It's nice finding someone who values and respects a customers time. I told Christian I'd like a monthly service but he recommended bi-monthly based upon his inspection. I live near two canyons and developed a problem with rats living under my house. I first tried to solve the problem myself, but this led to a dead rat under the house and the smell was terrible. After spending over an hour crawling under my house and not able to find the dead rat, I called Hunt's Pest Solutions. Christian came out and was great - he found my dead rat and sealed up my house to prevent them from getting under the house again. He put out bait traps and solved my rat problem. I signed up for quarterly treatments with Hunts about a year ago after having a black widow problem. I am really glad I chose them based on how friendly and reassuring Haley was. Each tech that has come out has been friendly and professional. Recently, I had bees swarming in my laundry room. Haley sent, Jin, (an awesome tech) out to my house within 48 hours. He thoroughly went over every access point and detailed what needed to be done in order to prevent bees and other rodents from taking up residence in or under my home. He spent several hours sealing everything and took the time to answer all of my questions. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about his clients (including our dogs who he always gives lots of love). So awesome!! I hate spiders. My whole family does. Like to the level that my Nana jumped out of her MOVING vehicle when a cane spider ran across her dash. AMAZING!!!! I had service with a known commercial brand for a couple of years and began to noticing change with chemicals working. I had a steady tech that would come to the house after he left the quality of service was lacking. Last tech came 24hrs later of appointment so I just told him service not needed and close account with company. Recently notice more pest since weather change and if you not contributing to the household budget you got to go. Yelped and Google various pest control and this one gave me a good vibe. Best decision on a serious matter I did . The 1st call I made to Hunts was professional at answering questions with details about service and billing. Appointment was set. Service to my surprise was by the owner Christian who came early which meant I didn't have to use more time off from work that day. He knew the business! explained and suggested things about pest and what to look for and what can be done. I noticed he went beyond spraying around basic areas but behind n under furniture. The hardest think on my part was removing items from cabinets and replacing. But that was a blessing because I had a chance to purge n create more cabinet space. Mr Christian is so personable. I called Hunts Pest Control for a situation that I had regarding rats. I had heard them in the attic and I was determined to get rid of them. Stephen came out today, was very friendly, professional and very honest and did what he needed to do. He climbed into the attic, looked totally around, told me that there were no rats anywhere. They didn't find anything but if we ever do have a problem I will call only them. Very awesome prices, competitive and wont try to swindle you. Jenny who came the 1st time, very approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. she came by the 2nd time when I was not expecting it, either because I forgot or my phones glitching. Either way, I wasn't expecting anyone, had 3 cats in the house since my dad's house was also getting de-bugged, and I was not able to do it. Jenny was super cool about it, even though she made her way all the way to my house just to be told I couldn't do it. Hailey, front desk, super cool too. Accommodating and pleasant and flexible. Today, i was expecting Jenny again and had left the door open for her to come in. The person who came in was Jin. He was probably scared by how I screamed "JENNY!" when the door opened, I was kind of scared too haha. He had his mask on and full attire, and it surprised me. One of the best pest control services I have experienced! Besides other companies I have used in the past, I had Clark most recently and they have poor customer service, don't treat the areas well, cost too much, and just all around not that good. I was not happy with them so I started looking around and saw that Hunts had great reviews. I wasn't sure if it were too good to be true but I thought id give it a try. I called Hunts and talked with Christian, who actually answered the phone (not a recording) and responded to my house within 1 hour of the call! He evaluated and treated the whole property well, answered all my questions, and I ultimately signed up for a continuous service, all for only $65 every 2 months. I had called two other companies at the same time as Hunts for quotes, and they still have not called back, while Christian answered, responded, treated the property, and now I have a regular service. These guys know great customer service. My husband called on a Friday morning, they came out later in the afternoon to accommodate our schedule. Based on the technicians findings, he recognized we had a possum residing in our garage. He didn't have a trap on hand because they require a larger trap than rats. Christian, the owner, came by to our home within 20 minutes and set the trap. Our family went out to dinner and when we came home, the possum was in its caged trap. My husband texted Christian at 8:30pm and he called us back shortly. He came by that evening to pick up the caged possum. I had peace of mind sleeping that night.
