I have used Anaheim Hills Tile Supply on a few projects since 2022. Their staff is knowledgeable - they even answered my technical questions about tile performance in sun and moisture. Their store may appear small but they have a lot of choices. In fact they have such a wide selection that we were able to find tile that matched all our other materials. We started at one of the big tile stores near State College. We had terrible service and a problem with one supplier. We changed to Anaheim Hills Tile and Anaheim Hills took care of it (when the tile company's own rep would not). This was especially appreciated since we had already begun the project. They do hardwood floors too; we have had only positive experiences with their hardwood floors. The owner personally inspected each project, at various stages. All the staff were very skilled at matching combinations of tile, ends, etc. They do baseboards, too. read more

We finished our project two weeks ago and Jennifer was great to work with as was her tile installer Eddy and baseboard installer Daniel! She was so helpful in suggesting colors to match our other existing floors and letting us take multiple samples home to compare. Eddy was very meticulous in his work of cutting and laying the tile just right for the pattern! We installed the porcelain plank tile that looks like wood with a darker grout and the finished product came out looking fabulous! The tile job is now finished, and not only are we very happy with it, but the process was as smooth as silk. Jen is unbelievable in getting inside your mind to see what YOU would like. She understood my budget (value-Anaheim townhome), helped design with cabinets, countertops, laminate, baseboard, carpet and tile. When my contractor did subpar (generous) work, then walked off, Jennifer's team helped finish tasks. She referred a great plumber and electrician and helped me manage since they were there too. I can't say enough about the quality of work, customer service, attention to detail, cleanliness. Their prices are in line with market, maybe a bit higher than the big guys but the works ship is worth more than what they charge. And I was using "value" product, I was not a big client in Anaheim Hills. And they finish when they say they will. Did you know that there are about as many differenty types of flooring and tile as there are grains of sand on the beach? Well that may be an exageration, but what is not an exageration is the amazing selection of hard surfaces taht Anaheim Hills Tile Supply carries. We had an idea of what we wanted in a hardwood floor that we picked out at "another place" where the sales man told us that they are all basically the same and that they would all wear and scratch about the same. My husband did some online research and found that the floor we were thinking of had terrible ratings and would not last long. Fast forward to AHTS - where we meet their amazing design staff, (Judi Perez knows her hard surfaces) where we learn about Janka ratings, durability of different types of wood and soo much more! Not only did Judi help us choose a much more durable and highly rated floor, she did so at a great price. Once we chose our floors, Judi wanted to make sure the tile ideas we had would still work. She pulled out tons of samples and started to work her magic on the tile and helped us choose something we love even more than we had originally chosen! We met the owner and the rest of the staff. Bank-owned houses are full of surprises. They suck. You find stuff all the time that make you sad. You need a team of people that are honest and fair and good. It's a lot to ask for. We hired Jen to tighten up the kitchen. They killed it, found multiple problems and came to us with sensible fashionable solutions that were within our price range. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Joe and the rest of his crew at Anaheim Hills Tile Supply. They came highly recommended from a close friend I have known for almost 20 years. I had some water damage all throughout our condo that we knew was going to be a major headache to repair. I had to replace the hardwood flooring in my living room as well as a section of my ceiling where a pipe burst. I also had a pipe burst in my master bathroom. It was a nightmare. I had two contractors one from the insurance company (Who I was skeptical of right away) and one I found, that came with great reviews here on yelp. The contractor I found here on Yelp was nice enough, said the work was going to take a month to a month and a half to complete as we needed a new ceiling completely. He said that he was unable to just repair it because we have a textured celling he was incapable of matching. He also quoted me what I thought at the time was a decent price. The insurance company contractor basically said the same thing about the celling in my living room, but that he could get the work done in two to four weeks. He also charged us a bit more, but again - he was SENT by the insurance company! Joe and Anaheim Hills Tile supply undercut both of them considerably. He gave me a price that was about 3k less than the guy I found on yelp, AND said he could FIX my celling seamlessly NOT replace it, and complete all the necessary work in ONE to TWO WEEKS MAX!!! His crew came in and finished in a week and a half. I am not kidding. My floors and ceiling both look beautiful, and more importantly, my fiancé couldn't be happier with the work, the timeliness with which it took place, and the way it was handled. We live in AH and thought these guys would be too spendy for our budget but they were not and guess what - JOHN - the person who did our floor - was what I consider to be an artist and also a perfectionist. The level of work that was performed was as good as it gets. I can't imagine how a better job could have been done. JENNIFER was our contact person and besides being a lovely person to get to deal with she clearly knows tile and has an aesthetic sense that is well-developed. From start to finish A+ . I initially went to them to see if they had the old tile that was used on my condo's counter tops. They didn't, but Joe knew exactly which tile it is and the local manufacturer as well. I went to the local manufacturer and, as expected, they hadn't made the tile in years. Plan B... I went back to them to select a new counter top material and get the work done. I didn't want granite, because I'm planning on moving soon. A man-made material was more appealing to me. They helped me to select a material and pattern, came out to my home the same day to measure and understand the needed work which included a new under-mount stainless steel sink. The final price of the work was within 10% of their in-office estimate prior to seeing my home. Their contractors showed up when they were supposed. They took great care in both the demolition and installation phases to not damage remaining surfaces and fixtures and to ensure proper fitment of the new materials. They cleaned up as they did their work, were kind and considerate. I was fortunate to approach them in the midst of the holidays and the work was completed before New Years. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and it accomplished exactly what I wanted and needed. read more

It is always stressful deciding on something that is going to be in your house for a very long time. I went into AHTS on the recommendation of my contractor, and immediately knew i would not need to go anywhere else. Michael and Judi both helped me find the glass subway tiles that I had found on Pinterest, but had no idea who made them or any other info on them for that matter. They even let me bring home samples home so that I could see them in all different shades of light in my house. I can't say enough GREAT things about the installer, Kyle though. He is not just a tile installer, he is a kitchen backsplash artist! He has an incredible eye for design (who knew subway tile could be set so many different ways!) and he is very precise in his technique. This is the second time we have used Anaheim Hills Tile Supply and we couldn't be happier with the quality of their products, their exceptional customer service, their incredibly competent lead in-house contractor, and their artisan installers....oh, and by the way, their prices too!!!!! We have used Anaheim Tile Supply to remodel our kitchen (counter tops, floor, back splash), the floors in our den, dining room, entry and hallway, bathrooms, and most recently porcelain tile--looks exactly like wood flooring--in three bedrooms. In addition they just finished both bathrooms, where they installed new quartz counter tops, sinks, tile back splashes, and a beautiful new tile bathtub/shower enclosure that looks like something out of an Architectural Digest magazine. Since I live in Anaheim Hills, I wanted to give a local small business the opportunity to get my business. Boy was this a major mistake!!!! The first time I had an appointment with them, the contractor failed to show up for the appointment. I gave them another opportunity to get my business. I spent close to 1,000.00 and bought tile. Again, the company failed to show up for the delivery. BUT, what makes matters worse is how the owner handled the situation. He was NOT apologetic and refused to make accommodations to get the materials delivered before the installation of the tile. He was rude and condescending. I am sorry that I gave them the business! I never posted anything on YELP. However, this experience was so bad that I felt the great need to warn other potential customers. read more

So admittedly the owner and I have known each other a very long time, but it doesn't change the fact that AHTS does terrific work. We had our main bathroom shower replaced most recently, and picked out some terrific 12x12 tile for our shower along with glass accents. The installers ended up needing to rip out our entire bathroom walls, install new hardibacker and laid out the accents in a really cool shape/design. They were super quick with the installation, cleaned up all mess, and made it look like they were never even there.
