Worst experience. Worst Experience!!! Lack of communication, bad customer service, no transparency, horrible pricing method, so NO they don't negotiate! Went in to purchase a car, after I put money down for the car they sold the car. Of course they lie about it and made it seems like it was miscommunication. Because my credit was already process, I decided to go with their dealership because I didn't want another credit pull from another dealer. I ended up taking the car that didn't have my spec! Because I was treated unfair they opted to get the car deliver to me because I lived 2hrs hours away and I told them I wasn't making the drive twice. They promised that the car will he delivered by 12:30pm-1:30pm! I ended up getting the car at 8pm. While all this was going on the manager refuse to take my call, I was simply trying to get the driver ETA. Finally got the driver number and the driver was rude and didn't speak much English. I wanted my whole day waiting for the car and of course had to pay my son daycare for not picking him up on time. Highly disappointed! I never wrote a negative review before, but I had to! AWFUL experience. At first we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and didn't want to believe the online reviews. My husband received a call from this dealership, and we drove to the dealership the next day wanting to look at the C300. After we test drove the car, we wanted to talk about purchasing the car. The salesman EUGENE WAS DOWNRIGHT RUDE AND SAID, "Are you buying this car today? Because I don't have the time to play numbers. There are many people coming to look at this car today". (That car has been on the lot for months and suddenly many wants to see the car? Sounds like a scam) We were stunned, and we just walked out. Not wanting to give our money to this rude person. My thinking is, he probably marked down the price too low and didn't want to sell the car at the offered price. We walked away from the dealership and walked into the next dealership down the road and found a person who also coincidentally left the same dealership because of bad experience. There are many other dealerships around to choose from. Just don't waste your time and money here. Went shopping there to look at a couple of models. They have many very clean luxury vehicles on their lot. The vehicle I was interested in I discovered was $3995 higher than the price advertised. They told me it was dealers costs, prep, auction fees ect.....I left. I purchased a vehicle a few days later after visiting another dealership. No hidden costs this time. Beware of this dealer. I was buying from out of state. Spoke to one person thinking they are the dealer. NO they were not even there when I got there nor did they respond when I arrived physically at the dealer. Then I was told to wait 45 min to see the range rover sport. After getting in the truck it the SMELL of Cigarette smoke was terrible inside. The upon finally getting keys after a 1hr the check engine light came on along with brakes and tire pressure. I can't believe what a bad experience I have had since I purchased my vehicle here. Found them on truecar, was looking for a specific vehicle and they had it. Smooth buying process, left my trade there and they said "we'll take care of it". 30 days later, I'm making 2 car payments because these shady people still haven't paid my trade off. I've called them every other day for the past 30 days and have gotten nothing but the run around. I have to get a lawyer to take care of this now but these are FRAUDSTERS to say the least. So I drove all the way down there today to purchase a Land Rover that was advertised for $39,500. When I went to complete the transaction they came back and told me there was an extra $5000 worth of dealer prep fees. The Internet price is not even close to the price that they will get you for when you get there don't waste your time. The definition of bait and switch is these guys. Called this place about a 2018 Jeep Wrangler listed for $23,995...spoke to Donna and explained I am 2 hours away... she said if I am not financing through them, add $1995...even if you pay cash....then if you're out of state there is $595 plus $350 for registration....so I asked if the final cash price would be $26,935. She kept saying come in, come in...I said is there any other fees I need to worry about or need to know about, she said there could be reconditioning.....I said how much could it be...she said I don't know but that's for tires, brakes or anything. When pressed she said it could be $3 or $4k!!! I said can you tell me what it is on this jeep...she said its hard to know....I said well that's tough to come two hours to find its not $27k, that it's $31k! I purchases a car at your dealership On June 29 2017. I was very please with how the salesman worked with me on getting the car I wanted I did have a few issue with my credit and was pleased with the rate given. I love the car and the way I was treated, However after my financial advisor looked over my paper he notice I was charged 3900 dollars over the listed price of 22,990, 495 dollars for documentary fee 200 for registration/title fees. I was also charged twice for sales tax 2,039. after seeing that I notified my salesman about the matter he told me that he would look into it and get back to me, He haven't got back to me yet. I'm 67 yrs old and live on a fixed income 3900 dollars over the list price and not informing the buyer is very dishonest.. I'm hoping that someone can help me with matter.. read more

WOW! Where do I start?? This place is the textbook definition of a BAD business model! Albert was soooo friendly when I walked in. I test drove the vehicle which I immediate noticed some issues with the car. Minor, but for the most part, everything else looked good. Then after he ran my credit card for the $1,000 down payment and getting a pre approval from Capital One Auto Financing saying my payment would be $378 a month, he told me my payments would be in the upper 400's. I said wait a minute, that's not what Cap1 said. He said you have to include taxes, fees and licensing. WHAT???? Since when are those fees spread out into the life of the loan? Not to mention blowing the payment up by 80 bucks a month? Total BS. I walked out of there. Now after a week, I'm still waiting to get my $1000 back. First they tell me they could either send me a check or I can dispute it with my credit card company. I asked them why can't they just reverse the charge and put it back on my card? They said because it's been more than 24 hours they couldn't do that. Well WTF wasn't it done immediately? It wasn't my fault it wasn't done in the first 24 hours. Send me a check? Really?? Why, so I could wait 2 months and then be told "oh sorry we mailed it". I can't trust these people at all. I finally had to open a dispute with Capital One. Hi All, Do NOT waste your time going to this dealership. I went to buy a car on 7/11/18. I met with Rob sales person who was nice. We negotiated price for the car to 18,500 from 18,800 advertised price. They ran my credit and started doing paperwork. I specifically asked them about fees involved before proceedings. Rob said only fees involved would be $495 DOC fee.+car purchase price+tax+title and regeistration fees. I agreed and signed my down payment check. When I saw finance manager, Anthony, who said there is no way they can sell this car to me for $18500. I said negotiation part is already done. He came up with $4500 extra in fees to total of $24700. My Sales Rep was JUAN - we agreed that upon the price the dealership will cover the state tax and provide the second key. The service at time of purchase was horrible. After we got home we realized the documents don't mention the state tax paid by the dealership - then we called them again and we re-assured that it will be paid. After the title arrived (with NO extra key as promised by Juan) the dealership claims that they have never agreed to pay the state tax. I agreed to purchase a vehicle from A.M.G. Auto sales for a specific price. When I arrived at A.M.G. from out of state with a Cashier's Check in hand. A.M.G. changed the terms of our agreement and refused to sell me the car unless I paid them an additional $3,000. They would not sell me the car for the agreed upon price and they sent me away. Like most, when you go to buy a car, you compare that to major tooth extraction. I went into AMG Auto with the expectations that I was going to have a fight with the sales staff and everything they said would be just a sales point. I spoke with a senior salesman: Mike Demarco and a younger assistant. As much as I wanted to fight, they delivered everything I asked for. They talked to me about the car, provided the carfax, did not push maintenance contracts on me, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They did not take long to complete the sale and even the finance department was quick. It was late in the night and told me to bring the car back the next day and they would detail the car for free. I purchased a Mercedes SLK 250. It is a great car with low mileage and great looks. I could not be happier with my purchase and the experience I had at AMG. The next time I buy a car or if someone asks where to buy a car, AMG Auto will be the place I go or the first place I recommend. Thanks, AMG team for all your hard work. For starters Joy was a Joy when I talked to her on Monday , she told me everything that I needed to bring with me . She promised me over the phone "I wouldn't waste your time knowing how far you are coming" and she kept her promise. Although, we had a rough start their team made sure I left with my vehicle. Gino was my salesman he did a great job helping me with my decision on buying my car. Not sure what the manager name is but he's the real GOAT.....he definitely stepped up as MADE THINGS HAPPEN....Everyone on their team was helpful and understanding. When I was ready to walk out the door and give up they gave me multiple options to ensure I left with my GLA 250 4MATIC.......they have wonderful cars and will definitely help you out!!!!! I read through many reviews and came across reoccurring unsatisfactory incidents with other customers. I'm just another one. I saw the car I was looking for on line at a certain price. I went to the dealership to view the car. I disclosed that I was purchasing the car outright. My salesperson's name is Uzo Onyejiaka. Once he walks away to tell his "managers" how I plan to purchase the car he comes back with figures taking the price 7K + above the listed price. I'm ready to walk away so they send in another sales manager "pretending" to "speak my language" talking to me in unprofessional terms. Since I appear African American he assumed I would be more comfortable speaking in "street". I entertained him as he proceeded to say things like, "I can't make all the fees go away." and "whats your bottom line I can take this and this away" and "here write on this paper what you're willing to pay but I can't let my boss see me writing so you write it." All sales ploys, so I played along because I was 2K under the price I was prepared to pay. We agree on a number. The Sales manager then keeps speaking with me as if we're "friends" talking his "homeboy" talk and tells me, "don't have the car buffed here I don't trust them. I wouldn't let them do my car". Bullshit of course and more so to get out of doing it. He then hands me back off to Uzo the salesman. I point out that theres a piece of moulding missing on the car and he gives me a printed paper i.o.u. which means nothing as it is not a binding legal contract. They then make me drive with the salesman to the bank some ways down the road to get them a bank check that cost me an additional 10.00 because they wouldn't take it from my debit card because of so-called "fees" they have to pay. Thanks. I was in the ballpark I was prepared to be in, I give them the benefit of the doubt and I leave a hefty downpayment and depart. I return to pick up he car. The car was never washed nor moved from where it was when I left. I marked the left rear tire just to see if it would be cleaned at least as my salesman promised. It wasn't. I used a dealer plate to take the car home. I've purchased a few used cars cash outright and so I made some assumptions that I should not have like: 1. Do they have the title to the car? They did not and should've disclosed this. 2. Is there more than one key? There was not. 500.00 for a new one from another source.. Unfortunately when we concluded the deal is when I found out that they did not have the title and there was only one key. Side bar: When I tell this Sales Manager that I was Puerto Rican he proceeds to tell me a story about how 5 of his family members died in PR with the earthquakes and that he was flying out that afternoon and how FEMA had sent him pictures. Absolute lie because FEMA would never release those types of images to anyone due to liability issues. When I returned and asked him, "I thought you said you was going to P.R for your family?" He claims he never said that. So I guess I was stupid and misheard him. Unprofessional. I call back a week later and ask Uzo when can I get the title. He says the bank has it. First time I've ever purchased a used car and the seller didn't title. I also mention the moulding and he says, "Its on back order..." Which was bullshit...I went on line and found the 3 closet dealers that had the part closest to them and they all had it in stock. I call back a week after the previous call. This time Uzo puts me through to a woman named "Olga Gags". A woman with a heavy European accent. She promises and tells me to call back "next Tuesday". I do so. I call their number listed on line and get a "meetings in progress our offices are temporarily closed". I then call another number and they say "its the front office but without a name we can't connect you" and then connects me to the first number that I couldn't get through on. I then call the salesman Uzo. He tells me "the bank has it...its in process". In 10 of 30 day warranty running out + the car sits waiting for title. I have been to many car dealerships, but this one is by far the worst. I was interested in purchasing a car as a birthday present for my wife. I went online and saw that they had the exact one my wife wanted, so I called to ask for its availability. Luckily "it was" still for sale. My wife and I finally decided to make the trip to their place. I called and told them that I was going to travel from out of state to buy that car. Two days before our trip, I made another call just to make sure the car was still available, and I was told yes. I specifically told the lady named Nicole to let me know if someone else would buy the car so we will not make the trip there and she promised me she would do it. My wife and I rented a car and after a 3-hour long drive on the road we arrived at the dealership. Ten minutes before we arrived to the car dealership Nicole called my wife to make sure we were on our way there. She confirmed that the car was still available. When we finally got there, they told us the car that my wife wanted was sold. As an alternative, they tried to sell us a car that was not up to the standards we expected. The customer service at this location was horrible. We asked to speak with Nicole the lady we had been in previous contact with, and she was a no-show. She stayed the whole time in her office and did not even bother to come to see us to apologize. it was such a shame that my wife and I travelled so far to have been left so disappointed. If you're looking to deal with them beware of their dishonesty, it's clear that they could not even manage to tell us the car was sold before we got there. I personally would not advise anyone to go to that place because of the way you'll be treated if you do. read more

I purchased a Mercedes 2014 C250 back in January 2017. It was like new, and drove just as good. Our salesman, Lamont, was very helpful and did not pressure us at all. We only rec'd one key but Lamont and the AMG team approved us getting a second key. Might not sound like much, but at $300 it was a great gesture. Getting the plates was a pleasure where Savannah was quick to assist and Liv at the DMV desk was very helpful. All in all a good experience. read more

Was still somewhat interested and they claimed they fixed it but would or could not substantiate the repairs they claimed had been done. I had my doubts to put it mildly. Hidden and non negotiable fees for no apparent related services and lack of responses when promised on top of the uncomfortable feeling about honesty was enough to scare me away. I feel like I dodged a bullet avoiding this place which was a complete waste of three trips and numerous calls. Not recommended. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!!!! I purchased my car from them on August 7th. The sale was nice and smooth and then the the nightmare began!!! Now I take half fault because I did not look at the paperwork a little closer when we were signing but the dishonesty is unbelievable with this place. A day and a half after we purchased our vehicle capitalone auto finance let us know that our account was all set up and our first payment would be due on September 22nd and that our remaining balance was $6,000 higher than we had thought.??? I called the dealership right away and ask if they can go over some of the details with me and Mike explained to me that even though the car was listed at a certain price there was auction fees dealer fees that ran around $3,000 and also that our service plan for 3 years was $3,500 which was not gone over with us at the time of signing our paperwork! These are things that I feel should be thoroughly brought to the customer's attention. I take half the blame for not being more aware but the dishonesty is already there. Also when I purchased the vehicle I was told that it was detailed and had an oil change when I tried to use the windshield wiper fluid I noticed there was none, usually during oil change all fluids are topped off and that's when I discovered my oil was dirty and that the car had not had an oil change in 7,000 miles due to the sticker in the window. I called them and they told me that I could bring the car in anytime. I went in on the 20th to see if my plates were in because a few weeks had passed . I was told that jazzy was at the DMV taking care of my plates that they should be ready by the 25th. I again go there on the 25th to get my plates and the same receptionist is there and tells me that Jazzy is again at the DMV taking care of it and that my plates should be in by the 7th of October because that was when my registration expired, we also set up an oil change appointment for Monday October the 10th. So the 7th arrives I call, I'm told again that Jazzy is at the DMV taking care of it and that they should be done by the end of the day. I get no call back. Now it's Monday the 10th, 3 days after my registration has expired and I go to the dealership at 10am for my oil change and I'm told that my plates are still not in, at this point I'm so Furious I don't even want them to touch my car. I explain my story to the woman working behind the desk, I explain to her that I've been told Jazzy's been working on my plates for over 2 weeks. The Woman Behind The Desk Pages Jazzy over the intercom. I hear the phone ring and I'm assuming it's Jazzy telling her that my plates should be in by 1pm. Not feeling too warm and fuzzy I contact Capital One auto finance and let them know the situation and a representative tells me to do a conference call with the dealership we end up finally getting Jazzy she informs the representative that my plates should be ready by 5. Mind you this was on a recorded line and she completely lied which I'll get to later. 5pm comes and goes. I call and I speak with Jazzy and actually flip my sh*t explain how I've been dodged for almost 2 weeks she tells me that she will have the plates personally in her hand the next morning by 10 a.m. that she is going to go to the DMV herself and get them. She also tells me she's going to cut me a check for an oil change so I do not have to go there. Tuesday 10 a.m. comes and goes still no plates she tells me it's the DMV's fault that they're behind and they're just not ready WTF!! We are again told that the plates will be in our hand by Wednesday morning by 10 a.m. Ten am no phone call from Jazzy my boyfriend calls the dealership and is told that Jazzy won't even be in till 11. I call back and request to speak to a manager, someone gets on the phone (not a manager)and tells me that they're at the DMV taking care of it, that the plates will be ready at 1:30 p.m. and to have my boyfriend come down. My boyfriend arrives after 1:30 and is told that the plates are still not in , also still no Jazzy even though they've tried to page her we have yet to meet the woman who supposedly in charge of of our plates and registration. At this point I am requesting my DMV fees to be returned to me because it's been over a month since we purchased the car and our temporary registration has expired so why should I pay them for something they did not deliver in a timely fashion?? Of course they don't agree to this even though it's a measly $200 that would at least make us happy through all the bullshit they put us through. My boyfriend is informed by a manager that he can give us a reissued temporary registration and that the title was signed in the WRONG SPOT (why didnt jazzy explain that 24 hrs ago??) so they have to work out the title issue with DMV because they made a mistake?? So here we are September 12th I have reissued registration and who knows when my plates and final registration will be ready . read more

As many have said, this is BAIT & SWITCH business. Pricing advertised and confirmed on the phone is not reality. Today I drove 1.5 hours for a 2018 Audi Q5 advertised and confirmed via e-mail for $29,995. Got there and drove the car then sat withe the sales manager. Bottom line is they added $4000 for "recon" and $2000 for "NF." The "recon" fee was explained to be the difference between advertised price and fair value based on KBB. The "NF" charge was because I was not financing with them. They came down to a total of $3000 above the advertised price but I walked away. I just purchased a beautiful CLEAN Mercedes GL Truck from AMG auto. This place has a great selection of Luxury vehicles at very fair prices. I did my homework and knew exactly what I was looking for. Robert the sales associate glided me threw a straight forward purchase. He owned up to every promise he made on the vehicle and had super patience on my test drive in which I was allowed to take on highway and local roads to really feel the Mercedes true performance. GM Mike met me in my negotiating price which was absolutely fair and straight up honest. I did wait one extra week past the temporary plate expiration but Jazzy was on point and kept me up to date and I also had to take into consideration that I was registering vehicle in a different state. Overall if your in the market for a beautiful luxury vehicle in great condition and fair REALISTIC prices than definitely go to AMG AUTO !!!! Scum of the earth. There is no easier way to describe this dealer. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Their attractive pricing is just a ploy to get you in the door. There are 5500 in fees they tack onto that price( 2000 for financing, 2000 for dealer fee, and 1500 for destination). I put a deposit down on a car and I spoke to two different people who both said they would send me the email receipt for my deposit, but neither of them did. My sales guy texted me the next day after placing the deposit saying he saw my deposit and is holding the keys. He asks when I plan to come see the vehicle and I mention a date that is 3 days from when I placed the deposit. I arrive at the dealer to be told by the manager that they sold the car yesterday and deposits are "only valid for 48 hours" (clearly a made up rule when the three other people I spoke to never mentioned it). There is no respect for the customer here. They just wanted to get me in the door knowing they sold the car and could try to work me into another one. Better yet, the manager had the audacity to ask me to put down an even larger deposit so he could " find me the exact same car" as if their previous choices were somehow a commitment to me. I really didn't think that the used car salesman stigma still existed, but this dealer epitomizes every slimy part of the used car business. Mind you I am younger than everyone working at this dealer and can already recognize that dealers like this aren't worth saving the extra $1000 in the end. The premium to buy from a real dealer is worth the customer experience. Do not waste your time. I have never once felt the urge to scrutinize a business, but this experience was so disgustingly shocking that these high school wash outs deserve to have their business hurt. read more

I got my car 6 months ago and paid $5000 extra for warranty "bumper to bumper", now I call the warranty provide and my vin# is not on file. Eventhough I paid for registration and plates, today I went to DMV myself and they told me that no request was yet made for my car. When i call the dealership, I'm sent to departments where no one answers,or promisses to call back and never does, or just voicemail. The DMV department of this business, hang up the phone when I complained. Basically I'm paying for a car that beside not beeing able to use, I can't even park it outside without getting a ticket for my expired temporary plates. such a waste of time and money. and they do steel you with fees and stuff, more than $ 4000. if you respect youself dont deal with these people, they're so disrespectful and arrogant, and rude, and everythink you can think about. as i read through the comments I see that they do this with everyone. if i had read it before, i would have never gonne to them. such a waste of time and money read more

Don't bother to go there and waste your time. They have alot of cars, and my salesman was very nice. Everything goes thru the finance manager who you don't get to see till the very end. This is when you find out about the true price of your car. They run a hard inquiry on your credit. After about 90 minutes we finally got to see the finance manager and asks ok what monthly payment are you trying to be around. I said it's written in my folder. It didn't matter because the price they gave was 160 more per month than I stated. Then I ask wats the price, all the sudden the price of the car is like 6k more than what was listed. Claiming, doc fee, destination fee, inspection fee, gap insurance, etc. 2k for them to inspect the car? Totally wasted 2.5 hours of my time. It wasnt even that busy on a Wednesday. We could've made the whole process easy if they just said the actual price from the beginning. The finance manager wasn't even doing much of a sales job, as his response to things were, everyone pays destination fee, and we have to worry about our profit. REALLY? BUYER BEWARE. I made the huge mistake of purchasing a car here by being young, naive and emotionally attached to the vehicle. I had great credit and a significant down payment at the time of purchase but they FORCED me into an Extended warranty because I didn't have a co-signer. I didn't think much of it being it was my first vehicle purchase and I thought it was a common practice.After leaving the lot with my car a few days later I realized it was some sort of scam dealers do to their clients in order to get ahead but at that point it was too late. Classic BAIT & SWITCH. The price you see online is just the price to get you there. What you see online is just an illusion. You check the car out and test drive, great. Then when the salesman tells you to go to the 'fiance office' that's when the shenanigans begins. You will talk to the owner/part owner of AMG to finalize the paperwork. I dont name drop...but he's a slick mo fro of Ukrainian decent. He reminds me of the dude in Wizard of Oz behind the curtain...you cant see what he's doing...but it def some crafty BS. My boy was fudging the numbers bigger then shit... adding hidden fee after hidden fee. There is no talking, just sign here and there. You will get hit with a dealer prep fee...and thennn...a auction fee...and thennnnn a transportation fee. NO AND THEN! Basically I got hit with about 4-5k in hidden BS fees. Also the wonderful '150 point inspection' these ppl claim is also BS. I guess that doesn't include topping off all fluids eh? No wiper fluid and low coolant. One of the many LIES this place is about.
