He is a consummate professional, who cares as much about doing everything right on your house as much as you do. He redeemed my faith in electricians after I struck out with two different electricians--one completely dropped the ball with SDG&E work order process and the other just ghosted me. Fazel, on the other hand, took care of everything. Not just the SDG&E work order application, but continually communicating with the coordinator and planner to get the electric panel relocation and upgrade plan approved. And when the planner's mistake was discovered at the city permit office, he fixed the problem himself without passing that buck to me. He provided clear communications and status updates along the way, gave me options on parts (size, features, etc.) and installation locations, and was super conscientious about every detail. He even split up his work over multiple days to minimize the time I'd be without power in my house. And most of all, his pricing was fair, reasonable, and completely transparent. I hired Fazel to troubleshoot and fix electrical fault on one of the circuits in my Kitchen . He came on time and started the job by going through the electrical panel to isolate the breaker with the issue. He spend about 3 hours but was unable to locate the issue and fix it. He advised me to have my electrical panel replaced and wanted more money to comeback and troubleshoot the issue and fix it. I hired another electrician that I have used in the past subsequently and he was able to trace the issue and fix it within an hour. I feel Fazel expertise in working in older houses seems to be lacking. He did try his best to locate the issue but unfortunately he was not able to finish the job at the end of the day. Excellent experience. He came out and quickly diagnosed and resolved an issue with lighting and breaker alignment affecting multiple lights. While he was there, he also noticed that a 3-way switch wasn't functioning properly and fixed it proactively, which I really appreciated. I am a first time EV owner. I needed to have a electric vehicle charging port/outlet installed in my garage for level two overnight charging. This required establishing a direct circuit from the power box to a new 240 V outlet being installed. Fazel, the owner of Ampere Electric, was five star rated on yelp reviews. When we contacted him, he was very professional, and available accommodating our timeframe. After the installation was completed, I tested the charging cable on my new EV and it worked like a charm, first time! He was very efficient, clean and courteous and obviously validated the many excellent reviews that led me to contacting him. After starting the 240 V install installation, he discovered that he was missing a required part to put into the breaker box and without any complaints went to his vendors to procure what he needed in the middle of the project and still honored his original quoted fee. We found his fee to be very fair and in the middle of the range of charges we had researched prior to contacting him.
