Install in 2024, so enough time has passed to provide a thoughtful review. I would not use this company for cabinets. Our cabinets are already drooping and chipping in odd places. The only reawson some of the doors are even functional is the judicious use of little "bumpers" they stuck everywhere to line things up. The new cabinets look nice but are worse quality than the simple ones they replaced. Beyond the quality issues, it was the worst experience with the install as well. There were at least 3 plus days where they came up with an excuse (day of) as to why they couldn't come (seems crazy that work tools would be stolen from the same truck twice..), and when someone did come, it was only one person despite promises of a "team". Our install took so much longer than estimated, which I understand happens if they find issues, but this was not the case. On top of the delays, they really did not do a good job with the install- attempted to cut corners whenever possible and cabinets were hung unevenly, etc. We were frequently told "that is not how we do business," but they continued to do business poorly with shoddy work. It got to the point that we just wanted them out of our house and figured we could finish painting and do touch ups on our own. Note: Our install included new doors, a re-surface in most of the areas, and a whole new "box" along one wall. The worst bottom cabinets were the ones with the totally new "box" structure. They knew the issues were their own doing. read more

We originally used Cabinet Wholesalers for a kitchen remodel back in 2010. One of the soft close drawers didn't work so I hired a handyman to replace the glides but he was unable to match the correct mechanism-instead switching a working mechanism from a drawer not used often to the drawer we used a lot. Then, right before Christmas-I slid a drawer out but it collapsed downward and broke 2 dishes. I reached out to the handyman again but didn't hear back so thought on a whim I'd see if the original cabinet company would suggest a replacement piece for the broken plastic guides. I spoke with Brandon Orman who texted me a link so I could show him the problem. He replied that it would be an easy fix. About a week later, Mike Garcia showed up and not only fixed the broken drawer, replaced the guides the drawer not used a lot but also adjusted some of the cabinet doors that were rubbing or out of alignment. When I asked Mike how much I owed him, he said it's under warranty. That impressed me so much for a kitchen remodel that was done almost 16 years ago. I really liked the customer service! We redid our entire kitchen including a layout change. We ripped out entire old kitchen, moved water line, added pot fillers, added pendant lights and scone lights, and moved a register (vent for AC/heat). We've had out new kitchen for a few months and absolutely love it. Overall working with Cabinet Wholesalers has been great. Family run business and they are extremely nice people. I shopped 5 different companies before making my decision and thought their price was the best for the quality and warranty and we are very happy we went with them. They were very accommodating during the process and didn't give us a hard time about small changes that needed to happen during the project. For example, one of the cabinets that came in I felt could be larger for the space and they immediate said ok... took the old one back (before installing it) and ordered a new one that fits better - no extra charge. Also one of our outlets stopped working a couple of months after the install and they sent an electrician to fix it at no charge. This is the piece of mind you want when dealing with a kitchen company! For our quartz countertops, they work with a company down the street from them so we were able to go to that showroom to see the full slab instead of just a small sample piece - that was very helpful and highly recommend you do the same. The quartz company was able to also make us a couple of small 12"x12" slabs to use around the house with the extra quartz. The only thing I will caution is that make sure you have a clear estimated project timeline. They won't be able to give you exact dates but a rough idea of how long it will take. The whole team was great especially the crews! They all showed up on time ready to go and cleaned up each day when they finished. We had a "surprise" beam that needed to be installed that in the drawings was a maybe until they opened up the walls and it only delayed the project a week. The other delay was the rain delay but the project was still completed very close to the promised completion time and more importantly on budget. We could not be happier with the final product. The project included: taking out a wall, install a structural beam, trench for electrical, reroute plumbing, install recessed and pendant lighting, even out the useless old bulkhead, retexture the ceiling, all new cabinets and backsplash, install a 12" island with power and use our existing laminate flooring with some new ones of the same type we found to avoid having to also redo the entire 1st floor flooring or have 2 types with a transition, install our new larger range and hood and finally a final trim and adjust day to make sure everything was perfect at the end. It came out even better than we had hoped and without a doubt will drastically increase the value of our home. We have the perfect kitchen for us to entertain and host in. We absolutely love it. Highly recommend using this team for their honest pricing, punctuality and quality of work. We had 3 different bids and decided to go with them because someone we know had used them in the past and they were thankfully also priced the best of all the bids. Let me start off by saying that the our kitchen looks great; but it took a long time to get there and some items that were to be done by Cabinet Wholesalers were actually done by myself or someone else. So disappointed in their lack of communication. I can say Luis, the initial person we dealt with was fabulous, but as others got involved it went downhill from there. They went as far as asking for final payment prior to the work being finished and when I refused "Brandon" let me know via text that he was not going to be able to pay his guys since I would not make the final payment....not my problem if they can't manage their payroll and dependent on final payment to do so. When I finally made the last payment, only thing left was to install my microwave. It wasn't Cabinet Wholesalers job to install the microwave so I felt comfortable to make the final payment. HOWEVER, little did I know that the cabinets around the microwave were not level and needed to be fixed as the microwave would not fit. I let them know last Friday and was told they would get back to me, do you think I have received a response since then?? NOPE. So disappointing!! read more

I received a rough estimate off of design around November. Received several bids from different places that had better customer service. However, we decided to go with them thinking since it's their specialty that things would go smoothly. We walked in about Dec 29th ready to order cabinets. We needed fast. We explained that we've been having home renovation nightmare since August. They said they'd take care of us. They could have our cabinets installed 3rd week in January. We needed to coordinate with flooring, electrical etc. 3 days to cancel. We weren't told until the following week that some cabinets weren't available. Tile people waited for them for a long time. They've come by on/off having to fix things that they partially did or not level, etc. They have showed up without notifying and/or arriving different time. The corner lazy susan doors can be seen right thru huge gap. Communication is terrible. Well, it's March now. Still not done..... thankfulky we didn't sign countertops at first bc who knows how that would have gone. Our countertop people are waiting for cabinets. Been pushing it back. Home with 3 kids and no kitchen. We could have ordered and installed custom cabinets at this point... the star is bc i do love the 2 colors. But if communicated better, we could have chosen something else entirely to avoid such a disaster and/or get adjustments done timely so we can move forward with cabinets. read more

I have worked with a lot of different contractors, and this company is by far, THE WORST one and my BIGGEST HIRING MISTAKES EVER!! They are shady and incompetent and will ignore you if there is any issue. Any good reviews they have must be FAKE! This review has been a long time coming. We did a full kitchen remodel last year. They did A LOT of MAJOR DAMAGE to my house, both while removing my old counter tops and while installing the new ones and a new island. They bashed holes in the walls both in my kitchen and other parts of the house that were in the path to the kitchen. (And my house is big with wide hallways and doorways, so there is no excuse.) They banged up multiple doorway moldings, taking chips out of the wood and paint. When I brought it to their attention (by contacting the owner, his brother, and the showroom employee, sending them the photos), I was told that that type of damage was completely normal, and then they refused to discuss it any further. They also left parts of the underside of the cabinets above the counter totally unfinished with raw, ripped wood and crumbling drywall showing. While contracting and during the sales pitch, they had told me that everything would be completed by them in the end, and i would not have to hire anyone else to make finishing touches. Less than a year later, the grout between the counters and backsplash is all cracked and coming apart so much that food and water falls through when we cook and clean. We'll probably get mold. The finish on the new island cabinets is CHEAP and already has A TON of paint chipped off! We only wipe it down with a damp cloth and never touch it otherwise. It's so embarrassing when guests come over. The quartz countertop is absolutely different and a lower quality than the one we chose from the showroom. We picked one from the more expensive options that had a lot of marbling and a very smooth, shiny finish. What we got was a product that has almost no marbling and is so coarse and dull! Plus, the way they cut the slabs made it so we have a bunch of random grout lines in the middle of the counters. So unnecessary and ugly. As if they used spare scraps of quartz and pieced them together like a puzzle in my kitchen. All these issues were brought to multiple people's attention through phone calls, emails, and texts with pictures, but went ignored for weeks!! Finally, the owner asked what we wanted him to do. He said it was all cosmetic, and that they did their job. So, if you want your house to look like an embarrassing mess done by drunk amateurs, this is the company for you.
