I love coming to Alberstons for their sales including the digital coupons you just clip on their ap or the $ 5 dollar Friday deals that's only valid on Friday. The store is usually fully stocked on all items unless it's a really good deal/score then they might be out but usually always restocking. The aisle and store is well kept and clean, easy to find stuff. Associates are really nice. I knew i loved this bakery department especially when I've seen their cakes on display I've admire for years with the cake decorating skills. I finally met one of the awesome cake decorator, Nicole Marquez. Really sweet mama indeed and she's very accommodating. I've referred a handful of customers to her that needed last minute cakes. And from all the customers feedbacks, she was able to accomplish all requests. I ordered a bday cake from Albertsons and showed Nicole the style of cake i wanted and she definitely delivered it. I politely told her I needed something from the liquor cage and with much anger. She replied that I needed to go over there to click the button. Which I don't mind. It was the way her attitude was. Not just with me, but with the previous customer as well. Just so rude and disgusting behavior. Next time I come to this location if she is a cashier, I will let a manager know how bad her attitude is and to avoid her line at all costs.

Only thing that was a random downside (for us) was that they don't sell alcohol. We were told it's because the campus (Cal State Fullerton) was right across the street. Being from Fresno where there are liquor stores on each corner of the Fresno State campus it made us laugh. But there it is! If you need to use the restrooms, it's a great place, but if you're looking for beer, try somewhere else. :)

I called this Ralphs and talked to a lovely young lady who said they had both in their store! So I came right down soon as I walked in everybody was so friendly they welcomed me. I went to the back where the creamers were and I couldn't find it. There was another wonderful staff woman who said oh let me get you Sam then wonderful Sam came out and he was lovely too, and he brought me right to the creamers we found two of them then we went over and found the banana M&M's! Then I went to check out and there was lovely Renee. I'm not techy or phone savvy so she helped me with all of my Ralph points and card, etc. etc. She was so sweet. Everything was wonderful at this Ralph's. They have an abundance of everything and a lot of the newer items. Then I wanted to let somebody know how great this Ralph's was so they connected me to Janae the manager! I wanted her to know that she has an amazing staff at this Ralphs. She was the manager! She was also so very, very nice so kind ! Now I'm gonna start going there and do my shopping. Everybody was so kind warm, friendly and extremely helpful and I was able to get all my items. First they charged me the wrong price for the cake, they put it in a cake box that was too small borders on cake were ruined. The part that made me the most upset was they made the wrong cake flavor! My son really wanted a red velvet cake for his 21st birthday and ended up with chocolate. If there was an issue they should've notified me. Do better Ralphs.

I usually shop at Amazon Fresh because there's no line, it's less crowded and I can ring myself up or have the robot shopping cart do it and be on my way. This Sprouts is equally a pleasant shopping experience. Normally if I get coffee, I'd order from Klatch using their app then pick it up in store and be on my way, but the last two times I needed groceries and decided to get them here since I picked up my coffee here and to save me a trip to Amazon Fresh. After picking up my coffee, I was looking at my phone at a TikTok for ingredients and an employee walked up concerned and asked me if everything was ok since I was kind of hovering by the end of the aisle. I let her know I was ok and that I was just looking down at my phone, I wasn't sad and we had a chuckle. Once I figured out what I needed I turned down the pasta aisle and another one of the employees was going down that aisle at the same time and greeted me and asked if I found everything ok and I said, yes, thank you! I was honestly there for about 15 minutes and it felt like everyone was making sure I was ok and that's the other reason why I would shop here over Amazon Fresh. I was told by this couple that I know that shops here religiously that they have very good deals on Tuesday? Something about checking the ends of the aisles or you can find deeply discounted items here. Parking here can get a little crazy and nowt hey have Tesla chargers at the end of the lot so it's a little busier with that traffic, but I've always been able to find a good parking spot. It's nowhere near as bad as Costco and Amazon Fresh across the street.

And both clerks were awesome and very friendly and respectful and told me that they only carried 6 packs so they gave me two, and told me that if I came more often that they would make sure to have more blue moons. So that's awesome. I even found some of my favorite candy that I can never find anywhere else so that was awesome and they had my favorite chips. I will definitely be back!!! The place was very clean and smelled like bleach and I would recommend this place to friends and colleagues. Thank you guys so much for everything!!!

There are so much to choose from. They have different spice level to choose from. Simply pick a ramen of your choice. Once you selected the package, pay at the counter. If you need to add any toppings, side dishes or make it a combo, you can do so at the counter. After you pay for Ramen, you can simply go and cook it. Instructions are provided on the machine step by step on how to cook the ramen and when to add the ingredients. Your ramen will be cooked within 4 minutes.
