Such a great place for a quick bite and to take a nice break. We were thirsty and ordered a mango smoothie and coconut ice cream. We sat outside and enjoyed people watching and hanging out with the chickens. Ana's is also in a great location and within walking distance of other bars and eateries and let's not forget about the water views! I didn't get a chance to try their food, but will next time for sure! Take note that the mango smoothie was more of a water base vs milky. After a whole week in Florida, I finally found me some good strong coffee here at Ana's Cuban Cafe. I laughed out loud when I saw their menu and read their description for the Americano - they call it "The Weak". Cortadito is soooooo good. Cafe Con Leche is also very good. They don't serve it with ice. Nice wraparound patio with plenty of seating. The only thing is... this place is popular so all the tables and chairs are full. read more

On a corner across from where we were staying, this is very conveniently located. And the food was outstanding. We had breakfast one day and a cubano sandwich for lunch the next. Good coffee, too. A great breakfast place very close to the southern most point in Key West. You order from a window on the porch, then find a seat. They will deliver your food and coffee to your table. The Cuban breakfast options and coffee are very tasty. I had the Hangover special, and my wife chose a vegetarian Cubin option. cute little cuban spot, walking distance from the southernmost point. my friends and i had gotten word from a local that this place was THE spot for authentic tasty cuban food. in our "touristy" plans for that day, we were heading to the southernmost point (90 miles from cuba) and picked this spot to get lunch on the way (it was only fitting). the staff was very kind, patient, and accommodating. we were a group of 15 that were all on different time schedules, so we were meeting there for a couple hours of the day randomly, it was quite literally our meeting-point. my friends and i are all in the biz, so we took care of them as well ! our lunch was delicious !! everyone had a really good meal, and doubled as preparation for our drinking that night. i cant wait to come back to key west and visit this spot again!! read more

Ana's the Conch and the Cuban cafe I am from Miami and grew up eating Cuban food so I had very high expectations! IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I ate there every single day of my key west vacation. Over the course of 4 days I had beef empanadas, Croquetas, papa rellena, tostones, pan con bistec (sandwich), ham bacon sausage cheese omelet, sausage egg and cheese sandwich and Cuban toast. ALL OF IT WAS DELICIOUS. One day I had cafe con leche, I forgot how strong their coffee can be and ended up having the runs. If you don't drink coffee a lot just get a single shot of espresso instead. Reasonable priced and filling. You can split each meal/sandwich with someone. Outside seating is shaded. You order at the counter and pay at a separate counter. There is ample covered outdoor seating. The store sells various beverages to go with your sandwiches. Well as you see in the picture it's a very small place but it's always full every time I passed by so I decided to give it a try I am always looking for grate Cuban food. This place has a mixture of every thing from take home trinkets for our truest and thing that locals might need for there daily needs. Ok now on to the better part, I ordered a Cuban sandwich, it's a simple sandwich ( yet so many restaurants-get it wrong. My sandwich was large ( so big you have to take the other half home) the cheese was perfectly melted it had the Correct amount of pickles, mustard, ham, and pork. The bread was toasted to perfection and cut into a try angle, the only thing is that it should have come with a drink ( soda maybe ), for the price. Yes I felt that the price was a bit much but never the less the sandwich was good. As for parking it's a hit and miss in Key West. read more
