The owner Juan and his son Jr. are car guys who have an amazing range...they've worked on my 2014 Mazda 3, 2020 Ford Mustang Convertible, 2011 Ford Taurus, and my 2018 Subaru CrossTrek!!! They are amazing and they are family. There was one time they took me to work because my car needed to stay! They are so clutch and they are worth every penny!!! Horrible Service will not come here again, i was charged $1400 for an intake manifold job and all they did was change the manifold and not the interior parts, my vehicle continues to leak coolant, and i went to another trustworthy mechanic and im having to redo the job they said they already did because finding out they didn't even change all the components and left old parts that was a part of that job! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! If i could give a 0 star review i would! Also i had to get my air conditioning fixed twice and they made me pay twice for the same job and being naive and giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were trustworthy i payed twice for the same job! read more

I had been hearing a rattling sound under my car for a few days, but nothing was noticeably hanging or dragging but I brought it in just in case. They lifted my car up and showed me that my heat shield had a little crack which was causing the rattling sound, and said that they were able to bolt it and it would fix the problem. I was in and out in a matter of minutes the service was professional, and they didn't try to get me to spend money like most dealerships would try to do. I came here religiously 3 years back. I was an 18 year old student with family from out of town, and I often felt taken advantage of. I had an old 1995 BMW and ended up putting more than $2,800 into it, with Placentia Automotive. This included a used engine for more than $1500. Looking back on it, I think it was the computer that was the issue, I question that It was the engine. This is because it stopped working about a week after being in the shop when I took it through a car wash. Ever after the engine was replaced, the check engine never went off and I consistently had problems with the computer. Before this incident, no check engine lights were on and I didn't have issues with the computer. As a consumer I would not take my car here. I can't help but look back on my experience and shake my head. I was young and nieve and feel as if I was mislead. read more

Was recommended to this place by my local autozone. Called the night before and talked price with the (Damian) owner. I told him i need my brakes replaced (replace rotors and pads) and i would provide the parts. We agreed on $75 for the WHOLE JOB!! Since i'm familiar with the work needed (i did it myself when i had the space) i know this is a good deal, not great but good. Get there the next morning He's not there, so the mechanic starts the job. He shows up 15 minutes later and says $75 for the front and $75 for the back!! I'm a little taken back by the change in price. His response to me is i never said front and back. I tell him WHOLE JOB means changing both not specifically one or the other. I even repeated the amount and whole job multiple times last night. We go back and forth and i tell him he's trying to play word games with me and i dont appreciate that. Regardless work is done, will have to check the quality but i cant imagine it would be bad. In the end, my advice to any future customer... I won't frequent a place that plays word games like that. I can see it now, sorry sir we said we looked at your fluids we never said wether there were low or not! As he brought me the bill i told him i'm really not happy how it all went down, he gave me a discount but honestly we shouldn't have had to go through all that. 5 stars for the work, -2 stars for the customer service part (the easiest part). read more
