The quality of the food, respectfully, was the worst I've ever had. Period. I had a couple of bites of the lasagne, pizza, garlic bread and wings and threw the rest in the green waste. Management is likely very aware of the quality they are serving, but let this be feedback to them if they are not. Gordon Ramsay swearing his head off, terrible. Have a lovely day.

Andrea's Restaurant might be my new favourite Greek and Mediterranean cuisine restaurant in North Van. Andreas Restaurant is family-owned and operated. They have plenty of seating and the staff is very nice. Their menu is vast and has a lot of variety. We tried: Garlic Tiger Prawns APP $16.00 Greek Platter $54.95 Greek Baklava $7.00 Greek Platter comes with Beef Souvlaki, Chicken Souvlaki, Lamb Souvlaki, Hummus, Tzatziki, Pita Bread, Spanakopita, Rice, Roast Potato, Calamari, Souzoukakia & 2 small Greek Salad. I will be going back to try their pizza soon. There was no wait-time and there's plenty of free street parking available.

When I come here I'm always amazed at how this place has not changed. The menu, the decor the famous money wall (which I still do not understand). I consider Andreas to be one of those long time joints in the neighbourhood. It's a familiar place where people go because they've done so for decades. I guess they know what to expect and like I mentioned very little has changed. It's a place good for groups, especially if you have kids. Tonight I chose to dine here because I was craving lasagne. I figured that it would be very similar to the many other Greek/Italian places that one would find in Vancouver....it's not. They have a huge dining room which was mostly empty and yet the wait to get a table was longer than should have been. The service was slow, the kitchen I presume was VERY busy with the numerous take out and delivery orders. The prices are slightly more than your average Greek/Italian place. Sadly, the taste was not there. The lasagne was bland, bland and more bland. The garlic bread was barely toasted and I hard time trying to figure out what side of the bread had garlic. This restaurant is not a foodies paradise, it simple a place to go because it's close, it's the designated long time neighbourhood joint. It's not a place to go if you're craving lasagne.

The food was okay. As a Greek restaurant they were missing one important dish in the menu which I was not happy about. But service was good!

The food is overpriced, service poor, food mediocre, and don't honour coupons over the phone even if they say they will.

It's in a cute house. Feels more spacious, brighter and I love the Greek tunes they play in the background! I ordered the Briam which was baked eggplant topped with mixed vegetables, tomato sauce and feta. It came in a piping hot casserole dish and retained its heat all throughout the meal. It was accompanied by roast potatoes and Greek salad. One of my favourite parts of a Greek meal is always the lemon roasted potatoes. Honestly, I feel that the lemon flavor could have been stronger in these roast potatoes. I could probably make it better myself at home. I still enjoyed the potatoes but I do wish it had been more lemony. The Briam wasn't bad but I wasn't blown away by it. Don't think it's something I need to order again. There was a Mezze taster for 2 on the table. I tried some of the tzatziki and hummus from the Mezze platter with pita bread. Super yummy! I was surprised to see so few Vegetarian symbols on the menu. They have for example, a Veggie Moussaka on the menu but there's no Vegetarian symbol next to the Veggie Moussaka. It sounds like it should be a vegetarian dish. Otherwise, why bother having 2 different versions of the Moussaka on the menu. Spanakopita is another dish which I would think is vegetarian. Surprised there's no vegetarian symbol next to that dish either. I saw Ek Mek on the dessert menu. I never knew about this dessert for a long time but finally got introduced to it years ago at a Greek restaurant in New Westminster and was totally hooked on it. Would love to come back to Mythos and try their Ek Mek sometime! Service: Good Parking: Free parking on the street

A very tiny yet highly acclaimed restaurant in Vancouver near Yaletown-Roundhouse SkyTrain station…read more We stumbled upon this place while walking right at opening, so we got first pick at one of the 3 tables for dine-in. Definitely try to go at opening or when it is not busy, as the dine-in experience is memorable - they place your order in a long wooden board to make it a beautiful spread. We got the Manoush'eh Special which has ground beef, pomegranate, etc and Sham Style which is shaped like a boat. We also tried the yogurt drink which pairs well with the dishes. The only con is that this place does not have free water, but it is no problem to have our own water bottles supplementing the meal. We also got the lentil soup which is pretty good. Definitely sufficient to share one to try, but the Manoush'eh outshines the rest of the items. I loved the quality and texture of the Manoush'eh and just the breads in general. It is a lot of food for 2 people so if you want a snack, you can definitely just share 1. Some people go here for the wraps too. Overall, an affordable restaurant with good food. We got the most expensive items and it was less than 50 CAD all-in, but a lot of the items are around the 10 CAD mark.

Seems like the Pan items take longer to prepare, so it took awhile for the order to come out. Worth the wait in my opinion though. I loved my Vegetarian Denver Omelet Pan. It was piping hot, and the Omelet was so fluffy! This dish was a definite winner for me. One of the best things I've ordered in all the times that I've come here. Next time we came I ordered Fries and Cheese, with a bowl of Levantine Lentil soup. Mom had the Shawarma Chicken Pan, and my daughter had the Pesto Avocado Egg Wrap. The first thing that came out was my Levantine Lentil soup. I wished that they had brought it out later though. I don't like eating before everyone else's food has arrived, and it was quite awhile before the rest of the food arrived. Probably due to the Shawarma Chicken Pan since as I said before, that the Pan items seem to take longer to prepare. I took a few spoonfuls of my soup every few minutes just so I could enjoy at least few spoonfuls of it while it was still somewhat hot, but I would have much preferred for the soup to have been brought later, together with all the rest of the food. I felt guilty taking those few spoonfuls, but then the longer I waited...the colder my soup got. Next time I will tell them to bring the soup out later, when all of the food is ready to bring to the table. My fries and cheese came out after the soup. This also came before the other orders were ready. When it came, the server said she would bring some forks for us to eat the fries, and also some sour cream to go with the fries. Holy smokes...she took ages to come back to us. How long does a person need to go grab a few forks and a small container of sour cream?! I think the Shawarma Chicken Pan didn't look quite as impressive as the Omelet Pan I'd had earlier in the week. It was just chicken in the Pan. My Vegetarian Denver Omelet had been a lot more colourful than the Chicken. The dish did come with fries and they also gave my mom some bread as well. None of it very colourful though. I think if my mom wants chicken at this place, then we'll stick to ordering wraps for her. They seem to do very nice wraps at this place. My daughter had enjoyed the Pesto Avocado Egg Wrap before so this was her second time ordering it. For Pan dishes, I'd recommend the Halloumi Pan that I had on a previous visit and the Vegetarian Denver Omelet Pan.

When I first arrived home and took the salad out of the bag my mind forced an involuntary laugh out of my mouth. That's how small the salad was. I mean for nearly $18. The Chicken itself was well seasoned. Tasted Mediterranean. The Quinoa tasted older than a restaurant should serve. The Tabouleh. Because it was not prepared fresh there was no lemon juice, and that's a must for Tabouleh. Underwhelming really. The dressing it came with didn't taste like anything. Just slightly oily. So, I used my own at home. Also, because the portion of the chicken was so tiny, I added my own egg. At home. :/ While waiting for my order, I noticed they grabbed my Tabouleh salad from the pre-made window for foods to go. So, that explains why it wasn't fresh. I checked out their menu on their website first before going in. Much of what's on their website is not offered in-house. I wanted the Chicken Salad which they didn't have. When you walk in the place the experience is very different. Cute little spot. Friendly Service. Clean. But, the actual product falls very very short. Disappointing more than anything. .......so, keep that also in mind. Yeah....I'm kind of done with reviewing this place.
