And amazingly, she understood because her kids are mixed too! She was confident to try and just overnight mail the barongs to us but she ended up accommodating us on our way back home. I am so over the moon to share that I found my dress at the Bustle! It did take a couple of tries…read moreto find "the one" but ultimately I found her ;) For my first visit to the Bustle, I did one of their large party reservations. They had champagne for everyone and it was truly a blast, but slightly overwhelming with so many personality types on my side of things. I recommend this to get the experience, but just want to give a heads up on that. I also had fallen in love with a sample dress that just did not fit my body unfortunately, though Tam & Melody tried their best to see how they might be able to modify it. At the end of the day it was just too much to do to the dress. For my second visit, I tried on a dress that I was initially interested in but didn't have time to try on at my first visit. And... well, this is the one. I tried on a few others as well, and ultimately left thinking about that first one. Melody was so awesome for not pushing me to make a decision, I really hate that feeling. So I was grateful to her for being so patient with me- this is a big decision!! At my final visit, it was just to re-try on MY dress and then one that was super similar to it. And that just locked in my decision!
