At first, everything looked promising: communication was clear and professional, from the technician (who was servicing my neighbor's unit) to the receptionist and even the owner. I signed on for a semi annual maintenance plan and scheduled service for one of my outdoor units. We set an appointment for later that week, with a two hour arrival window between 8AM and 10AM. I stated a time closer to 9 AM would be safer for me and the owner assured me that's when they'll be there. I took time off work to and messaged at 8:00AM to let them know I was available sooner than anticipated. I heard nothing back. As the appointment window closed, I reached out again--only to receive a reply nearly 30 minutes later. The owner informed me that the company vehicle was still at the mechanic, they needed to drive it home, and wouldn't arrive at my place for another hour. At no point was there an apology for missing the appointment or for the lack of communication. I understand that delays happen, but clear communication and a simple apology would've gone a long way. 1 star added for the pre appointment communication and the informative in person chat with the technician.

I was pissed, I called Castle back and they came out only to say they could give my a $360 on the initial charge, but they wanted to charge me another 4K to actually fix the problem. The other AC company, a more honest one, was willing to fix the problem for $1500. This company totally stole and had my waste my money. They are crooks. STAY AWAY.

Had a technician come out on a Monday to repair/ replace some damaged duct work. Did that, then attempted for 2 days to get Air express to come back out and fix the ducts so the area would dry out. Absolutely horrible communication, I had to keep calling and calling and they can't give an ETA. Finally they told me he would be here between 5:30pm and 7:30 pm. At 7:45pm, still no call or update. It is now 8:53pm and still no call from anyone. What a joke of a company. Do not call these people, they are incompetent. EDIT- The owner called me to apologize for all of the miscommunication and hassle. We spoke for a bit and I believe he was genuinely sorry. He even offered me a free membership and to do the work at a discounted rate. While I wasn't out to get anything for free and declined his offer, I would most likely give them a 2nd chance.
