I didn't feel like arguing and risk my packages getting "lost". So I said thank you and left. I decided to swing by the Brea location to drop them of and sure enough they gladly took them from me. The employees at the quad location are lazy and unhelpful. Last time I was there they didn't want to take my UPS packages because the labels were in blue ink and not black. I've shipped in yellow which is much worse than blue with no issues from driver picking them up. After mentioning this they took them. I will not be returning to this location again.

This place and more in specific the principal worker named xotl or something like that, has the worst customer service I've ever had. Something that I should've got in one day (My car sticker) took over a month along with attempts to charge again, false promises and horrible costumer service with not a single ounce of understanding and ask you questions or hear you out. Everything on the phone is rushed saying "Ok?" After everything she says as if we can't understand and need to stop asking. It honestly felt like I was being pushed into a completely unnecessary and extremely expensive repair. I brought my car in because the A/C wasn't working and paid $350 for a diagnostic. I was then told by the service advisor that the evaporator to the A/C unit needed to be replaced for $7,000, largely due to labor. That didn't sit right with me, so I got a second opinion at another dealership. They found the issue was simply low refrigerant (Freon). Total cost? About $250, including the diagnostic and refill. That's not a small difference--that's a massive gap between what was recommended and what was actually needed. Experiences like this seriously damage trust and raise questions about how recommendations are being made at House of Imports Mercedes-Benz. I strongly urge anyone coming here to get a second opinion before agreeing to major repairs. Based on my experience, the initial recommendation was unnecessary, and I won't be returning.
