I just moved to the area and called before coming. The person on the phone told me I could come in now and I came in about 10 minutes later with no wait. Haven't dropped a yelp review in awhile but ANA brought me out of hibernation. Made the long drive from up north to Socal and on the way my the oil change light turned on so I knew I had to fix it early this week. Al and ANA made a normally long and expensive oil change experience into a cost effective and quick experience. I was in and out in 20 minutes when I had an hour set aside and the price was much better than I thought it would be for an oil change. Al also made my day. He was super nice and polite and gave recommendations but wasn't super pushy about it. Unfortunately I am barely seeing this message now or I would have went to your shop to let you know in person what I'm about to say. This was a brand new clutch and flywheel that I had you install so that claim is false. When I arrived to pick up the car there was extra bolts on my hood cowl and you left hoses unplugged from my intake causing it to have a check engine light. Instead of taking responsibility for a bad install you want to blame me and criticize me by saying I basically don't know how to properly drive a manual transmission car. I have been driving this car for over 10 years I highly doubt I forgot over night. Why trust a shop that blames the customer and does bad work?? I wouldn't. Be careful bringing your car here. Update my clutch is still going strong from the new shop I took it to, to have the job done right. read more

Found this place on Yelp and I've been blind; I drive past this place often and never noticed it. My 2020 Atlas Cross Sport needed an oil change so I walked in there and told them exactly that. They took my car in immediately, gave me the price and estimate time it'd be done by, and they definitely did not disappoint! The price in my opinion was not expensive and they worked fast! When it came to pay for the service, I was not upsold on anything. Oil change plain and simple and informed me that I'd have to return soon for a tire rotation. I was overall impressed! The first time that I came here, it was for brake pad change. The estimate the give you is accurate on both payments and time. They will also demonstrate and show you the condition of previous parts and show you if rotors needs to be changed as well for example. You will see everything. Truly honest and fully transparent people. The second time my A/C compressor needed to be changed and the engine belt. I called them and they were open for me to tow my car day on the same day. Overall, both management and technicians are good people and respectful. It has been couple of months since my service my car still work great thanks to them even though it is an old car. I was in the area and noticed a strange sound coming from my car, so I brought it in to ANA Auto Lube n Tune. Al greeted me immediately and made me feel that i made a good choice to bring my car here. We found the problem with the mud shield and even though the shop was busy, Al went out of his way to help me and even fixed the problem for free. The way they fixed my car in a way better than any auto shop had before and explained to me exactly how they fixed it! It's an honest auto shop, and although it's not the closest to me in distance I would definitely drive out here again to have my car serviced again. Came in because my car's starter wasn't working. I was quoted over $500 for replacement of new starter and labor which is more than double of other shops. However, other shops were not able to work on my car until 2 days later and my family was in need of a car sooner than that. This was also exceedingly more money compared to starters found online through Walmart, Amazon, and other online shopping. After starter replacement, the car did start, however there were new electrical issues. The tire pressure light was blinking, trunk light was on when the trunk was closed, the key remote would not work, and the lock controls on driver's side door wouldn't work unless keys were still in the ignition and the car was on. I called back the next day and told the owner of ANA Auto Lube N Tune these issues, and he requested to bring the car back. Now back at the shop, I began to explain and show all the new issues and the owner said these issues were not related to the original starter issue even though these new electrical issues were present after starter replacement. During this dialogue, the owner was very defensive and became disrespectful implying that I was lying about these issues not present prior to initially bringing the car in. Grudgingly, however, the owner proceeded to take a look at the car which included an additional overnight stay at the shop. Another inconvenience to my family who needed the car. The next day I received a call back in which the same owner continued to be very rude. He explained the issue was a fuse that burned out and continued to convince the issue was not a starter issue, and therefore was not his problem. He repetitively expressed the words "how do I know this wasn't a previous issue". However, on the initial diagnostic review, there were no codes explaining any electrical issues prior to starter replacement. He then concluded the phone call with "You need to take the car as a loss or take it to someone else" and proceeded to say "You know what, just come pick up your car" and hung up on me. When I arrived to pick up my car, the owner again very rudely tried to explain the electrical issues. He purposely locked the trunk manually to show that neither the interior trunk control or the remote control would open the trunk. Which was not the electrical issue at all. The issue was that the dashboard trunk light stayed on when the trunk was closed, not that the trunk would not open.......... As one of his associates was unlocking the trunk for me, the associate exclaimed, "This is the problem with people who don't know how to work their own cars". Obviously a remark to a paying customer that was extremely disrespectful and uncalled for. The owner then proceeded to show me where the fuse was burned out and replaced and that he filled up all 5 tires (spare included). In the end, the sensor / electrical issues were now all resolved even though the owner would not admit to the electrical issue in the first place. He also tried to offer to change the entire locking assembly for my car which obviously was not necessary. I think it is safe to say that ANA Auto Lube N Tune is not a business I will be returning to as well as the other 6 members of my household. They have now lost 4 potential customers when originally, this was our GO TO mechanic. read more
