Josiah was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive! I went in looking for one vehicle that wasn't present on the lot anywhere. Josiah found another with similar equipment and I was sold. I absolutely love love love my new truck. The Atlas is comfortable and well equipped. It has every available option plus the v6 motor. I still call Josiah with questions from time to time and even if he doesn't know the answer, he always seems to find out and let me know right away. I have had a horrendous experience with this dealership. I purchased a Jeep Compass on January 29, 2025. As soon as I got home with the vehicle, I received a text from my salesman letting me know that I needed to bring the car back due to a leak in a hose. I'm not sure why they would sell a car that was not ready to sell. I was given a loaner car while they "fixed" the leak in the hose. This took over a week. The first time driving my car after getting it back, the engine overheated and the car completely died on me in the middle of the road. I was stranded in the country and had a nice couple not stopped to help, who knows how or when I would have gotten home. Upon popping the hood to see what was happening, I see that the radiator hose (which did look brand new) was just hanging there, not attached. The next day, I had the Jeep towed back to the dealership after being assured that I would be reimbursed for more than $400. That was on February 22 and I have yet to be reimbursed. I call the dealership for updates as I have no transportation for work at this point. They dodge my calls and I had to have my father go into the dealership himself. He was given the runaround by the GM, Alvin, who handled this entire thing so unprofessionally. My father finally spoke with the service manager and found out that they hadn't even had the Jeep looked at yet to see what damage had been done due to them not attaching the hose correctly. They push it into service that afternoon. It's Monday at this point and I missed a day of work, unpaid. I'm finally brought a loaner car for Tuesday morning, this would be February 25. I do not hear from anyone until March 7 despite having called several times and asking that Alvin call me back. He finally responds with a call that afternoon letting me know that the Jeep may need a new engine and it isn't covered under warranty, so he demanded that I come in the next day to return the loaner car and trade the Jeep for another vehicle, taking a loss of $900 from what I paid. Yes, you read that correctly. He demanded that I drop anything and come in the next day. When I told him I may not be able to do that, he threatened to have someone come to my house and take the loaner car from me. He also let me know that I could not get a refund, my only option is to trade for another vehicle they have while taking the loss of $900 on the Jeep. As I had no choice in this matter, I dropped everything and headed to the dealership the next day. Halfway there (I live 1.5 hours away) I get a call from my original salesman who informs me that the Jeep will be fixed and covered under warranty, so they'll let me know when I can come get it. I let him know that I was very confused considering the call I got from Alvin the day before. I get passed over to the service manager, Cameron, who is the only one who treated me with respect this entire time. I let him know about being halfway there due to Alvin's threats and he seemed very confused as to why Alvin would say that. He let me know he'd speak with Alvin quickly and call me right back. I've been pulled over in the interstate for 15 minutes by now, having no clue what to do. Cameron calls me back and apologizes for the inconvenience, letting me know that the Jeep still needs work. I ask him what exactly is wrong with it and he can't give me an answer because it somehow hadn't been diagnosed yet. I ask him if whatever is wrong with it will be covered by my warranty and he says he doesn't know. At this point, I tell him that I will be there Monday morning for a trade because I am not dealing with the Jeep nonsense anymore. It's 1am on Monday now. I will update this review based on how things go later today. I'm appalled by the the lack of professionalism and respect. I highly recommend you choose another dealership; I would not wish this experience on anyone. Update: Cameron from service, again, was incredibly kind and respectful. Alvin on the other hand continues to be one of the rudest and least professional humans I have ever met period. I asked for the reimbursement check today and he told me that it would be mailed to my home, which was a direct contradiction to him letting me know I could get the check when I came in next. He claims to have forgotten this conversation. He said he would look into when I'd be receiving the check, however he demanded that I "go sit down" rather than standing at the desk while he looked into it. I told him I was fine standing and he continued to argue with me about sitting down. Since I wouldn't, he walked away and refused to get the information for me. This man needs to be fired, he is incredibly rude, seems to get off on having power over his customers, and he is not doing this business a favor by making enemies out of customers. They agreed to fix it at their expense - but this was still not the original truck we bought. They gave no further discount and were impossible to work with. They cost us more money since we were going to put in a hitch. The hitch was on sale - but due to their carelessness - we could not get the truck back before the hitch went off sale. Again on advising them of these they gave us no compensation. They refused to allow us to see the damage on the truck prior or during the fix, even though the sales manager promised pictures of the damage. They did send us dimensions of the truck bed - but we found out the dimensions were wrong upon finally receiving the truck and measuring it ourselves. We had to ask repeatedly for the truck paperwork. The sales person, the sales manager, and their financial department were awful to deal with. Stay away from this group. We should have listened to my daughter and son-in-law who also had a horrible experience with them - but they at least had the sense to walk away from this place. Late last year on August, I decided to surpize my wife by finding her a 2017 Land Rover Discovery and it has been the biggest regret of my life. i'm updating this as appropriate. never thought i would loathe getting car service from the dealership but here we are. i drove up the bay and anther car was in blocking the employee asked them to pull up so i could pull in. told him i needed an oil change had been there before and planned to wait. it was 11am on a saturday wait time was 1hr 20 min sheesh . when my car was done they called me? although i was sitting in their lobby and had been the whole time. it's not a big deal that they didn't know i was there waiting. but a repetitive problem is them not stopping during the service to advise of any maintenance my car may need and seeing if i want to get it done while i'm there and of course the car is already "in shop". the other issue is not going over the service report unless prompted. i will say the employee who helped me did ask the cashier for the report and go over it with me before even letting her hand it to me. he pulled my car back up as well! hopefully they continue to improve. read more

Andy and I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue from Andy Mohr Nissan brand new last year. We decided we wanted to start looking into a minivan option and found one at a local dealership! When we took the rogue in they found where we had over $4,000 dollars in warranties on the car. At this point I was extremely confused because I specifically remember telling them absolutely not the car is brand new it has enough warranty as it is. HOWEVER, they used an electronic signature system on this fancy table and the guy in finance swiped to the bottom and asked us to sign. My naive self signed and trust what he was saying to be true. Typically a read documents but felt rushed and with the electronic process didn't get a clear opportunity to read them! So apparently we signed for these warranties. Curiously I check the paperwork for 2021 Kia K5 we bought at this very same dealership and sure enough there's over 3 thousand dollars worth of added warranties! Infuriated I called and was directed to the general manager after being on hold over two hours. He was extremely dismissive and arrogant. Made comments like "if I hurry you may get the reimbursement check in 4-6 weeks, but that's only the money left on the warranty" Needless to say I had a big error in not insisting to read the documents before signing. I am aware now that you truly cannot trust the word of anyone because if they see an opportunity to take advantage of you, they will. Buyer Beware! The online price of a used car i wanted to look at (a Kia Forte)was $9999. Seemed a little too good but I went anyway. The salesman was nice and showed me the car I was really interested in and another car, a Nissan Juke. I test drove both. I asked what the price was and was given a sales sheet that showed a price of $14,499. A nearly 50% increase! The AC worked fine and the release for the hatchback worked fine. (more on that). I said I wasn't buying it that day and wanted my wife to look at it before we went further. The salesman called me two days later about the Kia. I told him about the online price (it was still listed as $9999) and wanted to know why the price he gave me was so much higher than the online price. He said that it must have gone through service, and they must have repaired some things ( but obviously not the left front wheel well, as it had a broken fitting that flapped and made a lot of noise on the test drive). I stopped in after work to get see what work had been done that would justify the increase. I met with the Sales Manager and asked him to explain the price discrepancy. He said the same thing. The car was just serviced and they fixed some things. I asked for the list of what was fixed to justify the $4500 price increase. He said sure and left for about 20 minutes. He returned with the invoice, dated THAT DAY that showed the liftgate switch was bad and took 10 HOURS to replace. and the AC hoses were replaced, and the AC was recharged. That took 11 HOURS to complete. In all, they did 21 hours worth of work in 8 hours. AMAZING! Remember I said the liftgate worked and the AC worked two days before? If the work was done THAT DAY, how were they working two days before? And why didn't you fix the wheel well with the broken piece that made a lot of racket when you drove it? I don't know for sure, but I think the Sales Manager "massaged" the work hours to justify the price increase. It really took 21 hours to replace a switch, a couple of hoses and recharge the AC? No where on the repair invoice does it say a new compressor was installed. The AC bill for hoses and a recharge was nearly $2000. Get a firm quote before you come anywhere near these guys. read more

I went the other day for an oil change, I purchased the oil change service agreement at $300 when I purchased the vehicle in 2020. They suggested I get tires rotated as more than 5k miles have been driven since last time I was in. I agreed and paid for the service. I had a nail in one tire and my husband had put a plug in it a couple weeks ago. The next day after tire rotation my husband looked at the tires to see where they moved the plugged tire. It was in exactly the same location. They had not rotated it. So they did not rotate my tires. I called and left a message as it was Saturday their vm said they were unavailable. When I called to check the rates to see if I could get a lower personal auto loan...they were NOT!!! The Bank rates were HIGHER!!! The dealerships often get Special Rates that are LOWER than you could ever qualify for directly with your banking institution. So trust your Auto Finance Specialist. They are there to make money but also to help you the best they can. It was a fair number if you look at KBB and I'm sure there was still some room to negotiate more buy I'm in sales as well and when you're in a commission position thats how you make money. Everyone wants the "lowest price possible," but lets be real. This is how people feed their families they deserve to make money too. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I would absolutely buy a car from them again. In Closing: I read some of the 1star reviews and this is what I have to say about a few of them. PRICE 1. Nobody will ever talk price over the phone. If that is your expectation when you call to inquire about a car then go to Ebay and buy your car like an idiot. Its the Cardinal rule in the sales industry. So don't be mad and pissed off and give the business 1star if they refuse to negotiate over the phone it won't happen. If you're smart you'll go test drive the car anyways. Do not go to any Andy Mohr dealerships, especially this one! A few weeks ago I purchased a dodge charger. I was pushed out of the dealership as soon as I purchased it, which seemed a little sketchy, Took the car to a AutoShop to get a once over on it and instantly had to drop $900. I was told the - lights were wiped so that I didn't see any of the lights before I purchased. A total scam. And then a week later, two tires went flat just sitting in my driveway. Took to a tire shop and was told they were just patched up with a severe flat. Tried contacting the dealer that sold it to me and I was ghosted and then when I finally got ahold of somebody. After leaving a review, they gaslit me because it was my fault. I will never shop at an Andy Moore dealership ever again, And I have made sure to let everyone I know to never go to an Andy Mohr dealership. I will make sure this review is on every platform. I've spent over $1,600 in the last 3 weeks of owning the car. read more
