They were also running a buy one pair and get a second pair for half price. After taking one of the pair home I decided I didn't like the fit and returned them and got another pair with no questions asked. I had an unacceptable experience at this Foot Locker location due to the store manager, Jesse…read more I brought in a brand-new pair of shoes with the original receipt to make a return. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Jesse was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. He refused to process the return and failed to provide a reasonable explanation beyond insisting on his own decision. Good customer service starts with treating customers respectfully, even when there is a disagreement. Jesse's attitude was unprofessional and made it clear he was more interested in asserting his authority than helping resolve the situation. I've shopped at Foot Locker for years, but this experience has seriously changed my opinion of this location. Management should expect better from the person representing the store.
