    Santa Ana Pho
    Lina T.

This brisket sandwich was so surprisingly delicious, I was speechless! They note on the menu it is their famous sandwich and I DEFINITELY understand why. The brisket is so tender and very ample, but it's not fatty, it's very lean. The pickled veggies add that nice crunch and balances out the flavors of the meat and light mayo. The cilantro and greens are classic Viet additions and greatly appreciated! Add some pickled jalapenos and that bite is just HEAVENLY! 10/10 (note: the beef consume was just ok haha it was nice to have on the side but I didn't like the dip like I normally do with things like birria tacos) THE FRIES! I love these fries! I asked for light seasoning and it was PERFECT. The crisp was perfection (lightly battered) and the inside was still nice and soft. I love me a good side of fries, this was a pleasant surprise! Now the Santa Ana pho was good, but I don't think I'd order it again. The flavors weren't unique enough for me to justify the hefty price tag. They were generous with the meat, but for nearly $30 after tax/tip, that's a bit too much for me. If you're a light eater, this could feed 2 people!! I would order a different pho next time though as the broth was pretty clean (didn't taste too salty) and they do offer extra noodles for free! Overall, I definitely plan to come back! Come check out this place and MAKE SURE to get the brisket sandwich!! Parking was great and it's inside the Glendora Public Market so there are plenty of options for your fam and friends. Seating was ample, space was modern, it was a great Sunday hang. Note: as with most food halls, it's self service for most things. Bus your own tray and I recommend bringing your own water or grab a drink at one of these places!

Let me tell you that I was very satisfied with the Pho. They have "Specialty" Pho with set ingredients. Choose from the Bac (filet mignon), Saigon (4 meats), Santa Ana (meat lovers with 6 meats), Shank You (beef shank). Or, the Build Your Own, for $18 you can have 3 meats (Prime Rib Eye, Prime Brisket, Tendon, Meatballs, Tripe, Prime Filet Mignon, Beef Shank, or Shrimp). Each bowl includes Cilantro, Red Onion, and Vermicelli Rice Noodles. The broth is simmered for 24 hours with beef and bone marrow. The serving is hot and fresh. A large bowl is filling and delicious! They also make sandwiches, wraps (beef, chicken or shrimp), Chicken Wings, Spring Rolls, and salads. They are open 7 days a week, located in the Glendora Public Marketplace. There is plenty of open seating indoors and a covered patio area too. Sincerely, Rosemary

Stopped in on a chilly afternoon because my 5-year-old asked for phở. That request almost never comes out of her mouth, so we had to honor it before she changed her mind. & Broth is tucked inside the Glendora Public Market, easy to find once you're there. I ordered the Tai Lan, which is a fun cross between phở and a noodle salad. Sliced tender ribeye sits over garlic oil phở noodles on a bed of greens and fresh herbs, tossed with a shallot tamarind sauce, topped with crispy garlic, and served with a side of their 24-hour bone broth to sip or pour over. The ribeye was genuinely tender, the tamarind sauce had a nice tangy-sweet kick, and the crispy garlic tied it all together. Added some sriracha for a little more flavor and to give it a kick. Best phở I've ever had? No. But it's a clever modern take and I left very full and very happy, which is exactly what I needed. And if phở isn't your thing, the menu sprawls into wagyu phở, garlic noodles with filet, lomo saltado, sandwiches (which look amazing) and even Vietnamese coffee with sea salt foam. Plenty to explore. This is now the first spot I'd send anyone to in the Glendora Public Market, and a real step up from the ramen place that used to be in the same space. Already plotting my return.

Came to Glendora Public Market on a Saturday night, and I wanted to try And Broth as I have heard about their sandwiches and pho. They were also very nice to let me sample their bun bo hue broth, which was very good and not too spicy. My girlfriend really liked their broth as well and thought it was authentic for Vietnamese standards. However, I decided to opt for the Pho Brisket sandwich as I didn't feel like eating any heat for the night. The pho brisket sandwich was pretty big, and the meat was very tender. The pho broth was rich and it is southern style too. I loved dipping the sandwich into the broth. The greens and picked onions were fresh, and the fries were crispy and the right amount of salt. I really enjoyed my meal and definitely next time I would like to try the bun bo hue style sandwich.

Located in a food hall so plenty of seating. There's parking if you come early. Staff was helpful. No wait in line to order. Bummed that the bun Bo hue sandwich was out so we ordered the pho brisket sandwich with fries. The sandwich is enough for two people because it's huge. The brisket was so tender; it melted in my mouth. The pickled onions added great flavor to the sandwich. The broth was okay. I didn't even dip the sandwich in it. The fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned. Will come back for more.

Came Friday after work and there weren't too many people. This was my first time trying this place and the first time going to the Glendora public market in general. It is a nice spot with plenty of food options. Plenty of seating inside around the different vendors. They also have restrooms so no worries on that. My friends and I wanted to try And Broth. After seeing a video of the pho brisket sandwich I was sold. It was so good and the soup paired so well. It does get messy so plan to grab a bunch of napkins.

Read the Yelp Reviews and thought we'd give And Broth a try. Was not disappointed after ordering the House Pho. Serving only "limited quantities " I was pleased when the young lady told me there were only 2 left! Presented with bone marrow, a rib bone with a lot of meat attached and beef slices in a tasty simmered beef broth, I was impressed with the quality and quantity of the meal! The Glendora Marketplace is a nice setting for those wishing variety; although it seemed that only the Vietnamese eateries had business today. If you find yourself wanting to try something new when in Glendora, I'd recommend checking out And Broth.....you won't be disappointed!

Last night my prior career collided with my present one and your favorite Yelp correspondent is still shaking his head at the outcome. Lemme elaborate- In my career I was a Fortune 500 executive whose heavy travel schedule afforded me the opportunity to try many different foods/cultures. Nowadays, I'm a semi-retired Gen Xer who delivers a few meals/wk as a means of keeping my sanity and preserving the marital harmony within my thirty yr marriage. Last night's wee shift brought me, again, to the whirling culinary metropolis that is Glendora Public Market, where locals vie for parking to dine at a food hall teeming with a dozen or so dining choices. From this observer's eye, AND BROTH just might be the belle of the ball- From its enviable perch in the hall's epicenter, they serve a continuous array of steaming bowls of Vietnamese pho and noodle-based dishes. While awaiting an order to be fulfilled, I submitted my order for their Pho Brisket Sandwich on Rye, vowing to return 15+ minutes later once I had faithfully deliver my appointed client orders. Being a self-appointed Ph.D in Sandwich Arts, gleaned from a lifetime of savoring this country's finest sandwiches from Katz Deli in New York to Pat's Cheesesteaks in Philly to the Muffuletta at Central Grocery in New Orleans, I instantly recognized that the RYE BREAD would make an imperfect vessel for a brisket sandwich ... and pivoted to a French Roll. Ideally, this sandwich would best be paired with a toasted baguette, all the better to withstand both the capacious amount of twice-cooked brisket as well as the half-dozen dunks into the unctuous Pho they serve as an accompaniment to the meal. The rye bread, undoubtedly chosen for its use in the Pastrami on Rye that the owners are aspiring to emulate, winds up being a poor choice because its earthy, distinctive rye taste and grainy texture combine to overpower the star of the show- The brisket! How'd my last minute audible to French roll fare? Mehhhhh. The wet ingredients turned the bread into soggy sponges. So I wound up consuming my meal with a knife and fork. But that's on me...not And Broth. The caliber of the brisket was very good. Ditto for the beefy pho and the deliciously pickled carrots, onions and cilantro used to dress the sando. My order was $19.23 including taxes. Would I return for another sandwich? Not until they amend the choice of bread in their otherwise very good brisket sando. But I would undoubtedly bring my wife and grown kids here so they could feast on the oversized vats of Pho.

I was craving soothing food for dinner.I decided to go to And Broth to get soup. It is located at Glendora Public Market. There is an adjacent parking lot to the Market. I placed my order online for pickup. It was very convenient and easy. The Shop was very clean. The Market has both indoor and outdoor seating. I picked up my order on the exact time. The staff were very friendly. They wrapped everything perfectly. The service was excellent. I ordered the following, - 2 Fresh Plain Noodles with soup with side veggies 5/5 This is what I was looking for! Light, comforting and soothing food. I really enjoyed it a lot. - Fried Egg Rolls 5/5 It was crispy from outside and very flavorful from inside. - Extra Brisket 5/5 It was tender and aromatic - BBH Sando 5/5 Tender beef shank, Vietnamese cold cut, garlic aioli, pickled onions, fresh herbs, scallions, and lemongrass in French roll. This sando was exquisite. - Ube Cream Vietnamese Coffee 5/5 It was very strong coffee blended with the sweet and creaminess of ube. I had such a wonderful experience. Yes! I will be back soon.

located inside the Glendora Public Market. As a big fan of Vietnamese cuisine, I had high expectations variety of seating options available. The seating areas are ample, with options to sit outdoors or adjacent to the restaurant, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. We ordered the house pho and found that the meat was exceptionally tender, which was a highlight of the meal. Additionally, the broth possessed a good depth of flavor, indicative of careful preparation. The cleanliness of their food area just a concern regarding the temperature of the soup. Unfortunately, the broth was not as hot as I had hoped; it was close to room temperature by the time I began eating. Since we were seated right in front of the restaurant and presumably received our order promptly, I am uncertain if there was a delay in serving or another factor that contributed to this. This was somewhat disappointing, on a cold weather

I have order from And Broth on multiple occasions. Understanding Pho in a way that Northern style pho is what started this craze just for the Southern style to be predominately eaten around the states if not the world. I can't speak to the service because I have never stepped foot inside this place and always ordered the food the Pomona but it never disappoints even with the travel. I make sure to add tripe and crispy flank I believe, tendon and meatball. Side of the chili oil Ofcourse, but xtra onion, and basil and all the things except sprouts go in a here. Broth is silky and smooth, right amount of flavor. Chili Crisp dumplings were good, something different but can't say it was over the top. The pho is my go to here. I will order this when there is a pho place in a 30 second walk from my place in DT Pomona.

I tried their filet mignon garlic noodle dish, it was total $27 for the plate, I believe it was a bit overpriced. The meat was soft, the overall dish was good, but the noodle's texture felt a bit unfresh. Service was fast, the place is one of those community public food courts with many small businesses to choose food from. Parking lot is present, there's always people leaving so not an issue. Ambiance is chill, just find an empty table and eat. There are TVs there to also watch various sports games.

Daily Special with all their meats.

A warm hug on a cool day, like a favorite sweater, the bowls of beef broth are definitely artisanal and made with much care and attention. The star of the menu is the bowls of Pho. There is just the right number of varieties available, with beef being the center stage, showcasing very tender brisket, slices of top round, and tendon so tender you need to use the spoon to fully enjoy. The noodles are also expertly made. Keeping intact and lining the bowl like a treasure nesting in the beautiful made broth that is well balanced in beef goodness, bordering on all the beef bone goodness. Sandwiches or the Bahn Mi on the menu are constructed equally well. Ingredients are plenty, balanced, and delicious. Located inside the Glendora Public Market, you will be enjoying this restaurant-class cuisine in a Food Hall setting. As casual as it is, the pricing does not match the experience unless you are only focused on delicious sustenance. A premier bowl of Pho can set you back $26, with most being around the $18 range. Modern times have certainly created a spectacle in dining costs.

I tried the jalapeño bagel with cream cheese and it was immaculate. The cream cheese ratio was perfect (not skimpy, not overloaded), and the bagel was toasted exactly how it should be - nicely crisped but not hard to chew, and definitely not soft or soggy either. I also got the Firebird sandwich, and WOW. As a savory girl, this one really hit the spot. The amount of buffalo sauce, pickles, and Dijon mustard was perfect - flavorful and bold without being overbearing. The portion size was great too. It was filling, I could easily save half for later. For drinks, I ordered their seasonal iced cherry pie latte, and I'm honestly still thinking about it. I usually don't go for sweetened coffee drinks, but my oh my... this was genuinely one of the best lattes I've ever had. Balanced, smooth, and not overly sweet. I also tried the seasonal Love Machine matcha, and it was amazing. The matcha tasted high quality -- not bitter and not grassy at all - with the perfect amount of sweetness. On top of all that, the service was immaculate, and the music/vibe inside was so good. Definitely one of those places you want to keep coming back to.
