This place is a mess. The screens are all scratched up making it difficult to see anything. The whole area is disgusting, and the gas pumps are filthy. Used masks and gum roll around like tumbleweed. The gas station has too many signs advertising deals and makes it very confusing. The store is stuffy and filled to the brim with products and it very uncomfortable to walk through. The only thing this place has going for them is the location and quite honestly I am surprised that Gilroy allows for gas stations to look like this. I hope they fix things up because this place is in need of help. read more

First i have to warn you this place does not accept credit cards for payment of gas. It has caused me great difficulty many many times. Its a terrible inconvenience because it is in such a great location. I keep forgetting too but luckily nextdoor is a rotten robbies and chevron gas station and they do accept credit cards. Its right off leavesley exit. Within half a mile of the gilroy outlets and a few hotels. Very easy if you are passing through. The drinks are a little pricy but they have ampm brands too like fountain drinks and bottled juices and water. They also have a great app. I got free stuff all the time. If its breakfast its only available in the mornings. They sell beer and cigarettes of course. I noticed they have camera photos of thives blasted all over the window when you first walk in. Kind of offputting i must say...... The three stars seems fair since the inside is clean and the late night shift is great customer service. Although i like to go to Rotten Robbie if i only need gas otherwise if i have to come here i do since the gas is the cheapest. read more

Warning: Defective Car Wash! If you care about your car, take it anywhere else. I usually hand wash our car, but we were driving back from Carmel and I thought a quick drive-through car wash would be okay just this once. Paid the $8 and drove through, then air dried the car on the way back to the Bay Area. Only after getting home did we discover that the car wash had damaged the paint in several places on the hood. Hundreds of dollars in damage to repaint it. Avoid this place! read more

Do whatever you can to avoid this Arco. We took a vehicle in to get the car wash and got stuck in the middle of the wash. My car sits lower to the ground and scrape the bottom coming out because the secure bar was up. My vehicle got wet but did not complete a cycle to be clean. We went to talk to the manager and an Asian fella named Leo came out extremely rude did not care for Customer Service did not care if we came back and was calling us liars. He was saying our car was washed because it was wet. We pointed out it did not complete a full cycle nor drive the car and he insisted the car was clean enough and didnt need to complete the wash. The idiot even took a picture to show our car to show it was wet and to prove our point. Imcomplete wash. No refund no second wash no apology which will give him no business from us or any of our friends and family. And there is a lot of us. You guys are crooks and horrible people mainly LEO. read more

Got gas and a car wash . Car wash sprayed water only on my obviously dirty car and then proceeded to run the wipers over it into the paint. Then I go inside and tell the lady at the register tonight at 8:18pm Tuesday 7/3/18 and she accuses me of doing the car wash wrong wtf this is a number you enter to start the machine how dare you try to tell me I'm not smart enough. Then she says sry we don't give refunds on car washes ever and that if I have a problem with that I can come back and talk to a Maniger tomorrow after 5pm. I'm super pissed off and I'm coming back . Restrooms out of order. Wish I knew that before paying for gas. Guy was a jerk about it and pointed me to the gas station across the street to use their restroom. Bought express wash from the pump. The drive through wash wouldn't work. Guy told us that we have to get out and use the hose for this wash, then he said it wasn't working and we have to wait for a manager to wash our car. We were stopping here after driving for 50 miles. I filled gas here and the clerk would not give my family and I the restroom key even though I asked politely. Would NOT recommend coming here, just fill your tank at the gas station across the street because it actually has restrooms for its customers. read more

Make sure you check the price at the pump. Sign said 3.37. Pump said 3.61. If I didn't catch this I would have been overcharged by .24 per gallon. Had to go back inside twice to get it corrected. Attendant said the guy punched in the wrong number. How is possible to charge an amount that isn't even remotely posted on the sign? No soap dispensed during the wash cycle, plus it continued spray water over my vehicle while the dryer was on. I stopped for gas here on Sunday and I guess was in such a hurry that I forgot my debit card. I called the next day and not only had the manager held my card for me, but he mailed it back to me the next day. Such a relief, didn't want to have to cancel and reissue the card, etc. He didn't have to send the card back, he could have just thrown it out, or even worse, used it for himself - ugh! Everyone pay attention in Gilroy because I went to the Arco in Gilroy and they extortion the people that use this gas station and the management is very corrupt and I payed $20.00 of gas and I only got 7 dollars for a couple gallons........the manager was very rude and yelled at me this incident happened a couple weeks ago.......and I found out the gas station is very corrupt and it disgusted me how the employees are along with it......i am a hard working individual and a resident of Gilroy and I don't like this in my COMMUNITY.....I Never reccomened that you go to.the Leavesley Road Arco gas station and I tried this several times and it keeps happening repeatedly (3 times) and today) I am disappointed in my COMMUNITY and hope the cops look into this and I AM FED UP! Today I went and this happens again I paid 30 dollars of gas and the gas doesn't come out and I asked again and he said he put it into the other gas pump and I asked for a refund but they didn't want to they are really rude and insulting and humiliating me and embarrassing me in front of everyone I start crying because it was the only money I had and they made me wait 40 minutes and told me I'm not getting my money back I don't need this FED UP AGAIN I want my 30 dollars back and I call the cops and the cops came and didn't help and told me to call business corporation and that is not help I'm disappointed in the police I have nobody to trust read more

this review is for their car wash, time after time I keep telling them to fix the timing of the car wash drying vents, they kicked in way before the washing cycle it's over therefore when you dry your vehicle it stops half way leaving a whole bunch of water marks, anyone that babies their vehicle knows what a pain in the ass it's to try to buff them off, fix it fix it. read more
