My dad away from dad. When you're in need of an oil change, tires looked at, etc, the gentleman at the Chevron Auto Repair takes care of you. Whenever I visit an auto shop I am always frantically calling my dad to double check so I don't get scammed. But every thing this gentleman says my dad agrees. It is very quick and affordable. He even took the extra mile to fix a hole made from a nail!! The convenient store lady is super nice too. But watch out folks, they got the good snacks and drinks!! My God parents, parents and I have been coming to this mechanic for the past 4 years. Honest mechanic and what I like to say "the secret gem of San Dimas". He's honest and quick. Everytime I bring in my old Accord he repairs it same day. I currently live in Lake Arrowhead and take my cars here. If youre looking for electrical, engine or even replace interior items. The mechanic here can do it. Only thing he can't do is Heater/Air Conditioning. My parents have a Hummer and Lexus, God parents have a Range Rover and Ford. So mechanic has experience with Import/Domestic cars. I deff recommend this mechanic for anyone on a budget and wants good work. read more

Well, we did not come in for auto repair -- but what a lucky surprise when we needed gas and *fingerscrossed* clean bathroom on our extendo roadtrip. Right off the 210 freeway (a few blocks south) in a cute area, no line at the gas pump, clean station and clean bathroom (!!), and the friendliest attendant in the convenience store. Today I had my car's oil changed. In addition I asked to have the tire pressure and the status of my battery checked. It was all done thoroughly and efficiently for a reasonable price. I am glad that I decided to return to San Dimas Chevron, as I was very happy with the service. I will go back whenever my car needs something done to it. read more

The mechanic was a lifesaver! I was in bumper to bumper traffic for 2 hours on the 210 when I noticed smoke coming from under my hood. I somehow got over 5 lanes of traffic to exit and drove to the nearest station I could find, while praying not to catch on fire on the way! I pulled up to the service bay at 4:55pm, he was just about to close, but took a look for me anyway. He called for a part to be delivered, but they brought the wrong one and had to wait for the part to come from another location. He cancelled his own appointment somewhere to wait for the part and I was back on the road by 6pm. Very kind and helpful and the store attendants let me charge my phone too! Thank you! read more

We came here in desperate need of gas and a bathroom. We were happy to come here and meet Stephanie. Stephanie is just a regular employee here but she is way beyond her job title. I watched her walk out to a persons car to help them. We used the bathroom while she helped the customer out. The bathroom was spotless. Really, really pleasantly surprised. We were so happy. Because the bathroom was so clean we even bought scratch off tickets because we wanted to be nice. Stephanie told us someone won 20000 dollars 6 months ago from her and they didn't even tip. This is not for the repair shop. It's the gas station attendant who is as disrespectful as a 5 year old who was working today. Dont know her name but it's probably satan. I've been coming here for years she started a few months ago, she is the most unpleasant person I have ever come into contact with. It's a gas station lady not the White House. Came to this new place because I was recommended by someone at my church. I needed an oil change and was shocked by the prices. The guy uses the same oil that I usually use for my car, but the price here is $30-50 cheaper than my usual go to place. Not only that, but the owner (I think) didn't try to make me fix things that didn't really need fixing (you know how other places usually do). However, the cherry on top was the fact that he was kind enough to clean some of the scratched on my front bumper for free, saying "I shouldn't drive me car around like that haha." Will definitely be coming back for all my car needs. read more

I really like this gas station. A gas station is just a gas station right? I had to take a time to write a review because of the exceptional service!. The employees here are superb, they are so friendly and kind. Another thing to note are the restrooms. I hate using gas station restrooms because they are always disgusting! The new mechanic here is SPECTACULAR! I needed to get my brakes fixed and found this place completely by chance. The mechanic was so helpful and gave me a very good price for the service. It took under an hour to get my brakes fixed (which is NEVER the case). After leaving the shop completely satisfied, I felt such a difference in the brakes. I will definitely be going back for my regular oil changes from now on. This establishment will be seeing much more of me. I HIGHLY recommend this place for others. 5++stars! read more

I really like this gas station, it's conveniently down the street from my house, but it's on a corner which makes it easy to get in and out . This has station is always well taking care of, the staff are nice at the counter inside. They offer fair and reasonable gas prices, they not high for being the only gas station in old town. read more
