The office manager Rudy was always friendly and took time to explain everything and answer all my questions when i first called. Every doctor and staff member i encountered was friendly, caring. and competent. The staff seem to get along and seem happy to be there, and that helps everything feel extra comfortable as well. My tooth looks good and i have been happy with the quality of dental work with my tooth. Glad I chose this dental office!

The first time I review this company, I was very pleased. I made a follow up appointment for cleaning and on three occasions I attempted to come to have my teeth cleaned. My hygienist who I liked very much was unavailable. They scheduled me for another hygienist. When I came in, they said she or he had gone for the day and the doctor was gonna do my cleaning. I don't know if any of you have ever had the actual doctor do your cleaning, but they don't have the techniques that the hygienist have and I have felt pain and my gums bled and the cleaning was not efficient. So when they told me the doctor was gonna do my cleaning. I said no way I need to reschedule. Once again they put me on the calendar. I have no idea if it's with my hygienist or with some other person and they say their office opens at 8 o'clock. I have been calling nonstop since 8 o'clock leaving messages and still have not had any response from them. The writing is on the wall with all the available providers within my dental insurance. I am not going to tolerate another ineffective scheduling of my time.

The front desk staff are great. Going to the dentist can be anxiety inducing. I had a lot of dental work done by the time I turned 18, and had a lot of bad experiences as a kid. They were able to get me scheduled for the very next day, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, I was seen right away. The team immediately started my X-rays, and as soon as those were completed, the doctor came in for the examination. She was very thorough, clearly explained her findings, and took the time to discuss her recommendations without making me feel overwhelmed. What stood out most was how efficient the entire visit was. Everything moved quickly and smoothly, but I never felt rushed. More importantly, nobody made me feel embarrassed or judged for not having seen a dentist in 5 years. Erika was also wonderful.
