I finally made it here after reading a few reviews. This park is nice to visit with the family. It's clean and organized and the staff is helpful. I enjoyed the roller coaster and the go karts. I rode numerous times. They have a special going on for the all day pass for 25 a person before 12pm. They also have a golf course, arcade and laser tag along with other things. My wife has taken the kids here a few times. Sometimes, she stays with them. Other times, she will drop them off with a friend or two. My wife asked me to drop off the kids, 14 and 16, at Andretti's. I did. I dropped them off. A few minutes later, we got a call saying they can't be their by themselves. This was not a problem until I said I couldn't stay with them and needed a refund or even a partial refund for the time they had been in the building. The Ops manager, Chris, said they did not do refunds. I explained the reason I needed a refund, and he once again said no. I asked to speak to the general manager. Chris said he was the only manager in today. I asked for contact info for the GM, and he said he would give me a card. He went to the back, and a couple of minutes later, the GM walked out. I think his name is Lorenzo. I asked him about the refund, and he said he did not do refunds. I offered to pay for an hour. My kids had been there at this point for about 30 minutes total at the most. Lorenzo, once again, said he did not do refunds. I'm aware I should have asked when I came in, but I would not have paid for a full day if I had known they couldn't stay. I would not have dropped them off if I knew they couldn't stay. I don't think I was asking for anything unreasonable from a business that takes in millions a year. I asked for contact info for the GMs boss, and he said he would not give it to me. I offered to leave my info, and he acted like he did not hear me. In the end, I just want them to make this right. My kids were there for 30 minutes, and I paid for 2 full days. They said they do not do rain checks either. This has to be one of the worst experiences I have had since moving to Melbourne. I don't know if the GM was having a bad day, but he was not helpful. I have run a few different businesses in my lifetime, and I know what doing the right thing would have done for the customer. I realize people have limitations working within their policies, but something tells me they could have done the refund. He just didn't want to do the refund. Beware... your paying to wait in line... Very disappointed ... bought a 2 hour pass, Son only rode the go carts 2 times total!!!- spent 112 min waiting in line on a Thursday afternoon. On the 2nd go cart/ slick track, got to the front of the line for the attendant to tell him his pass expired by 2 minutes after waiting the 1.5 hours In line while they watched one person fill the karts... with only 20 people in line.. this site is a total waste of money- even more if you are less than 56 inches. Inside many games are out of order, no Covid precautions appear to be present inside of facility during our 2 hour stay. 15$ a ride makes Disney for the day look like a bargain compared to this place.. avoid unless you want to leave irritated... read more

My kids and I came for golf. The last couple times we have been here the golfing area has went down hill. Seems like very littl2 to no maitenience done on the course or around the course. The scenery, shrubs are over growing, water isn't running and when you look down it is nasty. read more

This was a fun place to spend with my son and my family here in the Space Coast. For the price it was outstanding. They had 3 go cart tracks, a ton of video games, a small paddle boat area, lazer tag,mini golf and a small but decent snack bar that had pizza, hotdogs, hamburgers, wings etc.... We spent part of a day there, and had a very nice time until somebody bashed into my son's kart in the pit because she didn't know how to stop, and the attendant wasn't paying close attention to her aggressive driving and obvious difficulties controlling the kart. The equipment and facilities are just fine for what they are. The mini-golf is something to do between kart races. We didn't try the other rides, it was too hot. We might go back again, but not until my son is a little bit bigger and more confident behind the wheel. read more

90 dollars for 2 of us to get an all day wristband and the only thing to do without paying extra money were a couple of go kart tracks and the go karts didn't go the same speed as each other and the batting cage where two of the pitching machines didn't work. The main go kart track is extra money. If you have a large group than the go kart tracks could be fun. The laser tag could be nice with a group of people the problem is nobody goes to this place so you really have to come with a bunch of people. Terrible customer service, wanted a refund after I was told by my 15 year old daughter that they would not allow her on any rides unless I was with her, even though I signed the waiver. I explained that the cashier never told me I had to stay with her and there is nothing on the website or waiver stating that. So I asked for a refund since she wasn't able to ride on rides at all. They rudely said no and argued with me over that being the policy. read more

We wanted to go play mini golf and it looked like an abandoned course. It had worn "greens" there was mold, dirt and debris everywhere. The water features weren't operating and full of stagnant dirty water. The cups were dented and not level and most of the carpet was torn. Very bad experience. read more

Honestly have only had bad experiences the few times I've gone. The last time I went, we all went on the go carts, one of the people on the track seemingly accidentally crashed into the track or another cart (I didn't even see it) and every single person who was on the track got an X on their wristband. Like seriously? And when we questioned him about it he made a big deal about how he was the one in charge so he could do whatever he wanted. And then yesterday we go again, because we were able to go for free due to a promotional ticket and me and my boyfriend were sitting on the bench inside by the laser tag drinking water (no one around us) and a manager? Comes right up to us and tells us we need to put our masks on immediately if we are going to be inside. I look around dumbfounded as half of the people inside are not wearing masks, and neither is his employee who's following right behind him. No one else is was approached. Later I see him walking around amongst crowds INSIDE with his mask on his chin. Absolutely ridiculous. It's not even worth the price of admission, this place is trash. Definitely not coming back. Seriously step up your customer service and quality in general and more people might consider visiting your establishment. read more

Before playing here, I played at another course close to Orlando the week before, so I have a recent comparison. Andretti's mini-golf is okay. The holes are challenging and fun for all ages, however there aren't fun features/landscaping at the holes to make it more interesting. Also, only a few holes are in the shade, so if you go when it is sunny and hot, be prepared to sweat. I like that Andretti offers their putt-putt individually (you don't have to buy a pass to play), and it was only $7. Arcade games are geared toward younger generations. No 80s games, except for Pac-Man on a modern-style machine. Oh! and they have Skee-Ball. Andretti is a great place for families, and an okay place for adults without kids. read more

Do not waste your money. Old, dilapidated, staff is unenthusiastic to say the least. Two of the rides were not working when we were there.

Where are the thrills? This place should be renamed. There are a lot of adjectives that could be used to describe it, but 'thrilling' isn't one of them. We arrived an hour after they opened and I and my kids were the only ones there. We bought the 2hr wristbands, which grant you unlimited access to most of the 'thrills' for...you guessed it...two hours. The fact that we were the only ones there had me thinking this would be a great experience, we'd get to ride the go karts non-stop for 2 full hours. That was not to be. This was partly due to several things...1) it rained 20 min after we arrived, 2) the lack of motivation of the staff to help us, and 3) the fact that several of the karts did not work. After a brief rain, there were puddles on the tracks. That's not their fault obviously. But even before it rained, the guys operating the karts just didn't seem all that interested in helping us have a fun day. While it rained we went indoors where they have an arcade, mini bowling, an elevated obstacle course (sky trail discovery), laser tag, etc. When i complained about the karting experience the manager gave us cards for the arcade instead. That gesture and the laser tag, which was pretty fun actually, salvaged some of the time we spent there. I understand we visited during a time when it is not very busy there. But having shown up a full hour after opening, I would have expected a lot more service in the go kart areas. On top of that they couldn't even get some of the karts started! So, like I said, this park was pretty lame and that's a darn shame. It actually has potential. Next time I'll be taking the kids somewhere else. read more

I liked the tracks, batting cages, 360 pendulum ride, and even the miniature golf. Was everything in primo condition? No. But it was a fun retro FL attraction. My dad lives in Crest. Which means nothing to anyone here so let me explain. To get to my dad's house you drive 2 windy miles up a mountain on a road that fluctuates 1 to 2 lanes. I learned real quick how to downshift while sliding lanes cutting my path down to the inch of what makes the quickest ride home. Which my love discovered when I lapped him. Each time we raced. This is a fun place to bring the kids. There are cool arcade games like Transformers, Batman, and Terminator Salvation. They also have popular ticket games for the kids who want to take a prize home. Andretti's Thrill park is pretty fun. While I can't speak much about the arcade and/or attractions, what I'll say is they have a fairly active rhythm games community. Rhythm games encompass things like DDR, In the Groove, and Pump it Up (All dance games), and also Guitar hero-esque games. The community helps Andretti's care for the equipment-- It isn't too unusual to see one of the regulars show up with a toolkit to clean under the pads of the dancing machines, and/or replace sensors. I appreciate that Andretti's gives them the leeway to do such things-- These rhythm gamers are near experts-- and they KNOW what a great dance pad feels like. Even if you aren't a rhythm gamer yourself (I'm not!) Do yourself a favor and hang out there on a Friday or Saturday evening sometime. The games are on the second floor-- Just watch those folks! They'll stomp on arrows faster than I can even process what they're doing! I think if you buy a 2-hour pass-- you'll experience pretty much everything you'll want to in that time. We took our kids tonight to play miniature golf and just relax. We got there, signed the waiver, got our clubs. Once we got on the course it was disgusting and dangerous. The course was littered with leaves, and the bricks around the greens were loose. My son fell over multiple bricks due to them not being secured. The greens were tattered and the water features were in disrepair and partially filled with disgusting brown water. The lights along the course were also needing bulb changes. Place itself is great !!! They have so much to do. All the rides were great for the price. When it gets too hot or if it rains you can go inside and do arcade or virtual reality. They have Mexican food and drinks. It's just a nice place. Winter time is probably awesome when it's nice and cool. My only recommendation is that The management or owners have a talk with the employees about two things. 1.... they need to train the employees about business models. A business is there to supply something. In this case it's a entertaining service in which you Andretti supply's the entertainment and in exchange we pay the money. There's this weird transaction in between where people that are taking the money need to realize!!. When you're taking people's money you have to be nice not argumentative. 2... My fiancé and I went for the mini golf. When we arrived, we walked inside and were immediately greeted by some god awful loud sound. As we approached the counter to buy our mini golf tickets, the noise become unbearable. We then noticed were the noise was coming from - just to the left of the ticket counter, they were doing construction on both bathrooms - using a JACKHAMMER with the doors wide open during business hours on a Saturday afternoon. The work men certainly had ear protection on, but the paying patrons standing 10 feet away were not warned or provided any protection. This is a complete OSHA hazard, disrespectful to guests and employees, and overall a bonehead move by management. We then proceeded outside (where it was thankfully quiet) to the mini golf course. It was the saddest mini golf course I have ever seen. There was no theme, the water features were stagnant rain-filled pools of debris and trash. There was not a single indication of any maintenance whatsoever - bricks thrown everywhere, tree branches and leaves everywhere, and ripped up turf at some holes. I would definitely say it was not worth the money. And to top it all off, as we were leaving - and we couldn't get out of there fast enough, considering how uncomfortable it was to be surrounded by families trying to have fun in the absurdly old and run down attraction - we walked out the front door into a pile of vomit. Which pretty much sums up the entire experience. It was certainly one of the worst experiences I have ever had - please don't waste your money supporting this place. read more

The thrill park and arcade parts are amazing, but eat before you go here. The workers at the arcade and other attractions are sociable and good workers. The restaurant is a completely different story. While I was at the restaurant, there was a worker sitting out and doing nothing even after I ordered. Even if she was on break, which is understandable, the other workers also did nothing. It took 30 more minutes (once other people came in and ordered) to even drop my food in the fryer, and which is a pretty easy task. Don't expect fast or good service, as the workers barely care about their job. read more
