Great service!! Called in just 5 min earlier to see if I could get my tire pressure checked. Stopped in around 8am on a weekday and was helped right away. My tire pressure warning light came on suddenly and I freaked out because the last time that happened I ended up on the side of the road. Luckily this time everything was ok. I have bought several sets of tires there over the last few years and have had no problems with them. Courteous, fast, friendly service with a clean, modern air conditioned waiting room. A huge plus is they don't do anything but sell tires so there are no attempts made at up selling other services. Came in a few weeks ago to get my tires rotated and checked as one was low. Walked out having to fork out $700 in new tires. ehhhhh This would typically be one of those reviews where you hate life cuz you had to spend a shit ton of money on something you weren't expecting. However, these guys were so awesome, I actually felt great about having to buy new tires. Initially when the guy checked them, he said he couldn't do anything about the tires, they were too low on tread. He said by law they were so low he couldn't even put air in them. Now I had never heard that and was dumbfounded. I didn't think the tires were that bad, I had only had em a few years maybe, so I was skeptical and was ready to bolt. For the one tire that was low and that he initially checked, he did offer to give me a used replacement for the time being until I wanted to decide on getting new ones, so I thought that was a noble gesture and agreed on it. I was on the phone outside while they were swapping the tires and went to look at them. The mechanic started talking to me and showing me the wear and tear. I was shocked. The tread was very bad, just millimeters it seemed of tread left. I actually got a lump in my throat of how bad they were and I had not noticed. Bad on me. He even showed some wear on one tire and mentioned what that could cause while driving and he was absolutely right. The front had been shimmying for a while and I thought my alignment was off or something. I went back in and the guy I was originally talking to was on the phone but another rep asked if I needed anything and I went ahead and bought new ones with him. Everyone hates going to get their cars checked for whatever reason. I think everyone thinks that something is going to be "found" by the mechanic necessitating some sort of repairs. I admit I fall in to that category quite a bit. However these guys were all professional, so very helpful and honestly made me feel safe knowing they were looking out for me, even if they didn't come out and say that. I'm sure they get a ton of irate people pissed about having to spend money, but they were all so cheerful and professional, they must take it all in stride and keep on going. Good on them. This morning I took my car to America's Tire because I had a slow leak in my front tire that required filling it every three weeks. When I asked how long it would take for them to inspect the tire and possibly replace it, they said 45 minutes. I wondered if they really could do it so quickly since there were 8 people in front of me. Voila! Not only was the tire fixed (a small screw had pierced the tire) within the promised 45 minutes, they rebalanced it and tested it for free!!! I will be a regular customer from now on. read more

I came to this to store and purchased tire for my vehicle. I was told I'd have to wait for a tire to be ordered, so I left my car and I took a Lyft to work and returned later that evening at the time the new tire was being delivered. I learned that my tire was not shipped by the service center, which annoyed me at first. My advisor (James Truong) hooked me up though: He got me a loaner tire for my car, refunded my Lyft expenses and I should have my tire tomorrow! A comedy of errors.... Visit 1: My left front tire was flat with a slow leak. Apparently, the leak was in the wheel itself instead of the tire. I drive a Honda Accord - no special wheels or rims . The salesman said he would order a new one - in the meantime the tire was re-inflated. Total time wasted: 1 and 1/2 hours. Two weeks later, I hadn't heard back from the tire company. Apparently, the wheel order was never placed. In the meantime my tire was continually being inflated and deflated as I drove. When they realized that the order was never placed they immediately placed the order. Visit 2: 4 days later I still hadn't heard back from America's tire. I called up the company to find out what was going on with the wheel. I guess it was being delivered via pony express because it still hadn't arrived (at least it was ordered). After I expressed concern over the wear and tear over constantly inflating and deflating my tire - they put on a loaner wheel to stabilize the condition. They replaced the wheel with a loaner and assured me that my tire was fine after they inspected it. Total Time Wasted: 1 hour 15 minutes. Visit 3: The next day my tire was completely flat. I was livid. I went straight back and demanded answers. "Somehow" a nail had gotten into the tire. They patched it up gratis. By now, they were beginning to figure out that I was displeased with their service. Total Time wasted: 45 minutes. Visit 4: They called me after the holiday weekend to let me know that my wheel had finally arrived. However it would take 2 hours to put it on. I waited - what the hell - I had already waited 3 weeks for a standard 14" steel wheel for an Accord. Then - surprise - they showed me that another one of my tires had experienced significant wear and tear. It needed to be replaced immediately. So I replaced the back two tires, got my front left wheel replaced, and got the f*** out of there. Total time wasted: 2 hours 15 mintues. While all of the staff was extremely courteous, the place is chaotic and disorganized. Over three weeks to replace one standard wheel? I don't think I'll be a repeat customer. If anyone from America's Tire reads this - please feel free to respond. I would love to see some improvement. read more

I'm a fan because they fix flats for free. NOW..yes..while trying to sell you tires. If your in a bind and need a quick fix, find the nearest one. If they can't fix it, they will try to sell you new ones but if you strapped for cash ask about used ones. I got a great deal on two new tires with installation for $94. I went to them and they were a tad dismissive and terse so I went to American Tire Depot on Foothill and found him to be more genuinely warm and helpful and decided to take my business there. At the last minute I decided to price compare so I called American Tires to get a price and Robert tried to hard sell me on a deal that was still over and above the American Tire Depot price. As I was walking into American Tire Depot he was finishing up a call with a man posing as "my boyfriend" asking about the price and deal the American Tire Depot was offering and asking him all kinds of questions. It was creepy and unethical and I am going to report them to the BBB because they have my personal info I am a tad weirded out by that horrible experience. read more

I pulled in because my tire pressure kept going down despite filling it up every few days. They checked the tire and found a nail in it. They also checked the tread for me and my two front tires were perfect and the two rear tires were both at 50% of what the front tires were on and I bought the car only 6 months ago! Needless to say, they rotated the tires, repaired the one with the nail in it and off I went. No Charge for any of it! I actually wanted to pay them something since they spent at least a half hour repairing the tire. Well, guaranteed I will be buying new tires with them when the time comes. They pretty much sell any tire you can find on Tire Rack without the inconvenience of shipping and finding your own installer. Their prices are extremely competitive so don't think for a second you need to go online for your tire needs. Then there is their customer service, which I would rate A+. Pretty much valet service the moment you roll up, their tracking system of your orders are always on point, and the nicest group of trained professionals you'll find in the business. I called to ask them if they carried our OEM Acura MDX tires in stock, and they did. They quoted me a price and an approximate wait time for installation. I received a credit for one of my tires because it was less worn than the others. The price was exactly what they quoted, less the credit. The wait time was exactly what they quoted. The price was competitve. Costco price is slightly less, but the Costco wait is 3 to 4 hours where we are, not worth it. The wait at America's Tire was 1 hour 20 minutes on a Saturday morning. I would like to say, this store is usually good, their price, services and warranty. But not this time, I got a set of 4 new tires on Thursday, I just felt something wrong but can not tell right way, my wife drove it on Saturday, on the half way to Chino, she called me with scary voice, "what you have done, car bounces and shakes like a leave?", since she has already driven half way, I could only tell her to drive slower. On next Monday, I have my son bring the car to store, they said these tires are out of balancing because they need to re-calibrate balancing machine. Once they finished balance, I still feel better but sometimes still bouncing. I bring car to mechanic for exam, they told me front strut is probably ruined. I call them for complaints, shift manager keets saying, it is not possible to damage strut and spring for just one weekend drive. Yes, he was right, but strut and coil spring was about 70% functional level, your wrongly balanced tires reduced it to lower than 50%, now I need a new set of strut & spring. That is the problem. Shift manager still refuse to compensate me anything. Damn it, I have to spend another 600 for parts, and 150 labor plus alignment. I am not rich, I hate to condemn this store but for this time. read more

I went to America's tire to have 2 of my tires changed. I was told the service would take 1 hour to complete and I would be called once it's done. However, I was waiting in the lounge for 2 hours and nobody attended to me. Then I took a walk outside and saw that my car's sitting in the parking lot with new tires put on already. I'm pretty disappointed with the fact that nobody came to me to tell me service is done. Another thing is that they forgot to return me my tire key. I only found this out after I came back home. Well I am very disappointment with my last visit, had an appointment to have tires rotated by their suggestion, (my tires do not need rotation because they are asymmetrical and the wheels are different sides front and back), but because of the Manufacture warranty we went anyways. We bought the current tires about a year ago and have17000 miles on them, (the warranty is for 45000). The first thing he says is that my rear tires need to be replace and that he would give us a credit for the new tires if I bought all new 4 tires, seriously OMG!! how stupid he think we are, we said NO! of course then he proceed to tell us that the warranty is ONLY 25000 but he will be nice and that he would extended the warranty to 45000. (I have the original purchase receipt were it says 45000) Well the visit was a night mare, I don't know what this ignorant sales person was thinking that we were going to go along with his miss information (Lying). We are very disappointed with this recent visit, because we buy all tires and service with this store, but if this is going to be their way to make their sales quotas I will be looking for a new tire store. read more
