Ambiance (4/5): The restaurant is located *behind* North Fork Roasting Co. which had live music performing on a Saturday. Due to our party size and our dog, we sat outside near the back parking, which had abandoned-looking seating (broken, dirty, etc.). However, it was shaded and you could hear the music next door. There's also 3 two-person tables near the entrance outside around the corner. The inside is retro and feels like you're dining inside a cozy house and an ice cream bar (Hershey's brand). It felt bustling as a standard diner on a weekend. Service (5/5): When we were walking toward the exterior back, the people outside near side entrance, had warned us that the service was abysmal. We loitered near the corner to let the waitress know we were wanting to get seated in the back (basically away from sight). Once seated, she came back and wiped down the dirty tables (which I'm sure no one usually opts to sit at due to their state). We immediately placed our orders before she went away. I think by doing so, our food came out lightning fast. She also came to check in on us twice throughout our dining. Sausage & Cheddar Flatbread Scramble (3/5): Expect an omelet on a piece of flatbread. The bread did not taste very good (perhaps store bought?) The home fries were deliciously crunchy. Breakfast Burrito (3/5): Nothing really stood out about the burrito. Croissant French toast (3/5): I liked how it wasn't too sweet with the filled cream but it felt like it was missing something. The addition of the table maple syrup definitely helped. I think next time, I would opt for the regular French toast.

    Real prices.

A little far, but we're glad we went. Woke up on a Sunday not wanting to make breakfast, but not knowing exactly what were 8n the mood for. Searched for breakfast spots out on the North Fork, and decided on Country Corner Cafe. Nice scenic drive out on Main Road, ample parking, and very roomy inside. They have a good number of large booths, and we were seated at one of them. The place is spacious and clean, and you're greeted with a huge expanse of warm wood surfaces. An ice cream counter with smaller two-tops looked inviting, but we were there for breakfast/brunch. Lunch starts at 10, which was a good thing since we ended up having burgers. We were surprised by the quite reasonable prices, compared to the what we've been forced to accept lately. Overall, the attentive staff with the warm and friendly atmosphere will keep this place on our short list of go-to places out East.

Second time here with my boyfriend and we absolutely adore this restaurant. It's such a warm and inviting vibe and the staff is very friendly. They are so affordable too, everything is reasonably priced. I got a mac and cheese skillet. You can tell it's homemade and it's some of the best mac and cheese I've ever had. Also got a peppermint hot chocolate which was so rich and full of flavor. Will come back every chance I get!

This a great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner at reasonable prices that the whole family would love. They are a family owned restaurant located in the town of Southhold on the main road. They have delicious omelettes and the best blueberry buttermilk pancakes! Today I tried the ranchero wrap which is 2 eggs scrambled with tomatoes, onion, jalapeño and cheddar cheese. It is a good option for a lighter breakfast. They also offer price fix dinners daily, a three course dinner special that changes everyday they post the menu on their instagram account.

Delicious breakfast. The food is served hot and fresh. They have round sausages, I despise links. The coffee could be better.

Food is great and they serve breakfast all day... and some of the staff are really friendly , cheap prices. Our waitress was non existent sadly (we got seated outside) and had to wait a good amount of time for the bill. Otherwise it's a very friendly and homey place to be.

Do you remember the hash browns from Friendly's?? These taste JUST like them!! Felt like a kid again!

My girlfriend and I stopped in on New Year's Day & the staff was lovely. My GF used to come here as a kid with her family & she said the spark was definitely still there! Cute, wooden interior makes for a unique diner-esque feel. Menu has your typical breakfast fare of egg platters, omelettes and pancakes/French toast. I had gotten the two eggs & my GF got the corned beef hash-- both meals were delicious and the service was on point. I stress myself out over finding the perfect breakfast spot for vacation, but I can stress no longer! This will be our new spot whenever we're in the area. Cheers!

Way too many holes where the actual holes were misshapen or had odd lips on them. But the real ridiculous penny pinching was the drinks and ice cream. No I won't. The laughable part was charging $8 for an iced coffee and getting the sheer amount of ice that was in the cup in the picture. There were 4 sips of actual beverage in this cup. The picture was taken after it was finished and the ice had a couple minutes to melt. Small businesses have been through it recently. I get it. That's no excuse. Be transparent. There were simply too many things wrong about this place operating in season, I felt the need to write this review. I sincerely hope they right the ship and make it a true destination. Everything leading up to going to the island and having fun with the kids was great. Fingers crossed.

So we stopped for an early diner. Ambiance was nice, servers were as well, got the food served- I had their "special "burger- forgot what they call it , and my wife some chicken soulvaki. Her chicken was a bit dry, but not a big deal. My beef patty was a bit unusual, in a sense that if tasted more like some sort of a meatball rather than a burger patty, but again, not such a big deal. Would I get it again? Probably not, was different and not necessarily the best choice to put it in a bun and call it a burger. The fries were nice and crispy, and the coleslaw unfortunately had no taste. We finished the dinner, got home and about half an hour later my stomach started to rumble. Became very bloated and will spare you guys the details, but it was a horrible night, with chills, the runs, etc. That was actually the reason that compelled me to write a review for this place, otherwise I would have put it into the average and somewhat a bit pricy type of places. But they added the little extra on top. Hope I'm just an isolated case.
