I was given a spare tire in the same size in the meantime. Joe and Cameron are amazing!! Today I went to drive my car and saw I had a split on my tire, so not a great start to my day. I called in they were very helpful in determining what the cost would be for a new set of tires. I drive in and get everything set up (with the help of Joe who was very nice and personable), the only downside being that they only had 3 of the tires I needed. They suggested I get a wider tire and it was only a few dollars in difference so I gave them the go ahead. I was in and out in about an hour, give or take. TLDR; fast service, great attitudes, decent prices. I highly recommend these guys! read more
