When they installed them they did not do it correctly so I ended up with a flat tire while driving on the freeway. Managers admitted it was their fault and the guys did not do it correctly. Actually have always been impressed with Discount & Americas tire in every location from Oceanside/Vista to Murrieta/Temecula. When I arrived there was at least 5 people in line. So I figure I'm going to be here for 2 hours at least. Nope! When you take the 10 minutes I waited in line out they finished in under 40 min for all 4 tires. & at a great price. Wish they would expand on their repair services though... But they have a good price on tires and wheels, no hidden charges and always very helpful. Even replaced a hub cap that fell off my wires car 6 years after we bought the wheels from them & charged us $0 just handed the cap and said have a nice day. read more

The service is horrible, the manager is horrible, the wait time is horrible even with apt. They don't honor the warranty and find everyway to get out of it. Every other place will will meet or beat this place prices. The manager is a poor business man and no idea about customer service. Cant believe they act like they are doing you a favor. I love American Tires and have been a customer since 2009. I have gone to three different locations and I must admit this location has been the most attentive. Today I took my car in because I drove over a nail and these guys took care of everthing. They were so helpful and always polite! I love this location and these guys made me feel right at home. Very friendly staff here! I went to another tire shop across town a couple days ago when I got a flat and they were not nearly as friendly as these guys here. I felt like here they actually want to take care of the customer and not just get their money. Trevor was superb and Robbie was fast with getting my tires taken care of. I am SO thrilled with the service I received today at America's Tire Co. I was able to make an appointment online with an appointment time first thing in the morning. Before I could even get my baby out of the car, I was greeted by a nice guy that directed me to the front desk. I came in for a bolt in my tire (tire repair), rotation and balance. Both the repair and rotation were free of charge and the balance fee was very reasonable. They were even able to reset my tire sensor monitor! I am beyond thrilled with this place and will use them for all my future tire needs. The customer service was amazing and they worked very quickly! I highly recommend them! read more

Horrible experience!! I have bought tires in this business several times, but something has changed in this store because today one of the customer service representative named "Michael" treated me like shit! He was referring to me like he was doing me a favor. This person was racist and arrogant. On the other hand, the waiting time was crazy. I will never buy in American Tires again. Too Bad! read more

I've been buying tires from Americas tire, since I've owned a car. I've recently transplanted to Temecula, from my hometown, where I was well known at my local Americas tire. I was kinda nervous going to a new one since, I wasn't sure if it was just a great company or if it was just my particular locations. I was happy to find out it was just a great company!!! I recently bought a brand new car (Its only 4 months old) and, I ran over a nail. Since, my tires were the stock ones from the dealer I went in expecting to pay about $30 to get my tire patched...but, because I had purchased new tires on my old car about 6 months ago they said they would patch it for free. I was shocked because, my tires on my current car weren't theirs. The guy who helped me was super friendly, this is another great location. read more

I love this store! Every employee I have ever encountered here (Edgar, Charles, and Jose most recently) has a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. They really stand by their warranties, and they offer the best deals in town, even better than Costco and Walmart in my experience. I also appreciate that they offer a 10% military discount! These guys are great. First, system showed that they had my tires. I paid for them and was waiting for an install when I was told that they didn't have the tires even though the system showed they did. They offered to upgrade me to the next level which was Pirelli tires for no additional cost. Sore. Then my lug nut snapped and I informed them they are the only ones who work on my tires. So they pay 125 to Goodyear across the way to remove the nut without any argument. These are the pillars of customer service that makes this place so great. Thank you. read more

Terrible turn around time for a simple balance and rotate with flat tire on a weekday arriving before 11am. Finally had to leave with a flat and go to their competition. We have always gotten our tires from America's Tire/Discount Tire and have never had a subpar experience. They ALWAYS go above and beyond. I have had different car-related businesses assume that I am naive about cars (I assume because I am a woman) and try to take advantage of me. But America's Tire has always treated me with honesty and respect. (Plus they have great warranties and prices). I recently had a bad experience with a local dealership where I took my car in for an expensive warranty repair. The dealership conveniently noticed that my car was in need of new tires and an alignment and could "do me a favor" by taking care of it while the warranty issue was fixed for only $800. I knew they were lying to me because I had JUST had my car into America's tire to repair a flat. Had my tires been dangerously low, as the dealership said, the staff at America's Tire would have told me. I told the dealership to forget the tires and alignment and give me my car back. Then I drove it straight to America's Tire where they confirmed what I suspected. My tires were fine. Two of them could be replaced, though it wasn't urgent. The other two were in excellent condition. I appreciate the honesty, no-pressure sale; and the quick installment of my 2 new tires. I will ONLY do business with America's Tire. I made my 1pm appointment, at 11:30am of the same day. When I got to the store, at 12:50pm; I was told they couldn't get to me until 2:30pm because there were two 1pm appointments in front of me. What's the use of having an appointment, if you cannot be seen until over an hour after the appointment you signed up for? Wasted hours of my day, and by the tone of the representatives voice and his facial expression; he could careless. read more
