We hired Mike to paint the inside of our new home because of the great reviews in Yelp. Trouble is Mike never comes to paint. Jason is gone and the quality is gone as well. We unfortunately paid them in full and then noticed peeling, area that were not sanded and paint that had dripped. They were told and came back and came back and came back. Yet, it's not fixed. Yesterday, Mr.Kim got paint on the front sidewalk. He smoked and threw butts in the dirt. I have text Mike numerous times and he never responds. I will advise you to never use this company. They once might have been professional but now it is not! I want to sue them as we paid a lot for this interior paint job. I advise you do not make same mistake. I had to hire someone else to fix their mistakes. That cost me $$- I want this paint company to pay me back! read more

Last month we finally removed the old popcorn off our ceilings and had the entire interior painted. Like a new house. At least inside. Outside still is ugly but will soon be scheduling AMPM to come out and take care of that also. I contacted five companies to come out, take a look, and give a quote. Four showed up. Three got back to me with quotes. From the bat I felt most comfortable with Mike, his input, his professionalism, and the AMPM presentation and materials. To my wonderful suprise they came back with a better quote than I expected. Because of all the ceiling work the job took almost two weeks. But it was worth it. Mike and his team from AMPM Painting did a wonderful job on our house. From power washing, to sanding, to the tape job and the actual painting, they were very professional. Mike came out to help us with the colors and made the whole process as easy as could be. Their attention to detail was much greater than anyone we had previously used. I got several estimates for a large paint job (painting all surfaces on the interior of a 1900 square foot home). Mike came out and gave me an estimate but initially said he was booked up until July 23rd. I told him unfortunately I needed it done by the 15th. He told me he would see if he could move some things around and he would give me a call later that evening to let me know. Mike called as promised and said he was able to move some things around and could do the job. I also asked him to give me a price on repairing some peeling paint on the exterior facia boards. His estimate was a bit higher than the one I already had received - but Mike wanted the job and he wanted to make sure it was done right (i.e. power washing, scraping, sanding, priming and painting). I told him to go ahead and have his guys do it. All-in-all I am extremely pleased with the finished job on the interior and exterior. They got the job done on schedule and the workmanship was great. He even recommended replacing some hinges on a built-in China cabinet to improve the look - as he knew I was going to b putting the house on the market. I went ahead and purchased the hinges and his team installed them and they do look much better. I would definitive this company again! read more

Mike was kind enough to rearrange his schedule and have his crew work on the weekend to give a quick turn around for a rental property my mom owns. She is a very tough client and he did great with her. Jason was the foreman for the job and he did great, he was there every day on time and paid attention to details. The ceiling had a few spots that needed retexture and paint which they took care of even though we weren't having ceilings painted. The property has cathedral ceilings in the formal living and dining and they were able to get all the way up there and they dusted the cobwebs away and cleaned the windows too! Iam so pleased with Mike and his crew. First, we went over what I wanted not only walking around my home, but in writing. I had a few requests that I was firm on. First, I wanted the same Forman there every day, Second, I wanted someone there that spoke English. My home has a lot of crown molding, base and case. I was very nervous about my new hardwood flooring. Also Mike offered me a painting palette, he said he would tweak the colors three times, I chose to go and pick my colors myself. I chose 4 different colors for my house. I have to say they went above and beyond, my ceiling had a stain due to a a muscle drink. I would try to clean it and it would still come through! Unfortunately they had to paint 3 coats to cover it, and I was not charged extra. Mike quoted me 3 days for the job, because our new doors didn't arrive on time they had to come later. That was our fault! Everyday the crew showed up on time and worked an 8 hour a day or more. I think the thing that impressed me the most was Mike told me " THE JOB IS NOT DONE UNTIL I SAY ITS DONE" ALSO the last day of the job he took blue tape on areas that MIKE thought was unsatisfactory. He sent his crew back to do the touch ups! I have had my homes painted many times, AMPM PAINTING is now my go to painters. I am very picky! I highly recommend that you use AMPM PAINTING.
