I've been and Allstate customer for many many years. I was assigned this agency. I got tired of being screwed with their fees so moved my coverage. Called my agent never would answer the phone left messages to cancel policy. No call back. Went into My Allstate app and sent a cancellation notice through that app. Canceled my renewal payment and sent another email 5 days before renewal. Agent never canceled the policy today I get a text from collection company that I owe 78 bucks because the agent didn't cancel it until weeks later. Then I had to wait 56 minutes on hold for them to tell me how you want to pay. I explained all this but now I have to dig up all this BS it there going to notify the credit agency. They are the worst of the worst. I'd rate minus 10 but have to put a 1 to post. Stay away from Allstate and any of the crappie agents. I have been working with Andres for about 6 years now for my renters insurance for my apartment. I have moved locations once, and everything was so easy to manage and process with the transfer of locations and policy. He has always been so responsive with any inquiries or requests I have in an extremely timely manner. I always hated working with insurance companies because I feel like agents tend to overcomplicate processes or oversell you on things you don't need, but Andres has always been a pleasure to work with and is a very quick and honest agent. Worst insurance broker I've ever dealt with. I am someone that shops for auto insurance at least once a year. (Advice for people reading this: If you have been with the same auto insurance for more than 2 years, & have no accidents, safe driving, new address, paid your vehicle off etc. I highly recommend shopping around for a new quote. Chances are you can get quoted less than what you're paying.) I was shopping for auto insurance policy. Decided to go with them because they quoted me a reasonable price. But it all went down hill when they couldn't even debit the funds at the date they set up my automatic payment to be withdrawn from my bank account. I specifically told the young girl by the name of Melissa expecting the funds to be withdraw on the 28th of Every month The funds weren't withdrawn from my account until the 5th. So I called and spoke to a girl by the name of Vicky. She tried to blame the bank on the dates, so in my opinion she seemed pretty incompetent. I sent an email to Andres Juarez(to make the late payment and asked if they can reimburse the fee that they had charged me since they didn't debit my account on the date we agreed on, all he said was that they cant honor that. At the end of his email he asked me to be "respectful" to his staff. Respect is earned not given. The ladies need a course on how to treat customers with respect and maybe just maybe you can increase your clientele. After all that drama, I cancelled my auto insurance policy with them immediately the month after. Never will I do business with this Individual. Remember people. You have every right to take your business elsewhere if you aren't treated faIrly. At the end of the day, without the customer, the business doesn't thrive. read more

I had hopes for Allstate and this firm but they can't even get their billing correct. I called several times and I made arrangements, off of the information they provided, to have a specific amount drafted from my account. No payment was drafted for 2 months then they informed me they would be drafting a larger amount for the remaining 3 months of the policy. Exacted what I told them I didn't want. Then when you call customer service they act like they're administering this policy out of the goodness of their own heart??? I'm paying you for a service - insurance coverage, I expect you to get it right! You're definitely not in good hands with this Allstate!! read more

The conflict resolution skills of his "office" are sub-par at best. I was mislead about how to pay my policy and as a result it was cancelled while I was out of the country. When I called Allstate directly to get it reinstated, his office called and told the HQ that it was at my request to have my new policy cancelled. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I would NEVER recommend him or his services and am sad that he already got some of my business in the first place. read more

I have been an AllState customer for about 20 years and had multiple cars and multiple houses insured with them. I also had a very good and reliable agent that was available to review policies and discuss my needs. Unfortunately, the agency was sold to another person. I called couple of times with questions about my policy and attempted to review what I had and adjust as required but was told my the assistant that the price and the policy that I have is what I have. She also told me that I can reduce my coverage if I want to. No explanation or review was given. I never even had an opportunity to discuss my case with my agent. I had 4 policies with AllState for auto, home, earthquake, and umbrella and it felt like the agent that took over wasn't even remotely interested in keeping my business. So, I went shopping around and found a better coverage for the same amount of money. The Farmers agent worked with me to tailor the policies to my needs. When I signed up with the new insurance she called AllState multiple times asking to cancel my existing policy but nobody even picked up the phone. When the assistant finally answered she was told that I need to call/text to cancel. When I called, I talked to a person who was very rude and she instructed me to text the information. I asked to confirm that my cancelation was processed but never heard back. I've never had such a bad customer service experience! read more
