I buy all my tires from Americas Tire and the following is why. The customer service, honesty and pricing can't be beat ! Yesterday I went to the Winchester rd store in Temecula and spoke with Richard. I had a question about tires on my Mercedes GL 450 that were wearing faster than I thought they should. Richard inspected the vehicle and said it was ok and the tires were wearing evenly. He also said that this is not uncommon on heavy vehicles like mine. Richard explained the warranty on the tires and gave me a great deal upgrading to a new set. This was all done fast, honestly and fair. Took my car to get tires rotated and balanced. Came back an hour later to find one of my lug nuts snapped off. They told me the bolts was striped and that they got my permission to snap it off. My "permission" was them calling me and giving me a heads up about the bolt. I never gave them permission to do so. They even had the nerve to blame me for stripping it in the first place, even though I've never used an air gun or high powered machine to screw on the lug nuts. Now I have to fix this on my own, spend $40 to replace the wheel barring, and waste an entire day doing it. This was my first and last time going here. Never again! read more

I was the first appointment of the day and Rich had helped me check in and delivered great customer services. He gave me an estimate of 20 minutes to wait and I was out under 10 minutes. It has now been over 2 months sense I took my RV in and they broke the hub cap. They told me they will fix it but every time I call I get told that the wrong part came in and they need to re order another. It's a hub cap and they sell rims and tires, wtf. The tire service is great but the personal service when they break something is less horrible. read more

I am giving this company a one star, because I never got tires from this place. Drop my truck off this morning with my three-year-old about 930 in the morning. We were told that it was going take about an hour to an hour and a half to be completed. Great, so we walked across street to the mall and killed about two hours of our time. Walk back over and stood in line at 11:30, noticed that my car didn't even move from the spot that we were putting nor was there any tires put on. So I asked the gentleman back and said I was going elsewhere and he replied by saying were backed up and there is one car from me. I'm sorry but I have a tired and cranky 3 -year-old and now don't have time to wait. So now I have a tire that's probably gonna blow in a couple days and now I have to go through this process again. Had a nail in my trailer tire so I took the wheel off myself and brought it in for repair (on a busy Saturday I might add). Spoke with Tim at the desk who was very professional and courteous. They took my tire and had it repaired in 30 mins on the dot, free of charge. During my wait, I could overhear conversations between the employees and other customers. An appointment was made for a specific time to purchase new tires and have them put on my car. I waited 45 minutes past the appointment time. Why bother with the appointment? One makes an appointment because one may have other appointments. I was late to my next appointment because of this. And by the way, our pricing is not that great. Purchased 4 new tires during the 4th of July holiday weekend but was on vacation for a few weeks following. They were nice enough to hold the tires for me until I returned. Had an appointment scheduled to install the new set and was out an hour later. Very quick and easy process! Beautiful tires, just wish they performed wheel alignments. Had to make a pit-stop next door at Express Tire to have this performed upon completion. read more

I got a nail in my tire on my 2009 honda accord and is going flat. I went to 2 chain company tire companies close to America's tire store and both said tire can't be patched and needs to be replaced. I disagreed and left both of those places and left. I went to America's tire and they said, they would fix it for FREE. Came in when a large chunk of tire came off all the way down to the belts. Tire was pretty worn but the manager Richard honored the road damage warranty and replaced the tire free of charge. Been with these guys for years and have had them work on all my vehicles. Highly recommend using this location for all of your automotive tire needs. I have used Discount tire for years and the last time I was there on 2-26-16,I purchased 4 tires as I do every other year and got A decent deal as they normally provided...That's where the normal experience ends . When I got my truck back the wheels were so heavily marked up from the tire machines it looked like they beat on them. They badly chipped the paint on all four wheels. Come on guys have a little respect for customers wheels . They must have some rookie installers there these days. I'm very dissatisfied with the install. read more

One of my tires needed to be inspected and repaired for a slow leak. I called my dealership and of course they wanted to charge me; $59 to be exact. Not liking the price, I yelped Tire Repair and found this place with glowing reviews. I gave them a quick call and asked about tire repair and to my surprise the guy said they would do it for free. I don't know where all the good reviews are coming from, I'm surprised there are any. I've been here two times and both times I'm disappointed. The first time I came here to get a plug. They dont know how to plug tires apparently. The second time I came here to replace the plug because it was done incorrectly. The manager told me i was lying about getting the plug done there because they don't do plugs there the way it was done. I gave him the date I came in, he looked it up and lo and behold the transaction wasn't recorded and there's no record of me being there. So I had them replace the tire with a brand new tire. I didn't Inspect the tire myself but it looked new so I drove off satisfied. Today I happened to look at the tire and there's a plug in it. How did a plug mysteriously get into my new tire? Hmmmmmm... The only other time I had visited America Tire was in Victorville and the person had counterbalanced my tires. What's going on here? -1 stars. read more

These guys are doing great. They have a lot of business, which makes wait times a little long, though that means their customers come back! I planned on going next door to express tire, they gave me a cheaper price, but I like to pay for quality. It's clean, customer service is just fine, these seats that I've been sitting in for a while are very comfortable (which makes it easy to wait). I decided to post this because I just watched a man walk in and stand here for less than 5 minutes, then flipped out on the guy at the front desk for such a long wait. Today was a crazy day. Went outside to find the giant tire on the Silverado had a slow leak and was going flat. Called husband and he directed me to go to Americas tires here in Temecula. Checked in at Americas Tires and got the tire checked, even though the shop was really busy on this particular day. America's Tire representative Jaime did a pre-check on the tire to see if any foreign items had found their way into the tire...He found none...So after a brief consultation with my husband, Jamie got us scheduled and only a half hour wait with all the appointments and busy traffic the issue was found to be a faulty valve leak on the tire. What a great place to do business. I was prepared to pay for any costs and Dan Rouse, manager, informed me there was no charge! Buyer Beware - total scam. I purchased tires here and took advantage of their "We will not be undersold" claim. They contacted me and were able to price match the tires I wanted. It wasn't until I was in the store for installation that I found out that I was being charged a higher labor rate because of the reduced cost of the tires. read more
