Super cute! Not sure if it is a diner but definitely has diner vibes and esthetic. The menu options are vast! There is something for every taste bud and appetite! I ordered from the LIGHT menu. Being that it is Amy's Omelette, a bacon, onion, cheese omelette was ordered with a small side of home fries with rye toast. The perfect portion size for me! My food needed some salt/pepper. They also have some home fries seasoning on the table.

got a chicken caesar salad wrap and a chipotle chicken wrap. the chipotle chicken was much better in my opinion. the fries were very good as well, but nothing special about the things i've tried here. the portions are huge and the decor is cute. i've also had quick service the times i've been here.

Burger runn Cheesesteak…read more I've been told repeatedly to try the cheesesteaks here. On a previous visit I had the burgers and I thought they were very good. Though at my visit today I discovered they use Martin's potato rolls for the burgers. The place was a former deli and is tiny. I was greeted at the door and they took my order. Cheesesteak fried onions provolone. My go to order. The floor is tiled and slippery and I almost fell several times. It was around 4:15 so I thought I beat the dinner rush but apparently everyone orders from here on DoorDash or Uber Eats. At least a dz orders were picked up while I was waiting. I thought the wait was a little long.... But I stood there waiting for my sandwich. Finally a woman from the back come up front to address a problem with a chicken order and asked what I was waiting for.... A cheesesteak I replied and the counter woman that took my order grabbed a bag that was sitting in the pickup pile and handed it to me Alex? She asked yes I replied. I took my sandwich and got into my truck. At a red light I reached over to feel the bag... it was Luke warm. I expected my sandwich to be piping hot. Ggggggrrrrrrr. That is why I ordered at the place but the nearly 30 minute wait with the undetermined amount of time it was on the to go counter will you get the picture. On my arrival at home I opened the sandwich and snapped a photo. At this point it was barely warm. I prepared it with ketchup, hot pepper hoagie spread and my last slices sweet horseradish dill pickles. The first bite was underwhelming. Barely warm and the roll which was supposed to be sarcone's tasted more like amoroso. Onions were diced into fine cubes and I prefer more than the tiny amount provided. Overall taste was good but because it was nearly cold hard to actually evaluate. The overall sandwich had enough meat and a good meat to bread ratio. I found no trace of fat or grizzle. Maybe if circumstances were better I would have been happier but it did not reach the hype.

The…read morefood is consistently very good -- the burgers are huge, the fries are amazing, and the crab fries (made with real crab meat) are absolutely delicious... and that's coming from someone who doesn't even like crab all that much. One of the most fun things on the menu is their chicken "thumbs," which are shaped like little hands -- I wish I took a picture because they're great and definitely something you don't see everywhere. Service can be a little hit or miss, but not because the staff isn't working hard -- it's a big place and when it gets busy, it really gets busy, and they sometimes seem a bit understaffed for the rush. That said, everyone is always very friendly, which makes a big difference and keeps the experience positive. They also have a huge bar with several beers on tap, great specialty drinks, and drink specials, so it's a great place to hang out with friends and have a good time. Overall, definitely worth a visit. Just maybe don't go if you're in a big rush -- go when you have time to relax, enjoy the atmosphere, and have a good meal.

My foodie bestie and I added Kid Rips to our must try list years ago and finally got around to…read moretrying it. Parking was a challenge on a Friday night as every space was full and turning around in the back lot involves making a k turn around the other vehicles who are also looking for a spot. We ended up parking down the street and walking over. We were seated immediately, as the bar has ample seating, both high tops and regular tables. My bff wasn't in the mood for a cocktail so we opted for Arnold palmers. Now, I am a HUGE avocado fan and I had heard about their infamous avocado fries so I was super excited about trying them. That may or may not have been the main reason for my visit. The avocado fries are fresh large slices of avocado breaded in panko and fried with a sweet and tangy spicy mayo sauce. I loved them but my bff wasn't as excited. He informed me he isn't a huge fresh avocado fan, so this one is for the avocado lovers. We also opted for the chicken parm rollers which is described as "Chicken mixed with ricotta cheese, herbs and spices rolled in panko breadcrumbs served with house made marinara and shaved parmesan" - they are chicken meatballs. We expected something else and now that we've had them and I re-read the description I'm not sure what we had in mind but it wasn't this. They were just okay. I think if they were placed on a plate with seasoned whipped ricotta and drizzled with pesto it could boost the flavor experience. For our entrees my bff got the chicken strips with the sweet and sassy sauce and I opted for the KO burger. My KO burger was delicious. The seeded brioche bun was buttery and fresh and the burger itself was flavorful. The fries were also fantastic. Fresh cut and sprinkled with a sweet seasoning, I didn't even feel the need to add ketchup or a side of aioli or anything. They were perfect. I didn't try my bffs chicken tenders but the sweet and sassy sauce tasted just like buffalo sauce. Pretty sure it was the wrong sauce but he didn't say anything to our server so that's on us. If you are looking for a bar to hang out and watch sports, get a drink, and have a great burger, I'd recommend this place - but maybe uber there.

I ordered a hamburger and a "little" fries, which, as usual at Five Guys, was still more than enough. I ended up eating the food in the car and loved every bite. Service was good I got there when they first openned. The burger was exactly what I wanted: a little sloppy, in the best way, with real, quality meat and plenty of flavor. The fries were hot and plentiful. They delivered exactly what I was hoping for when I pulled in. This visit gets a full 5 stars from me.

DOLLARS. I spent EIGHT. DOLLARS. for a cup of potato butts that were fried within an inch of their life, and then bathed in salt, before being thrown upside down into a bag. I have been a fan of Five Guys since their humble DC Metro days. I remember when it was like TWO locations in Virginia, and we would take the drive to get the best fast food burger there was. When they shouted "2 in the door!," when you walked in, and you snacked on peanuts while reading where todays potatoes were from. Even though most of that still happens, it no longer feels like part of the charm, it feels like a CHORE. Back then, they CRAFTED your burger, because they wanted you to have the best burger of your life. They told you about where the fries came from, because they took pride in knowing that YOU know they care enough to know their damn potatoes lineage. Now, it's just page 3 of the employee handbook: "Write a city name on the board...who cares." It's not just this location either. All of Five Guys have gone down. The time before this time, at the Moorestown location, I remember having to go back in and ask for more fries, because I just couldn't believe the paltry amount of fries I received for, again, EIGHT FUCKING DOLLARS! A PAPER CUP SIZE OF FRIES! FOR $8!!!! It was me and the Misses, and it was FORTY. DOLLARS. for what isn't even that good of a burger anymore. And the fries were pitiful. I like Five Guys, and when they get it right, they are ALMOST worth the exorbitant cost. But, they just rarely, if ever, get it right anymore, and they still cost an arm and a leg. I won't be back until the quality comes up, or the prices come way down.
