This hotel has long term leases on almost all of level P3 of the Whittaker Street Parking Garage. Other private businesses with long term leases on spots mark the spots to inform people not to lark. Andaz Savannah Hyatt does not post signs nor mark the spots nor have any gate or signs to know what part of the garage they leased. Instead have sensors in the unmarked spots and tow without bothering to post any sign. Completely predatory. Sensors cost more than signs. They should put up signs. This is a very unethical dirty hotel that is doing harm to the city and the community. I went to a conference in Savannah, and carpooled with a coworker. We had gone to park at the Whittaker Street Parking Garage. On level P3, we went through an open gate to get in, and then needed a swipe card to get out. Half that floor is marked with "reserved for" signs, hanging from the ceiling and on the wall and concrete support columns by each parking spot. Those were something like reserved for a condo or something, not Andaz. Half is not marked at all. This is like a line down the middle half. The south part of the garage was marked; the north part was not. Line down the middle like 2 sections. Because the half that was marked said towing, my coworker had stayed in the car, and I went to go find the parking attendant to confirm we were parked in a public paid spot. On the street level, the security for Savannah said that where we were parked was OK, and that all reserved spots have to be marked. She told me where to find the parking attendant. The parking attendant said that all reserved spots are marked, and that unmarked spots are for the public paid parking. I went back to the car to tell my coworker that we were good to go. Well, it had taken me easily 20 minutes due to there is one single attendant. Lucky us, because when I got back, an Andaz Savannah Hyatt employee was there with my coworker saying he would towed. Apparently, rather than put up signs in their reserved spots, the Andaz Savannah Hyatt puts sensors pointed at each spot to detect a car, and then orders a tow. A sensor has to cost more than a sign. That's so dirty and immoral to not post a sign, and then to tow people. The two employees of the city and of the parking garage said that that was a public paid spot based on there not being any posted signs that it was reserved. Andaz Savannah Hyatt just cannot be bothered to communicate. They will tow, bill for the tow, mess up transmission on a four wheel drive, and stick that whole mess of theirs onto regular people. Because they can't be bother to even post a sign. Also to leave, we had to drive out an "in" gate, which apparently they leave the "in" gate permanently up for cars to drive through, then have a billing "out" gate that you have to swipe the card and be billed to leave. Like a trap. No signs when you come in, and no signs on their entire half of the P3 level. I am certain what they are doing is illegal, to tow without having any posted signs at all on their half of the garage. When I searched, Georgia law requires 12x18 inch no parking signs or a sign at the gate. Andaz Savannah Hyatt had a permanently open gate for entrance, closed gate for exit, and absolutely no signs on what the employee of Andaz said was the Andaz parking. And said he would have towed if my coworker weren't there in the car. Well, it's travelers and tourists, so Andaz Savannah Hyatt can get away with it, because they rob from people who don't live in the city. They break the law, and harm the community. This hotel is doing dirty. What else are they doing. Nope, nope, nope. Badly run and cannot be trusted. Even if you are not a customer, the Andaz Savannah Hyatt will harm you just for being nearby. read more

We had a great experience at Andaz Savannah. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made a positive first impression. The hotel is in a convenient spot with plenty to do nearby; we were able to walk to the riverfront and explore the Christmas market, which was a nice touch during our stay. Our room was on the smaller side but comfortable, clean, and nicely designed. It overlooked the terrace, which had a pleasant pool area and a fire pit, and the hotel provided fun extras like s'mores kits in the evening, which added a nice, cozy element to the stay. Room also included some complimentary snacks and Coke products, which was nice. One downside was parking--valet is expensive, and the suggested parking deck was full for most of our stay. We had to pay for a nearby deck for a few hours before finding free street parking in a nearby neighborhood. Overall, the combination of a great location, comfortable rooms, attentive staff, and thoughtful amenities made this a solid choice. I would return for another stay. read more

The hotel's proximity to everything downtown is very convenient and there is also public parking on the same block. They provide bicycles if you would like and smores ingredients for the fire pit on the 2nd level. Additionally, happy hour is 2pm-6pm. However, one major peeve was a homeless person strolled into the hotel past the lobby and bar right into the dining area during breakfast walking by each table, then strolled right out without one word to the guy from lobby/dining staff or management. read more

Many years ago on vacation in Savannah we walked around, one day looking up to fire pits we could sort of see and going wow we should've stayed there! Not that the brice was bad. One day we'll come back and stay I said. Skip ahead almost 10 years later and we came here with our 7 year old :) hotel was everything I imagined it'd be and even more. Plus the area we saw, actually had a pool and that basically made the vacation for my son. It's in the perfect area and it was just a great stay. We loved our suite. Only bad thing and I more blame my husband but the parking lot was confusing, he thought he parked in the right area since it said Andaz but it wasn't for an SUV and he got a nice $80 ticket, plus had to pay to park there. I kept telling my husband to double check with the front desk etc but nope :P I think my husband will listen from now on after this lol. read more

The location is ideal and very central right next to the duck diner (highly recommended for brunch if you are staying here), a short walk to the river walk and all things downtown and the historic district. I'm Hyatt Globalist and I emailed ahead and they were able to confirm an upgrade to the Andaz suite ahead of time for me which was great. I loved having the extra space. The lobby is pretty and checkin was simple. The person checking me in explained the Globalist benefits which I appreciated. I did see that there is supposed to be a welcome drink, but I wasn't offered one. My room was nice and as expected from the pictures. It was overall clean, but the table was sticky with what looked like jelly. I love the free snacks and drinks, although they were out of the sea salt chips a few days and that's the only flavor I liked. The room was relatively quiet most of the time? but I could hear people talking in the hall, church bells, and random other noises. My room faced the pool so I didn't hear too much street noise. It was chilly during my stay, so the pool wasn't really used, but there was one morning when kids screaming in the pool woke me up before 8:00. I would guess based on that that it would be a noisy room in the summer. I heard one couple complaining about all the noise they heard until 2 am. I'll do a separate review for the restaurant, but the globalist breakfast is great and includes anything on the menu except alcohol. You can eat in the restaurant or do room service (although I do think you have to pay the delivery fee). There were days during my stay where the restaurant and bar definitely seemed shortstaffed, but everyone was nice. The bar has live music on Friday and Saturday nights which I enjoyed. The people working the valet, particularly the woman, were very friendly and asked if I needed help with directions. My room always ended up being cleaned, but sometimes it wasn't until after 3 (once 4:30) and after I returned from being gone most of the day. They didn't refresh my drinking glasses or always the minibar, but when I called down to the front desk, it was taken care of right away. One slight annoyance was that the bathroom light automatically came on when it detected motion. That is a very bright jarring light if you get up in the middle of the night! Overall, it was a nice stay in a great location with good people working here and I would recommend it. read more

We had an exceptional dining experience at Andaz in Savannah, only enhanced by incredible customer service and food at their restaurant hotel, SQ22! The contemporary Southern menu was a delightful blend of local flavors and creative presentation, portions were fabulous and costs reasonable, esp. for appetizers and salads. The atmosphere is both elegant and cozy, perfect for a relaxing evening in the heart of Savannah's Historic District. The hotel is situated right by all the action and fun. Loved popping in and out. The best part of our stay was Josiah, our server in the SQ22 breakfast area. Talk about a personality! He is absolutely hilarious, so personable, best customer service I've ever had. Definitely pop in and say Elicia and Brian said 'hello!" Truly throughout this hotel, from initial check-in, to bar service, to breakfast, everything has been impeccable. We loved our stay here! My cousin, sister, and I stayed here during the week. It was splendid. Location wise - Savannah is walkable and this hotel was around a lot of great attractions --- or walking distance from. Downstairs, you will also find a desk with great tourist attractions - ghost tours and some historical sites. City Market is right around the block with plenty of shops to check out. River Street is not too far away with plenty of views by the water. Ellis Square has plenty of restaurants and other shops in the surrounding. Tons of local and popular shops by Broughton Street as well, which is within walking distance from the hotel. There is valet service, but we parked our rental in the public parking lot conveniently located under ground within walking distance, which was reasonably affordable. We booked through Amex (FHC) so it came with a bunch of additional perks. This includes free breakfast for 2 (or $60 max. per day) from their restaurant Square 22 each morning. This was a great deal and the food and hospitality at Square 22 made this trip even better. Our room was comfy. The view was decent. We had two Queen size beds and they were comfy. The bathroom had everything we needed. The gym was incredibly clean and well equipped with Peloton bikes and a good amount of weights and mats. Definitely well equipped compared to other hotel gyms that I've been to. We came here in January so it was relatively cold out, but there is a pool by the fire pit. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The complimentary snacks and drinks to stock our mini fridge, the complimentary spiked apple cider by the front desk, and the s'mores at the fire pit after 6 PM at night was the cherry on top. Very comfortable bed and amenities in the Ellis square suite. While worried about the noise out on the street, at least with the AC howling good at night, no problems there. Seemed a little slow during the third weekend in August relative to how crazy popular the city is. Bonus tip: Strongly recommend the old Savannah tour bus (the white ones). read more

My wife and I were absolutely amazed with our suite. It was very upscale with amazing decor!! There was no limit on the bags of chips, sodas, granola bars, and bottles of water we could consume!! A cheerful person would come around everyday to ask if we wanted more and replenish our supply!! The fitness room gets crowded if more than 3 or 4 people are using it. I'm extremely glad we chose the Andaz in Savannah. It is perfectly located, across from Ellis Park. We literally parked the car in the garage and only moved it to go to Tybee Island one day. The nightclub we went to was literally right outside our window, the rooftop bar that we went to was beside the Andaz and it's within walking distance to the Riverfront, multiple delicious restaurants and historic district also. And honestly, we didn't have a noise issue feom the street! With that being said the actual amenities of the hotel impressed me. The whole interior was clean, so was the room. I have worked in resorts for many years and I know what complaints to look for from guests, issues that housekeeping had left behind. I did not see any being negative in our room at Andaz. All employees were genuinely nice and attentive. Our room had a nice two top table with comfortable seating, right in front of the window, to eat a snack or have breakfast or coffee. And the coffee maker in the room was an actual Keurig (not like some "insert flat bag into square plastic" coffee machines) so don't forget to bring your coffee pods if you have a favorite. The roll down blind and curtains blocked out all light completely when closed. The mini fridge was stocked with sodas, orange juice and waters that were complimentary. There was also some champagne and pint size bottles of liquor drinks and chocolate which was an upcharge. But each day you would get free bags of yummy Lowcounrry potato chips and s'mores kits (to roast over the nightly fire pit by the pool). The bed and pillows were comfortable and the carpet did not stain your white socks when you walked around the room. At the entryway, there was a cute little closet which included two cushy robes and slippers. The bathroom was large but almost an odd shower, there's no shower curtain but the way it's designed, there is no splashing of water on the floor. Restroom has nice smelling toiletries (although a little manly scented) and a lighted magnification mirror. The towels were not stained and absorbed water quickly. The whole room was well lit, which is a problem I see in a lot of hotel rooms. Parking is actually in the same building, but there's no direct entryway you will go outside the Andaz front lobby door, and take about 50 steps to the left to get into the underground parking (not a problem). There was valet parking but we chose to self park which was $40/day. There was even a concierge in the front lobby along with a bar and a restaurant inside. The elevator was not noisy and there was no smell in the room, plus the thermostat actually displayed the current temperature outside (lit display goes off after a few seconds). We even found out there were dim lights under bed, I guess in case you don't want to fumble around in the dark on the way to the restroom- but the restroom lights were motion activated. We will definitely be staying at the Andaz again on our next Savannah trip, and if there is an Andaz hotel in any other cities, I will be sure to look them up first. read more

I wish It was better. The check in was strange. The guy behind the counter would not give me keys even though I showed him I check in online, maybe it is a Hyatt policy so i had to rummage through my bag to find my ID or passport. I found my passport and then he gave me the keys. I then noticed there was supposed to be a welcome drink and there were some activities. I was there for work but I still like to hear them. He didn't offer anything. I then had to ask if they did breakfast and he said I could read the sign. RUDE FACE! Then it got better when i realized I was assigned a accessible room. Large guy at front desk said, so sad and piss off and enjoy your handicap room. I am 6'3 ish so things down low aren't super fun and I had how the ground is all wet in these shower rooms. But guy wouldn't change the room so whatever. The room was fine, the door jam had this metal thing sticking out of hit and I ran into it and that hurt like a SOB at the angle I hit it. parking is a mess as well. The valet was nowhere to be found so I just went to the garage around the corner. It wasn't crazy expensive but it also wasn't cheap. And for you folks that enjoy $2 waters, there is a starbucks around the corner. I think the hotel had a small coffee set up too. Spent 4 nights here at the lovely Andaz in Savannah. Admittingly, our original choice was the Andaz (back in January), but after our trip got cancelled because of snow, we were unable to rebook the hotel at a similar rate. Instead, we opted for the Andaz (our 2nd choice) which had a more palatable price point with the same proximity to all the happenings in Savannah. Will list the good & mehs below: Good: 1) Beautiful, clean lobby area. Bar isn't open late, but is open early enough to get a drink to go (in a city with an open container law). 2) As mentioned above, you're steps away from City Market, close enough to Forsyth Park, and just far enough from River St to get a sense of privacy at times 3) We were on the 3rd floor and the lobby was super clean at all times 4) Our king room was very spacious. Had a couch, bar table, and a nice counter above the mini bar to place food/drink on. 5) AC was fully working, which was clutch because it was super hot when we were there. 6) Bathroom lights operated with a sensor, so the tech seems up to date a bit. 7) There's a $32 resort fee/day, but as part of staying at the Andaz (and at other ones), it includes 2 complimentary water bottles a day, 2 bags of potato chips a day, granola bars, and mini sodas/orange juices. While this could be a bit steep, it's worth noting that we would've had to either buy all of these or try stuffing them in our bags when arriving. Was just a great convenience. 8) Refillable water stations in the lobby and on alternate floors 9) Nice Savannah charm to the hotel, even if some areas may look a tad bit older than others. Meh: 1) We had a balcony, however it was a bit small and we ended up not using it because we did not realize that opening the door effectively shut off the thermostat and we had a hard time resetting it, until we called the front desk to help. 2) TV is nice and huge. Just a bit oddly placed as it's not in front of the bed. I guess it's meant to rotate, though we never bothered using it anyways. 3) Wish the ice machine was on every floor rather than on alternate floors 4) Shower was a bit funky. No door and kinda enclosed in itself. Just looked funny to me. 5) Gym is fine, but keep in mind it's quite small. Same with the pool that's located in the 2nd floor courtyard. Anyhow, loved the stay here and would love to come back here if I can. read more

Wow! What a property that values Hyatt Globalists! We had another couple with us and we both celebrated our anniversary there. My daughter was just accepted into SCAD and we wanted to do a quick walking tour of Savannah! The property sent a chilled champagne to our rooms with some chocolates! Really nice! We were both upgraded to suites, one has a kitchenette and the other had a view of the street. We had to switch the kitchenette one because of a sewer smell. Hotel promptly addressed that. Breakfast, order the Shrimp and Grits and it is going to be fantastic! The bar has a happy hour menu but the drinks are just $1 off the regular price. All the drinks except alcohol are included on the mini bar. Parking can be messy to get a spot for the valet to pick it up. The only one downside was that there was a wedding at the property so we couldn't use the firepit for smores and the elevator was being heavily used by the wedding guests. read more

Great stay in perfect location in downtown Savannah! Walking distance to everything and right next to the downtown plaza with the Prohibition museum. We had a nice sized room with two queen beds on the top floor (6th floor). They have lots of extra fun amenities like free smores by the firepit, a pool, free bikes, and a nice bar. Everyone was very friendly as well. I booked through the Amex hotel collection and got extra perks as well so recommend that! Would definitely stay here again! read more

Five stars for the service, among other things. I booked this hotel based on other Yelp reviews and I completely agree with comments about the excellent service and great location. We were celebrating a special occasion and the special treatment was appreciated. The comfy robes and complimentary soft drinks/snacks in the room were also a nice touch. We stayed here on a non peak night and I was pleasantly surprised how early our room was ready (no extra charge for this). The location is ideal - as you are steps from the river, shopping, and just about anything else. We did not take advantage of the complimentary smores and beautiful fire pit - but it was very enticing during a January stay. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. This is for the Valet "Service" only. This is the second time that they held my car hostage. Last time was a pleasure trip. This time was a business trip with a scheduled meeting at 10 am. Knowing I had experienced a delay last time, I gave plenty of notice and again, it took over 30 minutes to get my car. When I followed up st 15 minutes, then 20, then 25 minutes the valet actually had the audacity to raise his voice saying "LIKE I TOLD YOU... We're getting it..."Well, obviously not !! I even tipped the $10 ahead of time "To Insure Prompt Service". Wish I could pull that tip back. Very disappointing. The Andaz is such an exquisite hotel with a wonderful staff, I'll need to write a separate review. From my last encounter, I believe it's a separate Valet company. Twice in a row is not just bad luck; it's a pattern. Get it together. A VERY POOR last impression. As it turns out we showed up 10 minutes late to a roomful of people having to make excuses as to why we kept them waiting. I was escorting our VIP, I chose the hotel, so it was on me and YOU. First time staying in this hotel but won't be the last. Right as soon as we pulled up the staff was helpful! The quickly got a cart for luggage and helped hubby with where to park. You walk into the lobby and it smells GREAT! They had casual seating - a bar - a restaurant and located in the heart of it all. Lots of other things within short walk of the hotel. The have a ton of freebies in your room like beer - pop - water - chips n fruit juice - NICE TOUCH! Our room was clean and the bed comfy! You have to use your key to move around between floors but I didn't mind that !!!! Definitely worth a stay folks. read more

This is a beautiful hotel, right in the heart of Savannah, GA. It is walking distance from so many shops and restaurants, and also steps away from River Street! The inside of the hotel has a signature scent that is refreshing and also inviting. It is beautifully decorated and has an on-site restaurant, bar, and pool. The staff is amazing! Shoutout to Brianna, Clinton, and Bradley who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Super friendly, knowledge, and patient with every request. This hotel had a modern online checkin process (though somehow I still had to wait in line for an actual key as someone in front of me cluelessly gabbed on) and I got a lot of information in advance about the significant logistical challenges posed by the fact that Savannah's pride festival was literally right outside the door. I ended up giving up on parking there and walking in through the city, which is not some great punishment given that the weather is nice and the streets are some of the most beautiful in America. I didn't have time to use all the amenities, but in substance, my room was nice. Temperature control was good with my own thermostat, and being on the top floor, I managed to sleep despite the loud noise below. Several motion-activated lights made evening bathroom trips easy, and they had some snazzy brand of black pepper soaps and shampoos. Some complimentary food items as well as a paid minibar were available, but in Savannah, I preferred to maximize my other food options. It was a good way to experience the heart of the city, and I'm sure on most days parking is more accessible. read more

Pros are definitely a friendly staff, fast car retrieval by the valet, well-appointed rooms, and nice perks like free snacks in the rooms sparkling wine upon arrival, free drinks and apps in the evenings, and a nice fire pit area/deck. Cons: - if you are a light sleeper, definitely find somewhere else. The street noise was incredibly loud, and went until 2 am every night (even Sunday). - The immediate area around the hotel is very sketchy after dark, in pretty much any direction. - $45/night for valet parking is obscene. But there isn't really another alternative. - And some of the "amenities" weren't actually available. (For example, they said you could come get smores kits to use at the fire pit. As it turned out, throughout our stay the kitchen "forgot to make them"...but no one actually did anything to fix that.) read more

Check in was fast and friendly and the room is beautiful and clean. The room is decorated so well and has everything we need for a wonderful vacation. I was really impressed. First off, the location can't be beat. It is right where you want to be, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the river. It is a modern hotel with a trendy vibe. I can be an old curmudgeon, and stick my nose up on things that cater too much to current trends, but they hit that sweet spot of fun and charming. I loved the water bottle stations all over the hotel, and not just a forgotten water fountain in the gym, local art displayed on the walls, and a complimentary glass of champagne on check in. The rooms were not large but well appointed. Complimentary snacks, sodas, and juice to go along with the coffee setup. And half and half! No terrible powdered creamer here. Robes and slippers were available in the closet, streaming on the TV, and under bed lighting set to a motion detector when you got up at night. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows, the bathroom has hot water and good lighting, if I were to complain about ANYTHING it is just that the shower is open to the bathroom. This is a beautiful hotel in a great area of Savannah. I was thrilled that they had rooms available when we were on our road trip. It was nice being able to park the car (only $16 for weekday self-park at the connected Whitaker public lot -- AND they have EV chargers) and then walk for all our meals and sightseeing. Check in and check out were super quick, even for a Hyatt property. I thought the whole front desk and valet staff was friendly and extremely competent. We stayed in an Andaz suite. It wasn't huge, but in a historic building, it was a good size. The bathroom was nice, although a door for the commode would have been nice. The kids loved the bathtub. The overall layout of the suite was great. My husband thought the bed was too firm. I didn't like the pillows (not supportive enough). The little extras were nice. We were offered sparkling wine upon check in (and since I was hauling bags, I was also told that I could come back later and get my glass at my convenience). There was wine tasting offered daily (we didn't partake). The non-alcoholic drinks and snacks in the room are included. You can request smores kits at night to roast at the firepit, which the kids LOVED. The pool was small but nicely heated. Maybe because of the central location, you need to have your room key to get anywhere, even the second floor of the hotel. That was a bit of a pain, but I understand not wanting random people to wander into the guest areas. I'd happily return when/if we return to Savannah. read more

This hotel has a fabulous location that is easily walkable to the main historic area of Savannah. Our room was clean and spacious. We were able to use a phone key which was a huge plus. No onsite parking except valet but very convenient to self-park in a nearby garage. They lose a star because only one of two elevators was working for most of my visit and I was on the 6th floor. I got some great exercise but would have appreciated communication or a sign indicating the issue rather than figuring it out by seeing that one elevator never moved from the same floor. read more

Our favorite hotel on our vacation. Valet available but decided to park in public parking next door to save some money. The staff couldn't have been better with exception of the man bartender. The valet Kareem was so helpful. Also the concierge Steven was fantastic. Absolutely beautiful hotel. We were greeted upon checking in with a drink. We truly felt special. Room was amazing and very clean. Bed and pillows so comfortable. Location can not be beat. The problem we had was we weren't staying long enough! The hotel had so much to offer we can not wait to go back for more than two nights. read more

This motel is in the center of where you want to be in Savannah and staff was all very nice with the bedding being very comfortable. On our 1st day/afternoon I did ask for cups (which the cleaning crew left none) and we never got them. The next morning we ate breakfast here. The hash brown potato portion I could hold in the palm of my hand as was one others. We all got just a reg. breakfast, (eggs-bacon-hash browns-coffee) and I thought $84.00 was a bit much for four adults. The remaining mornings we ate elsewhere better and cheaper. read more

After meaning to stay at the Andaz a few times, I finally made it and would definitely make it a regular spot. The room wasn't huge but it had all the comforts needed for a wonderful stay and I was only here one night. Perhaps a suite would be better for a longer stay. Hyatt members receive a welcome drink. Yes, the $33 amenity fee plus tax is steep but the snacks and non-alcoholic drinks were not included. And we got breakfast, too. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the added touches with floor night light, bathroom light sensor switch and well stocked fridge plus minibar. The room had a view of the square and street noise wasn't an issue. Staff were friendly and inviting. read more

The Andaz hotel Savannah is on the perfect location on downtown within walking distance to everything and with excellent views of town. We stayed two nights and had a great experience as all the staff was kind, attentive and efficient. The valet parking staff was very professional and took great care of our car, the checkin staff made everything to make our experience great and the facilities are just gorgeous, from the funky decorations, to the comfortable beds to the wonderful pool deck. I could not get enough of the ambiance fragrance which is crafted specially for this location and makes every corner of the place feel luxurious and exclusive. read more

Great location in historic Savannah and within walking distance of everything. Rooms are comfortable and we had no problem falling asleep in the king sized bed. Our suite overlooked the park so at night it was a bit noisy from the clubs across the way. It didn't really bother us but it might bother some. It went on well after midnight on a weekend. read more

Great location, clean and comfortable hotel but I reserved on Priceline and, upon arrival, they told me I had to pay a destination fee. Utter bullshit! I complained and they refunded it. They are very deceptive and make you think you have to pay them. Don't pay add-on fees in hotels. read more

I absolutely loved the Andaz Savannah by Hyatt. So much that I stayed here twice in one trip. One a road trip up north I decided to use a free night I have with Hyatt to stay here. I was greet immediately by the most friendly rep who checked me in, graciously gave me an upgrade and sent me to my room. Here's the low down: -This hotel typically provides free drinks and snacks such as Coke, chips, cookies, Kind Bars, etc. Because of this, they are behind the front desk. You can ask for as many as you want, I did. -Face coverings are needed in the lobby and the elevator. -The rooms are very spacious. The bathrooms were especially. I had one room with both a tub and a large two person shower with great pressure. -The beds were comfortable -The pool area is open until 10pm and had plenty of lounge seating. -The bar is open. One my second visit I did see some housekeeping going on which was seemed like daily housekeeping, not check out cleaning so I did put my privacy marker on my door to be safe. My first time visiting I couldn't figure out if there was valet or not. They had a stand but no one was there. The second time after I already parked there was an attendant there so maybe they have an attendant only on the weekends? Regardless you can park in the same garage that they'll put your car in anyway. Sometimes you're not charged, other times you are but it's directly with the parking garage, not through the hotel and there would be no in and out. The rooms are such a highlight. They feel like mini apartments. And they overlooked Ellis Square so I could see everything that was going on even if I didn't want to be a part of it. It's in the perfect location from so many places. You can't beat the location. The location was prime. Everything about it exceeded my expectations and I will happily book there again and I hope I get to book there soon. read more
