I was treated very well although I was admittedly underdressed. Greeted immediately with glowing smiles and courtesy. While still jovial, professionalism was maintained throughout my meal. Not cheep mind you but a solid meal with a proper vibe.

When you walk in the door, you know it will be delicious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Christian greeted us and checked in with us during our dinner. The food was amazing! We have the seafood linguini and veal saltimbocca. Tiramisu for dessert. soooo good! Excellent in every way. Will be back many times!!

Lamb chops entree was perfectly seasoned with balanced accompaniment sides.

What a positive service staff at this Italian restaurant! Outing dinner here was so fun with a few friends! We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meal and warm, cozy atmosphere. Will be back soon with family.

We went for dinner without reservations. Wait time was 15 minutes and we were seated promptly after. Alex, our server, was wonderful. We had the prawn appetizer. For dinner we had the chicken Neapolitana with a side of sautéed spinach and prawn carbonara. For dessert we had the limoncello cake. It was perfect- not too sweet and melted in your mouth. Food was excellent. Ambiance was wonderful. Definitely recommend making reservations.

Sausage rigatoni, so much sausage and mushrooms, fantastic treat!!

10 stars would be more appropriate! The ambiance was so warm, toasty, intimate and inviting-great for date night, family dinner night, or treating yourself! The food was fantastic, you must start with the meatballs, soo good, try the rigatoni and sausage, so delicious just the right amount of decadence and a hint of spice. The chicken Marsala was wonderful rich and tender in a well balanced rich sauce. The ravioli ,salmon and chicken Napolini made our taste buds sing. We would truly travel to Bellevue just to come to this inviting treasure of a restaurant. And speaking of treasures, Cristian is an absolute gem of a human, Wow, he added extra sparkle to our evening 100%. Moises took such great care of us, a cup was never empty a face never frowned, thank you both for a wonderful night! All I can say is like Cristian says "wow, wow, wow" cause we love it, we love it, we love it! They took our party of 5 last minute on a Friday evening, and wow were we all in love! Had an excellent dinner that was so much fun thanks to the outstanding staff and talented chefs!

View from the back of the restaurant. They didn't ignore me like some restaurants do when you're dining alone.

This is one of the nicest Italian restaurants I've eaten at in the United States and I travel regularly. The staff was exceptional, the food was not pretentious, and it was so flavorful. The marinara, I need to work there just to have them teach me how to make that stuff! You can tell it was just fresh simple ingredients. Wonderful wine selection too by the way.

Pricey with a waiter that loudly performs with each dish delivery!! After growing up in Sicily, I was hopeful to experience authentic Sicilian food but was dissatisfied with the flavors due to the chef complicating dishes rather than cooking the ingredients in a traditional southern Italian method. The waiter on staff yelled "Wow, Wow, Wow" every time he delivered a dish to a table, which killed the ambiance. I am happy to pay a reasonable price for a prepared meal in a nice restaurant, $200 for pesto gnocchi with no protein, chicken marsala, and four glasses of a Sangiovese wine is ridiculous!!

Parking ended up being a bit of a walk, which had me second-guessing the decision at first--but I'm glad I stuck with it. The moment I walked in, the space felt thoughtfully designed. The flow of the café is one of the best I've experienced--open, comfortable, and easy to navigate. As soon as the door opened, the barista greeted me right away. The counter is positioned close enough that you don't feel awkward hovering like in some cafés where the bar feels miles away. It immediately felt welcoming. I visited on a weekend during a slower period, but since the café sits right next to a college, I can imagine the line spilling out the door during peak hours. At quieter times though, the layout works well--there's enough space for a couple people to wait without crowding the entrance. I ordered a cortado and an almond croissant. The croissant came warmed, and the texture was spot on: fluffy, layered, and not overly greasy. The almond filling had a really nice balance--nutty with just enough sweetness and a hint of salt to round it out. I was told the pastries are made in-house, and it definitely shows. It tasted like something made with care. The cortado itself was solid--pretty classic, nothing overly fancy. One thoughtful touch I appreciated was that it came with sparkling water, which was great for cleansing the palate. The space itself is fairly spacious and works well if you want a quiet moment to sip your coffee. That said, most of the seating is high stools, so it doesn't really feel like the type of place to settle in and study for hours. Overall, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and quality of the food. The one thing that caught me off guard was the price of the croissant at $6.50. It tasted great and I understand prices in this area tend to run higher, especially for house-made pastries--but it's a bit outside what I'd usually spend. So while I definitely think it's good, it might not become a regular stop for me simply due to location and budget. Still, a great find and a pleasant surprise during a routine coffee run. Bellden Cafe has it all, we've already gone several times I'm obsessed with the ube mochi waffle, it is soooo delicious (not too sweet, incredible texture and flavor). The service is incredible, literally the people working there are the nicest people everrrr. After being recommended Bellden Cafe by a foodie friend for a quick meal, we headed over to get some takeout to eat during the game. Mr. Brioche ($11) - This sandwich starts with a rich toasted brioche bun, which is then slathered with some creamy and fatty aioli. A soft and tender, spiced breakfast patty is placed on top, charred just a tad to give some browning and develop flavor. Some eggs, cooked on the flat top in a circular mold which makes it perfectly conform to the size of the bun, is carefully placed on top of the meat, and then finally some swiss cheese cements the sweet vegetal microgreens atop. The bun is voluminous, especially noteworthy in height. The interior ingredients only reaches perhaps 1/3 the height of the bun, making it appear that the sandwich will be dry. But that's an impression soon deemed to be false, as there's more than enough moisture from the aioli and melted cheese to smooth things over. (4/5) I don't normally associate cafes, particularly ones that seem to lean more towards the drink side of things, to also serve good food. But overall, I came out pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food I ate. Bathrooms - Single unisex room.

Because they brew each cup on order, I expected the tea to be more apparent, but in every drink I've tried it takes a backseat to other flavors. + DONG DING OOLONG TEA LATTE: I opted for light sugar and light ice. Despite being one of the most popular drinks, the tea flavor was weak and the cream dominated. It had a smooth consistency with subtle caramel notes, so it still tasted good, but I would have loved for the tea to shine more. At least the $1 addition of boba is pretty generous and I had enough for every sip! It was perfectly cooked with that nice chewy bounce. Since the boba itself is sweetened, going to 0% sweetness would probably be just sweet enough for me. + OSMANTHUS TEA w/ PASSIONFRUIT: Again, this leaned heavily toward the passionfruit rather than delivering a distinct tea flavor. (Side note: At the register, I received a sample of the High Mountain Pouchong Tea with Mango. This was sweet, super fruity and reminded me of mango nectar. It's really delicious, but only had a tiny hint of green tea.) + OSMANTHUS OOLONG HONEY TEA: I selected light sugar and light ice without toppings, hoping to taste the pure tea. I picked up the floral notes of the Osmanthus and the tea flavor came through a wee bit more than the other drinks, though still wasn't the dominant flavor. The amount of honey was on the verge of being too sweet, but the drink overall was refreshing and crisp. The new location in Bellevue Square is very clean with a few tables for two along the wall. It is consistently busy, so just be prepared for a wait. However, there are multiple employees preparing the drinks, so while the line appears long, they churn out orders pretty quickly without getting flustered. It's impressive! Given the steep pricing for the cup size and the weak tea flavor, Chicha San Chen wouldn't be my go-to spot considering all the other boba tea options in Bellevue.
