    21. The NFPC with a fried chicken cutlet instead of grilled
    Ryan K.

After spending the afternoon at Harbe's farm we opted to try this place for something quick to eat. The menu was more extensive than I thought and I finally opted for the NFCP but got fried chicken cutlet instead of grilled chicken because I'm on a fitness journey. I have to say it was blown away with how good the sandwich wise. I was tempted to buy another one before leaving since I don't live anywhere near the area, but decided to try some ice cream instead. Next time we come out east I will definitely be back and definitely be taking a sandwich to go this time.

Nice little sandwich shop in Mattituck. We hit this place before going to a couple wineries nearby. The woman behind the counter was quite nice and told us about her few favorite sandwiches. We ordered fries, the game day, and Charlie's brother in law. Everything was tasty and fresh. The game day was delicious but could have used more sauce and honestly a little less chicken. Charlie's brother in law was perfect. Nice and lite. Fries had great seasoning/batter but unfortunately stuck together a bit. Will return!

Huge shoutout to Chewy, Greg, and the team at Ammirati's for making delicious sandwiches and salads. Ammirati's is one of the places my family looks forward to each summer on their annual trip to Mattituck. The house salad dressing is excellent!! As are the lobster BLTs, grilled chicken wraps, and Gorgonzola salads. Service is prompt, friendly, and efficient. Would give 10 stars if I could! Congratulations on your 10 year anniversary!

Great little store front on Love Lane.

Fabulous list of sandwiches . If you order one a day it will take a month to go thru the list. Overfilled , sharable delicious sandwiches. If you on love lane, you've got to stop in. Also nice outdoor seating in the back.

OMG. Sooo good. I had the Love Lane Pig. Great flavor with spinach and arugula. My husband had the Death Wish. The meat tender and juicy. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food.

Picture this: You're on the North Fork and you're hungry. There's no reason to go to a restaurant, your busy! You want something to grab and go but not fast food. Enter Ammirati's. Ammirati's is a casual style eatery that is grilling up some outrageous looking items. It's not a deli but they're cooking up deli like foods. Are you feelin' me Yelper? I had to pick up a cake out east and my wife would like breakfast. My wife & breakfast items is a challenge. She doesn't eat any carbs or whole eggs. Coffee and a muffin? Out. Pancakes? No bueno. Now a BEC? Egg whites are fine. Boom goes the dynamite. For me?? I have a hunger, I want my Long Island breakfast of champions: The ubiquitous Egg on a roll but today I'm going to mix it up. Sausage, lightly scrambled eggs with salt, pepper and ketchup. (Hey, I like ketchup on my scrambled eggs) Out food comes to us hot and fresh. Mmm mm! They have at least 20 different sandwiches on the board as well as funky salads. First time here, very impressed with Ammirati's. If you're driving by Love Lane, grab a spot on the street and have an egg sammy with your main squeeze. Let's not talk about a Hero with mayo to spilt with my wife. I love mayo... she doesn't. Happy Wife = Happy Life.

What a menu! This was our first time here and it was amazing. We were greeted by Ethel, who was such a sweetheart. There were so many sandwiches to choose from but I landed on the NFPC. It was SO good. I really don't think you can go wrong with any of them. They have a nice outside patio for you to enjoy your food on too. Check it out!

We have loved everything we have gotten here, and so have our guests. Additionally, the service is spectacular.

It was dirty feeling, and I sensed unhappy employees. I stopped in for breakfast (first time), and was surprised by the bad vibe.

She never came by to ask if we needed anything else. She walked by our table several times without checking on us. We had to stop her to get more water. We were considering getting dessert, but she never came by to ask if we wanted dessert. So much time had gone by we finally asked for the check. When she brought the check it was for a different table. There seemed to be plenty of staff working so I don't think was the issue. With a band setting up behind us we settled in for a relaxing evening. Read a few reviews about the Windamere ( located above the marina) which made us pause but hunger outvoted hesitancy so we threw caution to the wind. Honestly I was pleasantly surprised. Even though we did not have a reservation we were warmly greeted and immediately seated on the outside patio area overlooking both the marina and band. Our server Victoria was outstanding, the epitome of excellent customer service skills; professional, friendly, engaging, menu knowledgeable and attentive. The food was very good starting with the baked clams and mussels. The baked salmon and seared tuna dishes were well seasoned, moist and flaky, the salmon served over rice and asparagus. Found the food good, slightly under portioned compared to other establishments but reasonably priced. During dinner we enjoyed listening to the band ( Radio Flashback) which we had seen previously. Overall a pleasant evening at Windamere enjoying some good food and drinks while listening to some great music. Although there is inside seating I'd recommend the outside patio area. Just a word ( or two) of caution the bar area overlooks the marina pool which can be a little noisy so if your eating would not recommend that patio area and just remember the lyrics to the song 867-530/Jenny you'll understand later .

The portion was substantial, so I didn't mind the high $$$. The service was also excellent. My only slight complaint was paying $8-9 for an iced coffee. My sisters and I, party of 3, were celebrating my sister's bachelorette weekend, did my research early July and was beyond excited to dine here. We had a 715 reservation on the patio, it was starting to drizzle around 615 when we left our house. We arrived at the restaurant at 705 and the host checked the weather and said it will stop shortly, we were fine even if we had to wait 20 mins + ;the weather was out of their control. Then she says, "yeah it's not stopping, you should go across the street our sister restaurant". And my sister, also industry and bride to be asked if there was a way to move inside even with a wait or accommodate and the host said, "no we're booked." Which was disheartening bc I don't think her or I have ever turned away a guest and encouraged them to leave- even since we were on time, early may I add, to a reservation we had for a month! When I asked what the cuisine was across the street her response, " oh burrata, fish, some of the same fish from here and you'll definitely be able to get in". So I asked if it was like Italian/American.. she didn't really give great feedback. I have been a chef for 13 years and I would have loved to support what they are doing and was eagerly anticipating this dining experience. I genuinely hope to dine here at some point in the future. But this did leave a negative impact

We got the fried calamari for the table to start. Crispy, fresh and beautifully tender. Kids devoured them and almost took one of our fingers off for the last one. My wife had the summer risotto and made a request for grilled chicken on top which they were happy to do.
