We hadn't been to an &pizza in a while and this was my first time trying the Fair Oaks location. It's a large booth on the lower level near a gelato booth and some seating. I was a little skeptical of the set up but my concern was put to rest quickly after we made it up in the line (yes, there was a line). This time hubs & I both picked existing styles but both altered them slightly. He changed his base sauce and I added a few things to mine. This specific location was especially awful. I didn't even eat the pizza I got for myself. My son (who's 3yo) ate a lot of his pizza. I gave this pizza place two tries and this location absolutely sealed the deal to never try it again. I first got it from the Reston location and was not very impressed but hard to find a decent thin crust pizza I don't need to make myself. It was great when I tried it at a neighbors, maybe they had it not made so well done to cut your mouth up for the kids? Not worth what the price at all. It should be a pizza sold at Target for $7. Reston was a step up in comparison but your mouth will get shredded. My pizza I ordered with basil pesto sauce, and extra fresh mozzarella was as awful as it looked. (These were $12) The price they should be which is still overpriced. It looked like they put maybe 8 pieces of mozzarella on crust, then rubbed some "basil pesto" on top of it. No extra cheese, no actual basil. That was it. Just crust with a dab of some cheese here and there. I tried a piece of my son's, and it was also paper thin. For $37!? no flavor. The Reston location wasn't awful, or paper thin but even ordering it there for take out didn't make much difference. No place to make many modifications online. Fair Oaks has no phone, apparently. I had a couple of things to pick up at some of the stores so I stopped by &pizza for lunch. I got the Maverick. It was delicious with a thin, crispy crust with a good chew. The sauce was flavorful but not overwhelming. The Maverick comes with a basil pesto drizzle that really enhances the flavors. The pizzas are cooked on a chain drive that walks them thru the oven at a constant speed for reliable, consistent results. I loved this pizza right out of the oven. It's a full lunch for one and enough to share for those with a smaller appetite. I know where I'm going if I have any more last minute gifts to get. read more

It's a quick pizza, that will remind you of Stouffers French bread, from back in the day. Actually it is a neat concept, as you will have your order fast. Yet as far as the quality to price, I'm not all that impressed. Was it okay? Yes it was, but I don't find it particularly interesting. That alone is a challenge to innovate, as I'm not sure about the buzz I heard about this. A good location in the mall. To its credit the employees are really excellent. It's a shame that nothing stands out on the ingredients though. If you're in a hurry, you might consider this. Until I find something remarkable about it, there's no choice but to feel of it as average. You might like the concept, but I don't think it adds anything significant to the pizza process. read more

Finally, &Pizza is in Fairfax! They announced this location a long ago! So, everytime we used to go to Fair Oaks mall, we used to ask when are they opening? So glad they're finally open! It's going to be our go-to spot now! I ordered 3 pizzas and chose to build on my own. I tried different toppings & sauces. Love their Garlic Pesto sauce the most! The meat was fully cooked, and veggies were fresh too! Pizzas turned out to little more crisp than I expected, but every bite was full of different flavors which I loved. Also tried &Soda for the first time, I got Mango Passion Fruit soda. It was so yummm! Their staff was welcoming & knowledgeable, and the service was phenomenal. Today I went to & Pizza at Fair Oaks Mall to pick up my online order. I arrived a little early and my order was under "crafting". When I saw my two pizzas coming out from the belt conveyer oven, and the staff packed them in the boxes, I noticed the guy did not put basil on one of the pizzas - New G. It is supposed to be like Margherita pizza with basil. So I asked him, "Did you add basil?" And he answered, "No. We ran out of basil. We don't have any basil. Sorry." He told me only because I asked him. Is this acceptable? No. This is not a professional customer service. You should remove the item from the menu if you cannot provide it. This is my first visit to this location and I am so disappointed. I had to stop by at a Whole Foods on my way home to pick up fresh basil for the pizza. 5 for the CBR! Nice, chewy flatbread with a base of cornmeal dust, topped with parm romano sauce, grilled onions, fresno chilis, chicken, bacon and optional goat cheese on top. This is my first time trying zpizza and it is located smack dab center on the mall where the old Starbucks was. Walking to where you are supposed to order was quite intimidating, but there were 2 folks in line and there were stickers saying start here. Otherwise, I'd be completely lost. The ordering. Of course I looked online and scoped out the pizzas to order and knew which ones I wanted. I looked at the digital menu board and was slightly nervous because only 6 pizza options were available. I started to freak out bc I had no idea what to do and the guy making my pizza (who claimed he was new too) was a bit caught off guard. However, I noticed there was a cheat sheet to the left that displayed the various options for the pizza maker. It would be highly advantageous if I had known that you can add whatever topping you wanted! I thought it was just what was online or on their digital menu board. I had 0 idea this was a make your own pizza anyway you want, the 6 displayed on the menu board is their basic and what's online is available only if you pre-order online. Seriously, some people (like me) have no idea! Next time, I know what to do! Also, you can top your pizza with any of the toppings after it is baked! The goat cheese added was spectacular. The soda seemed appealing, but it is a sugar overload. I may have to dilute with some seltzer. &pizza prides itself with high quality ingredients, so I was slightly discouraged to see them selling a soda with sodium benzoate (a preservative). This new &Pizza is a kiosk located in the middle of the mall on the first floor. Actually not a bad location since it's highly visible in an open area and there is an abundance of seating all around. I was greeted by Matthew who thanked me for coming and took my order. I couldn't decide between Maverick and White so I decided to order both. The pizzas were ready by the time I finished paying at the counter. Both of them did not disappoint. The thin crust was nicely toasted. Each one of them had their own unique flavor. I preferred the White over the Maverick just because I love white sauces and the truffle ranch was amazing. I will definitely be back as this is the closest &Pizza location to me. Don't judge the small footprint for the quality. The restaurant was small and cute located in the center of the mall. While the pizza was delicious, it was the service that stood out. The person who made my pizza was Annabelle. She seemed happy and eager to help me. She didn't skimp on toppings and was nice to me when I didn't know/hear some of the toppings. Every location of this chain is elite. The secret is out on this place. DC, Falls Church, Springfield, and Reston locations all quality spots. Personal customized pies ready so quickly (under 5 minutes start to finish). The pies are affordable, they have a great rewards program. If you opt into the text messages you'll receive updates and discounts, but you can also text with the actual person. My son just told me about that the other day, hilarious. Ingredients are nothing but quality. I recommend the goat cheese to top off the pie, it's mouth watering. Stack whatever you want on the pizza (I think except shrimp) and the pizza is the same price. Finish a whole personal pizza around late lunch time and you're full through the next morning. Highly recommend their sodas too. I don't even drink soda! Like I absolutely can't stand sugary drinks, but I make an exception every time I go to a location to get their caffeine free sodas. ELITE 10 out of 5. I ordered the -it's probably not the most accurate name- hot honey pizza. It has pepperoni, hot honey-a very nice combination of hot and sweet. I 99% of the time order this every time I visit &Pizza. It tasted as I always remember it; I say this because it's been a few months since I've last had &pizza. Service was ok, albeit brief, because there were a few other orders. Fair Oaks mall has plenty of food options, but I'd say &Pizza is definitely the best pizza at the mall! read more

A little sweet, a little kick, kind, quick and clean.  I am never going to order a pizza without hot honey again - wow - that is good!  And, when it is on the American Honey, it has everything I like on a pizza including spicy tomato sauce, pepperoni, arugula and even goat cheese in addition to the classic mozzarella, to make it special - not to mention again - that hot honey.  I was really pleasantly surprised by how good this pizza from a mall kiosk could be.  The pizzas are a funny oval shape (you can watch them fit the special mold) and for us, easily fed two people.  The crust had just the right amount of chew.  All the fixings are there at request plus multiple special sauces that sounded really tasty.  The staff was really friendly and helpful and the place was super clean!  I liked watching my pizza bake in the oven while I decided which interesting soda to try.  I opted for mango passion fruit which was nice and fizzy and delicious and I fooled myself into thinking might even be healthy (hey - it's fruit, right?...)  I know this is silly, but, I even got a kick out of how well the pizza box fit in the carry out bag - now that is good planning!  The kiosk is located on the lower level right by the Victoria's Secret (an odd juxtaposition because I don't really want to think about fitting in to lingerie while I am stuffing my face with pizza but...)  There is seating in the mall close by.  I really look forward to trying some of the other pizzas and sauces and, of course, my hot honey (sauce on the next pizza.) read more

I am beyond happy that my favorite pizza chain just opened up at Fair Oaks. As a big fan of &Pizza, I've tried nearly every pizza on the menu and the American Honey is my absolute favorite. It's a perfect combo of sweet and savoriness of the pepperoni and hot honey that makes you crave more, even after the last bite... The cashier recommended me the mango passion fruit soda and it was also amazing. This place has a central, easily accessible location and quick, friendly service. My only complaint is that it will now be hard not to make a pit stop at this place every time I go on a shopping trip to Fair Oaks. read more

I wanted to enjoy this as I do enjoy &pizza, but there were certain aspects of my experience that I couldn't let go of. 1. An employee was wearing gloves to put the ingredients on the pizza. Without taking the gloves off, the employee picks up a box from the heater box and hands someone a pizza. He goes to put his hands on a squirt bottle with his thump on the squirt hole and shakes the bottles and outs garlic sauce on my pizza. He then uses the cash register and proceeds to put more ingredients on someone else's pizza. 2. The same employee touches his mask and puts ingredients on the pizza after being cooked. I enjoy & pizza as I can create my pizza, and it usually lasts 1 or 2 sittings. Plant-based meat is a bonus, but I cannot ignore the sanitary issues. read more

There's not a convenient &pizza near me so happy this place opened up! closest one I can get to. Love the setup! was surprised to see it in the middle of the mall, but it's super cool how they were able to fit everything into a big kiosk-bar. normally you see something like a Starbucks so this is super cool. They have two sides for ordering if it gets busy (I assume on weekends). all the staff were very chill and welcoming. the pizza station was spotless and clean, they were wiping after every customer which is awesome. Ingredients look very fresh. love the whole mood and personality of the company as well, you can see it through their website and all their marketing. pizza is made fresh and comes out piping hot, but delicious! you can get a pre-made or build your own. I created my own. and the pizza itself is delicious! the size is like a flatbread style so more suited for a single person but could be shared. The drinks also have unique catchy names. I opted for the blood orange jasmine which is a green tea drink. it tasted a little mild and watered down, but good enough. I also love how the box comes with reheating instructions which is super helpful. Will definitely be back! read more

Last time, only a single employee was running the entire place and they were obviously freaking out as they got busier. Location-wise, I wish it were closer to a mall entrance/exit as it seems like it's in the middle of everything. Food-wise, it's just like every other &pizza and is awesome. This is a mixed review. So if interested, please read on. First ... the good news ... the pizza is great! The foundation is a soft pillowy dough. which is exactly what I love. I created my own and added classic tomato sauce (sweet and not acidic), topped with pepperoni, sausage, and (last but not least) a fig drizzle. Yes ... fig. Do it Give it a try. It is a great counterbalance to the other flavors. You can thank me later With regard to drinks, I like the variety, but ... where are the diet sodas? If they are there and I missed it, sorry. But having a nice diet soda with my za is must for me. Now the bad news ... location, location, location! I mean, it's great that the mall has a nice option. But traveling to the mall for just the pizza? Not going to happen. It is located right at the center of the mall ... so whatever entrance you use will require several hundred feet of walking. Wasn't impressed with this pizza place. We didn't like any of the pizzas in their menu and asked them to customize one for us. The guy working behind the counter was very stingy putting toppings on hardly putting any ingredients on. We only had onions, pineapple and mushrooms he said he was out of basil. When we paid for our pizza we asked for Parmesan, I spoke with the lady taking my money and said you didn't have any basil, I would have liked some, she said we do have some and headed to the front guy they exchanged some words and she came back with some basil. We came on a weekday and there was no line and the pizza came our pretty instantly. There are tons of options to choose from and you may be overwhelmed but you can never go wrong! I went with the cheese pizza and it was delicious from the smell to the way it looked when i opened the box! They also gave their own sodas which are pretty delicious!
